This is one of the BEST Culver's I have ever been to. You can't lose, but consider yourself especially lucky if you go on a day Bradley is working! This kid works harder than anyone I've ever seen, is super friendly, and keeps the restaurant clean and welcoming. By the time you leave you will want him to be the owner! We always go hoping to see him! On top of the phenomenal service the food is always great and filling. There are many options and it's always timely and fresh. Love this place!!!! read more

This great restaurant just opened around the corner from me, and boy am I glad it did!! The cheeseburgers are hugh and so good. I tried the cheese curds and they were awesome. Imagine a cheese stick rolled up in a ball and stuffed with cheddar cheese. The onion rings were the best ones I've had. Oh, and the custard is super tasty. Love seeing more and more in the area. Great to see more variety in the area then just the big three fast food chains. Finally a fresher fast food place. Great desserts. It may take a little longer for your food. But, you know it's not been sitting under a lamp for 15-20 minutes. read more

For fast food, this is one of the better places. Unlike some fast food places, the burgers and chicken taste like burgers and chicken. Though not the fastest, at least the food comes out hot. The ice cream is always good. read more

I went through the drive thru at the 9070 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway location in Kissimmee FL at 2:50 pm. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich value basket and I was given a crispy chicken value basket instead. When I got home, I called the location and spoke to Jonathan (a manager) about the oversight. The first thing out of his mouth was that he can't do anything for me if I don't have the receipt (his words not mine). I was absolutely appalled by him being so quick to say that he "can't do anything for me" because I've eaten at many Culvers in the past and whenever I bought an oversight or bad food to their attention, they made it right without giving me attitude. Next, this "manager" asked me if I still had the food, which I didn't and it's down right petty of them to ask that. So his response to me was once again he "couldn't do anything" but offer me a Sunday. I was very offended at that point because this location legitimately messed up my order and instead of making it right, they refuse to accept responsibility for it and offer me a Sunday instead?!? What kind of customer service is that? Then he starts insisting that the order was rung up correctly. I once again told him that wasn't what I ordered so it wasn't correct! It's like he wasn't listening to me at all. I was even more shocked when he said HE's one of the managers!!! They should never let someone like that manage their restaurant. The only thing this guy should be managing is unemployment. His attitude was completely unacceptable. I told him what I thought of his behavior as well and that the owner Mr. Devine would be getting a call from me. All I want is either for my order to be replaced with the correct order or refund my money. If this is not done, I'll dispute the charges through my credit card company as I shouldn't have to pay for someone else's mistakes and that's what this "manager" tried to make me do. This location is an affront to all Culver's locations in the region. read more

The service was excellent! The cash register employee was helpful in making our decisions. The server that delivered our food was pleasant and returned to see if we had everything we needed. The ice cream was delicious. We had the special of the day, the turtle ice cream. It had nuts chocolate and caramel. Wonderful food. We would recommend this Culver's highly. read more

Grilled chicken sandwich and salad were great for a quick meal. Partner had fried codfish plate, fries and cold slaw. He enjoyed it! Each had a soft serve vanilla cone. Food is brought out by servers, very efficient. Will definitely return! read more

Just finished eating here and absolutely loved it! Chick fil A like service and very very clean! We ordered burgers, the little one got chicken fingers (2 strips). The burgers were juicy and not oily! You get to pick the option of grilled or raw onions which reminds me of in n out being a Cali girl. The fries were OK, I'm not a huge fries person so I thought they were fine but my husband wished they had a bit more flavor. Also got onion rings which tasted like the usual onion rings, nothing too special but still good. Lastly, we ordered a custard and added snickers candy and strawberries! It was delicious and I may just come back to the drive through for it sometime. Overall loved the cleanliness, friendly staff and delicious meal! Would def recommend read more

They have delicious frozen custard. When we are in Florida on vacation we always look at the flavor of the day. Love the different flavors!

We are big Culver's fans. The food is always fresh and hot. The menu has a big selection making it easy to please everyone in your party. The service at this location is hit and miss. I love this location. The customer service is always spot-on and polite. I also love the choices offered. I usually stick to the burgers or tenderloin sandwich, and everything is made fresh when ordered so be prepared to wait just a few minutes to get your food. There aren't a lot of places that offer a tenderloin sandwich around here, so being able to have that again, makes my Indiana-born heart happy. The cheese curds are just okay, but when I have a craving for fried cheese, I will come here. The custard is FANTASTIC. I love seeing what the flavor of the day is, and be aware that the flavors vary from location to location. And I love the fact that kids meals come with a free scoop of custard that can be used whenever. (or for whomever since I sometimes save a coupon for myself!) Compared to other fast food chains in the Four Corners area, this one definitely reigns champ with the food quality and customer service. read more

Hello butterburgers!!!!! While I'm not always down on the fast food train, these burgers are totally worth it! I have not been inside this location yet but I've visited their drive thru a number of times since they opened. Each time ordering has been quick and efficient. My order hasn't been wrong once. Everything is cooked to order and I have loved everything! Once you place your order and pay at the window, you are given a table tent with a number. Place the tent outside your car window and pull over to the side. The staff will bring your order over to you once it's ready. When you're ordering you can "make it a basket" which means upgrading your sandwich to fries and a drink. For $1 extra you can upgrade your fries to "cheese curds". These are a must get! Mini mozzarella sticks in the shape of little balls stuffed with white or yellow cheese. I'm a fan of their mushroom and Swiss burger and their traditional butterburger. When ordering remember to tell them what you do want on it otherwise it will be plain. If you're in the mood for a sweet treat try their shakes, malts or concrete mixers which are basically mcflurries. I'm a fan of the raspberry shakes. Best of all it's a lot of food for a decent price and everyone working there is super friendly. read more

I've been to this Culver's location twice now. I'm impressed! I got the Culver's bacon double burger both times. It was absolutely delicious and fresh. The French fries were crispy. All I can say is yum. I hope they put one in closer to my house. Good thing there is one close to the Costco I go to. read more

Erika the store manager is very rude. we drove 1 hour to get to this store. Called the morning before we came and asked if they would accept a coupon from port orange and they said sure no problem we take all coupons even expired ones well when we got there the manager was the one at the register and she refused to take the coupon and was actually really rude to us about it. When she walked away to call the store owner the asst manager said whats going on? when I told him he said yes that's no problem we take that coupon we take all coupons even expired ones then Erika the manager walked up and said we cannot take her coupon. Horrible customer service we will never go here again, we ended up going to the one on orange blossom trail and they took my coupon and was very nice we will go to the orange blossom trail location from now on even if we have to drive further. read more

We absolutely love Culvers this was a horrible experience at their drive-thru. We went through ordered three things two dinner plates and one double butter burger. Returned home the butterburger was not in the bag the side items were wrong and there was no biscuits in with the dinners. I called the store spoke with the manager Erica and she said that I had to bring the food back while the children were eating it. I asked her to rectify the situation she refused so I am writing this on Yelp today. I would recommend double-checking everything before you leave and I find this really bad business for a company not to rectify it from somebody that is a local. read more

Good food, good service. We are from out of town, and was referred to Culver's by a friend. It was really good and we plan to go again.

This place has very rude staff and an uncooperative owner. On top of it, after calling and receiving confirmation that they would honor my coupon on my phone, when I arrived they said they would not honor this coupon They suggested that I go to the library 10 minutes away to print out the coupon on Superbowl Sunday. They jwere very misleading and wasted my time.Ultimately, they do not care about their customers. If you are looking for a place with bad employees and poor customer service, then go to this Culvers. read more
