Absolutely love the burgers here, the staff is good not great but good. The place is clean and professional.

I visited Culver's on Friday and, before leaving, decided to check my order because I had recently experienced missing items and had to drive all the way back after getting home. When I noticed food was missing from my order, I went inside. The young lady at the counter was polite and helpful. She asked what items were missing, reviewed my receipt, and promptly asked the kitchen to prepare the missing food. That part of the experience was handled well, and I appreciated her assistance. What disappointed me was the manager's response. While I was speaking with the employee, I noticed the manager and decided to discreetly say something to her. I explained that this type of order mix-up had happened several times over the past month. The manager never acknowledged me, offered an apology, or addressed my concern. Instead, she walked away from the counter and began washing her hands near the drive-thru area. I was surprised by how unprofessional and dismissive the interaction felt. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, a simple acknowledgment or apology from management would have gone a long way. The employee handled the situation appropriately, but the manager's lack of customer service left a negative impression. read more

Usually really good food. Got 3 grilled cheese sandwiches last evening. My grandson took the survey form so he could fill it out. I wanted to comment that their grilled cheese leaves a lot to be desired. It resembled two slices of bread which had come out of a toaster and had cheese applied afterwards. The cheese was barely melted and, of course, the bread was dry. It did not appear to have been grilled. Ive had the grilled cheese in the past and it is always a gamble. They need to reintroduce the correct way to make a grilled cheese to the cooks. The people at Culvers make a really good team and usually the food is really good. We were looking as we always do for some place to eat on a Saturday. We almost went to the chicken place next door but we decided to go to Arby's once I saw potato cakes were back. We ordered the steak bites and they were pretty good. Next time though, I'm going back to my standard, number one with horsey sauce. The potato cakes were delicious. We tried to express our excitement that the potato cakes are back but the young lady at the window just gave us a blank look. It's like come on girl, live a little. Customer service just fake it. We aren't your typical 60 something year old women. We like to have a good time and laugh about most things. read more

Í have been to Leavenworth on many different occasions and have eaten at Culver's. They have really good food not to mention desserts. I like the Culver's double deluxe butter burger, while other family has the Rubin sandwich, spicy chicken, grilled chicken sandwich pretzel bites, cheese curds, etc. I love coming here for dinner and employees are helpful and friendly. read more

Had the spicy chicken sandwich. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. They have an interesting system where they put a number in your rear view mirror and you pull around the corner to some spots on the left. Then they bring the food out to your window. read more

Seems like a brand new location. Does seem like it is off the beaten path. Very clean location. Very friendly staff. Always a little wait on the food, but it is well worth the wait. They like to keep the menu fresh, by adding new items all time. Definately will be back. read more

It was a quality burger with great service. I highly recommend the ice cream as well. I have no complaints.

Make sure you check yr bag before u leave because when u get home and have a dinner missing and the GO back to get it fixed.. they will have to call the owner to ok the screwup and then get your burger while your husband gets to eat cold chicken sand and o rings.. u will be offered a coupon for the next time. there will be no next time that's the last penny they will get from us.. to bad cause we went there a lot but it's really bad to make someone eat cold food while yr waiting.. Today my boyfriend and I went to Culver's to get an 8 piece chicken tender basket and a Culver's Deluxe Double with no tomatoes. As we got our food we thought the food was fresh, the Fries were super fresh but once we got home, on the Deluxe, it had a tomato on it. I bit into a chicken tender and it was hard as a rock and cold. I went back up to Culver's to tell them what was going on. The front desk was super nice. The manager came out to talk and was just frustrated at me because of the chicken tenders. Telling me they were still warm. He was telling me that it was 45 minutes since ive been there and I told him "no sir, it was not 45 minutes cause I live right down the street from here". He told me "this will be my only time I get the right food back" and he would not replace the Deluxe. I told him if he wasn't going to give me the deluxe that I wanted a refund. He told me no that he would not give me a refund. I told him then they were gonna go back there and get the correct order that I placed. I spent $31 on this place and I expect greatness. I had all the employees looking at me while I was waiting for my food. The manager than came out with my food and told me he was still frustrated cause he's never had anyone come in about his chicken. I told him that I'd probably not be the only one. read more
