Shake Shack is like so many other places in that they have gone to kiosk ordering, allowing you to self-service your order. If you're a newbie or if you just have questions, it's not really easy to get them answered. But take a chance on a burger combo and you will be generally happy with the result. It was dry, burnt, and although it was fresh off the grill, you couldn't tell. The cheese was just stuck to the bun. The shake was good. I'd honestly only come back for just that.
