Well I've written a couple complaints to this company about this store. So far no replies. My experience several times ordering a butter burger. Lettuce and tomato look like it's been sitting around for a while. Lack of crispiness lettuce this happened to me on more than one occasion. Complaint about it but no action so far. What I found in my butter burger when I opened it up for lack of lettuce sticking out the sides of the bun. The amount of lettuce was approximately the size of a silver dollar. The tomatoes were about the same size two little round pieces of tomato. Both vegetation I scraped off because it looked bad. I've been watching it go back there more than one time since last summer. But I can't bring myself to go there and get the same kind of product with lack of crispy foliage. Might go back there sometime but I'm not sure when? read more

I came here today with two friends for an afternoon dessert treat. It was a warm day. I have been to this location before. But I had not reviewed them yet. On this occasion, the lady cashier was very nice and helpful upon our entrance. The restaurant was clean outside and inside. The restroom was also clean. Always appreciate this! I ordered the Mint Explosion with a waffle cone upside down in a cup. Was a cool treat on a hot, sunny day! My friends ordered a chocolate custard and a strawberry milkshake. They both really enjoyed their tasty treats as well! On previous occasions, I have ordered burgers, fries, and a drink. It has always been great tasting burgers and other foods here. Definitely recommend you give them a try!!! We will be back again soon! read more

I rarely write any reviews but had to after this visit. I went to the Culver's at 1500 Old Cheney. I will try to be brief. This is such an incredibly run location. From the time I walked in until I left, everything was perfect. The staff was welcoming and everyone was keeping busy even though it wasn't overly busy. The food was made to perfection and quite quickly. One of the managers was interviewing an applicant and I was impressed with how she conducted the interview. I asked to speak with a manager before I left to give my praises. I spoke with Brook and was overly impressed with how she interacted with me as a customer. The other manager, Olivia H., who was the manager conducting the interview, both deserve high praises for their great work representing the Culver's team. read more

I asked for a chocolate mixer with peanut butter cup, and brown pieces. The first time I got a vanilla mixer. And asked politely for a chocolate one. Then she gave me attitude and through the vanilla one into the trash. Gave me a chocolate mixer with just snickers. Followed by her slamming the drive through window before I said thank you. Last night, I went through the drive thru and had a simple order: french fries. I was told to park on the right and they would bring it out. Cool; then when the worker brought out the order, she took it to the wrong vehicle. I could see this happening if the restaurant was busy but WE WERE THE ONLY TWO CARS IN THE LOT WAITING. Apparently, it must be hard for some workers to get 27 mixed up with 20 on the sticker, but it happened. I watched the car beside me and the lady went through the bag and opened the fries, touching them in the process. The worker takes the fries back, closes the bag and brings me the order. I just watched the woman in the other car open and touch the food- I told the worker I was going to wait until they brought my order out. As the worker goes back toward the store, she talks with a co worker near the door. After their conversation, the co worker takes the bag from her and tries to give me the food a second time. I told him I wasn't going to take it and left the drive thru to go inside and explain to a manager about what happened. She was nice about it and offered to give me a free pie, which I declined because all I wanted was the fries and to leave. At this point I'd been here almost fifteen minutes and just wanted to go. When my order was ready, apparently the kitchen worker also looked perturbed about the ordeal as she slammed my fries on the counter. As she did this, I'm thinking, "What did I do? All I wanted was to take five minutes to stop in and get french fries?" I had now been there twenty minutes and this bucket of joy in the kitchen is now slamming my food on the counter? We have been to this location regularly but after what I saw last night, we won't be back. This restaurant is a joke when it comes to customer service. If managers allow their employees to act like this, it's not worth stopping in for. read more

With the amount of staff standing around, you would have thought that our order could have been made correctly. My bacon was missing from my bacon cheeseburger, and my son's chicken sandwich was not plain when he asked for it. If you really like the taste of oil and grease, then Culver's is for you. I have been here several times service is always slow. So many people just standing around. Window gal was not pleasant. Your post it note system when we have to pull up to wait for our food needs to go. I am really sick and tired of your staff pushing on my mirrors to put the dang post-it note. You may not care about your vehicle but I care about mine. One of these times you're going to break my mirror. The last couple times I've grabbed the sticky note from your staff and put it on my window. Your staff gets annoyed when I take the sticker from them. I don't care this is my vehicle you just don't get a stick stuff on my car where you feel it's necessary. We finally did get our food after waiting a good 10 minutes. Since it was raining this last weekend when your staff was taking the posted off my window the goo was left behind. They started to scrape it off and I asked him to stop I would take care of it myself. If this was on my mirror they would have been pushing on my mirror. Uncalled for. I am sure I am not the only one who does not like your Post-It note system. Your staff needs to be more pleasant and understanding. And the service is very poor. Will not be back. read more

Look, it's hard to find fast food with vegetarian options in Lincoln. Culver's veggie burger is absolutely delicious, cheap, and something I wouldn't mind eating any day of the week. You can't find a better veggie burger in town that is this fast and affordable and this location has never once messed it up. That is good enough for me! read more

I'll preface this by confessing that Culver's is my guilty pleasure. I've dined at Culver's locations all over the west and midwest. It's the only fast food I eat. That said, this Culver's is the worst I've ever been to. I visited three times over the summer and each time they screwed up my family's order and were totally unapologetic about it. This Culver's seems to hire very young workers who are apathetic and not very hardworking. It's sad to see a Culver's being run so poorly. You have a recipe for success -- all you need to do is hire competent people. Ugh. I'll be taking my business to the Pioneers location from now on. read more

This was my first visit to this Culver's location. The woman taking my drive-through order rushed me by saying "Order when you're ready" repeatedly even when there was no one behind me after I told her I needed a couple of minutes. None of the employees in the drive through nor the one that brought me my food after I waited in the parking lot made eye contact with me, genuinely apologized for my wait, or genuinely thanked me for my service. None of the employees I came in contact with looked like they wanted to be there. There was very little salt on the fries and there were chunks of something icy in the frozen custard. Plus, the food is overpriced. I love Culver's frozen custard, but definitely won't be coming back to this location. The 70th and Pioneers Boulevard location is much better run overall. read more

Ordered 2 concretes one of which was really skimpy (which they did remake) then when I got the turtle one home to my daughter there were no pecans. So much for a treat for a sick kid. Ordered a grilled chicken basket showed my employee badge to get my discount. The Owner said I never understood why? I suppose she meant why I get a discount? While ringing me up I did not have enough in my account to pay for my purchase. I stepped to the side to transfer money. The owner has stepped away to the back, I had another person ring me up showed my employee badge and pd.I waited tops 5 minutes and left with my purchase. Meh would be accurate. The burgers are supposed to be fantastic buuuuut not really. It was fine I guess. Service was SLOW!!! Not sure what took so long. It's not like the burger was particularly fresh. I don't mind waiting if it's fresh but it wasn't. Lastly, the custard, got a Concrete (just another knockoff Blizzard). I will never again eat at any Culver's restaurant after a horrible experience with the assistant manager Spencer when I had a complaint about being overcharged and then forgotten in the drive thru wait lane. He was condescending, unapologetic, and extremely rude. He ended up calling me a "piece of shit". Very unprofessional. Never again will my family or I eat at any Culver's.
