This place somehow managed to redefine what a zero-star experience looks like. Out of every froyo spot I've ever stepped foot in, this one has firmly planted itself at the absolute bottom of the list and it's going to stay there. Let's start with the basics: zero flavors. I'm not exaggerating. Walking into a frozen yogurt shop and seeing almost nothing available is wild. The topping bar? Barely anything there either. At that point you're basically paying for a cup of disappointment. On top of that, the trash cans were completely full, which pretty much set the tone for the whole place. I'm not trying to go full "Karen mode" here, but seriously can a guy and his girl just enjoy some froyo on a Monday afternoon without it feeling like a scavenger hunt for toppings? And whoever decided that California Tart should be the main thing on tap... that's a crazy decision. They clearly don't know ball when it comes to froyo. Overall, if you're looking for a place with flavor options, toppings, or even basic upkeep, you might want to keep driving. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! When I walked in there was no one to be seen, I wandered around a bit looking for the sample cups, after finding them on the back of the counter. By the time I made my selection someone finally walked out from the back area, I asked a question about a topping and the response was incomprehensible. The staff was on her phone the entire time and when I gave her $6 cash for my $5.74 total she said "I'm just waiting for you to give me 74 cents" I reminded her I gave her $6 to which she replied "bro, sorry I'm not even paying attention " I paid and left unlikely to ever return!!!! read more

I walk in, and I'm immediately greeted with... -a messy floor -COMPLETELY empty store, including the front desk. I get my cup, and there are some good-ish options, but when I get them it's already melted and runny. The person working was very kind but also quiet. The topping looked good, but the taste of it all together was the complete opposite. We sit down and the whole table is sticky + the chairs are really dirty! Oh and, now that I'm looking at it. The windows are way overdue for a cleaning. If you're looking for an ice cream place, go to yourgtini!! Their service is absolutely amazing and they have wonderful toppings and ice cream. Three stars for quality of food appearance. The bathroom is disgusting and so are the floors when you enter. I almost contemplated leaving just because of how filthy it was. I personally won't be going back to this location because of how gross it is. If this is how gross it is to the initial visuals, I can't imagine how gross it looks behind the scenes. We also were their first customers of the day so it isn't like people trashed it and we came after. read more

Too bad I'm forced to leave one star- this place doesn't deserve even one. From the moment we approached the door, it's just filthy dirty, the door needed a major cleaning. We walk in and the girl behind the counter just stood there, staring into space, and did not acknowledge the 3 of us that just walked in, so I loudly greeted her HI!! HOW ARE YOU TODAY???? She faintly replied "hello"... we had to ask for sample cups- when we went to sample the yogurt the entire area was FILTHY and the yogurt was all runny. The toppings looked like they been sitting out for a very longggg time. As a business owner myself- I really hope that the leadership of this place takes a close look at what their business looks like thru the eye of their would've-been customers. You're paying your employees to work, right? Put them to work. We walked out and went to Yogurtini- where we were greeted with sample cups- a smile and a thank you. There's not many flavors, but they rotate them often, so that's fine. The yogurt is always a bit too runny. I'm not sure why that is. They may want to freeze them a bit more before serving. It's already pooling at the bottom before I leave the store. Otherwise, fun to try all the different flavors but also wish I had more time to have seconds on certain flavors. Not sure when I'll see those flavors again. But also, not a place I'll come back to often. It's a bit messy at times and the prices are definitely higher than other locations with greater selections and service. As for service, they are usually very attentive. They will only talk to you as you are checking out. It's whatever since it's all self serve, but kind of weird especially when they just stare at you. I also noticed that they have their employees rate and review the place. To each their own, but it's dishonest. At least try to look like a real customer. Went here at 8:40PM. Mind you I am pregnant and craving certain things. I wanted some fruity frozen yogurt and fruit. As I checked out, I asked if she had any fruit. I would have been happy with just strawberries or one thing, the girl working said that she had already put it away because they close at 9. Also, she didn't bother to ask if I wanted just one thing or offer to take my dish and put something on there. I've been young and wanting to get out of work too, but at least offer the customer what they want. It was just kind of rude. read more

This place has sadly gone down hill the last few years. The fruit selection on the toppings bar is essentially nonexistent. For example, tonight all they had was canned mandarin oranges and about 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks. Previously, the only choices were sad strawberries and blueberries. Other shops around town have a much larger variety. Instead of fresh fruit, the chilled toppings cooler has about 10 different crushed candy bars and three flavors of boba poppers. However, the flavors of yogurt are very tasty. Lately, hand-scribbled notes are written on the flavor signs depicting the amount of sugar, whether or not it's dairy free or gluten free, etc. Looks pretty tacky honestly. Lastly, just wanted to mention the demeanor of employees that are working. They're usually younger kids, probably in high school. They are always texting on their phones. I decided to go here instead of Yogurtini because I thought I may like it more. The workers weren't attentive, 1 machine was broken so there were even less options than the few options to begin with. I went to this place on 7/12/18 at approximately 815pm and when I went to pay a group came in with 4 or 5 kids and the cashier completely ignored me with my money in hand ready to pay and proceeded to ask the kids if they wanted the sample cups. I then had this group of dirty grubby kids surround me with outreached hands hovering over my carefully chosen purchase spreading their germs. How is a group of kids getting freebies takes priority over a patron with money in hand ready to give it away for a $7 bowl of yogurt? I was going to walk away and in hind sight I wish that's what I had done. The product did not taste very good, not $7 good. The receipt has a option of adding a tip. For what? I went there with my friend yesterday and there wasn't a very big selection of flavors and the few flavors they did have were all so narly and it was so pricy and we were on a budget of 2 dollars and we almost ran out of money cause we didn't get tipped enough at the club last night. So right after we got home I started throwing up and I had explosive diarrhea. And today , everything about me has been off , for example , I feel like I smoked 18 blunts in 3 mins. My max is 4. and i would not recommend going there ever. The bathrooms smell so nasty like 4 wet cows. The customers are also rude , 1 punches me in the face cause I asked kindly if she could move cause I needed to get the boba balls. The workers don't give you very good service and the male check out worked asked if we could give him a lap dance in the bathroom.
