I haven't been here since high school, but with mom itching to get out of the house, we made our way over to the OG DQ for some delicious treats! I wasn't sure what I was craving but the sweet woman behind the counter let us take our time and showed us some of the new items. Mom wanted a caramel sundae...with sprinkles! I opted for a chocolate dipped cone while my husband opted for a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Everything came out quickly and tasted delicious! "Real" food is offered here too - with an insane deal featuring a chili dog, fries and ice cream for a whopping $7! How do you jack up a banana split? Well this store wrote the book on how to do it. Went through the drive through to get an order for the family. 3 blizzards and a banana split. They made the banana split first so by the time they got done with the blizzard the banana split was melted. I got handed a tray of floating bananas in milk. I don't think the people who work here understand the concept of what happens when ice cream is left out in room temperature. read more

There was an entire baseball team and their families in today and the crew and Erin did amazing. Despite all the traffic. I was very displeased with one of the parents who was unsatisfied with her order acting like a Karen to the staff who is practically barely in high school. She mentioned she knew the owner and ask for the cashiers name. I believe this staff should be recognized as being excellent during a huge rush. read more

A few weeks ago my family and I decided to get shakes from Dairy Queen. We only live a few blocks away. We have bought shakes from them in the past. We ended up throwing them away as they all tasted like medicine. Later we decided to try them again thinking it was a fluke, but was wrong. They tasted so bad we have decided not to patronize them again and will be paying the extra cost to get shakes from Baskin Robbins from now on. I guess you do get what you pay for. read more

Ummm... This DQ smells like something funny and I can't quite put my finger on what it is... I'll be blunt. I'm an ice-cream snob. Given the choice, I'd pick the deliciousness of Little Man or 5280 Ice Cream over DQ any day. But sometimes you're in the 'burbs and you just want a blizzard. That's when you go to DQ. The soft-serve here is decent enough and always seems to have ample mix-ins. I wasn't disappointed--it was just what I expected. I don't like the inside of this location, though. It feels pretty darn drab and surprisingly empty (except for the odd hallway-like portion on the north side). The parking lot and surrounding strip-mall are totally creep-ville. This area needs some reno. I'd feel better coming here more often if it was in a nicer part of Littleton. The things I do for ice cream. read more

Well, it's DQ. Not really sure what to say besides the fact that this location offers normal DQ-ness. Located in a strip mall that sort of looks like death, this is definitely not the cutest place to chomp on your ice cream. They offer a full DQ menu plus Orange Julius items. Not all items appear to be on the in store menu so you kind of have to know what you want. Maybe I just don't remember how to order from my teenage DQ years. The blizzard I had was thick and rich and filled with cookie dough pieces! Just as a blizzard should be. In all, if soft serve with goodies mixed in is what you want, this DQ will take care of you. read more

I've known of this location since my teenage years and now living within walking distance it continues to be a great place to take the family or grab a quick treat! Dairy Queen is the best restaurant ever invented!! If you like ice cream and you haven't been to Dairy Queen you have to go. My reasons why it's so awesome are they have blizzards and ice cream, they are quick, and their treats are delicious/they have variety. My first reason why Dairy Queen is the best is they serve ice cream and blizzards. My favorite blizzard is the cookie dough blizzard, it is so delicious they always flip a blizzard right before they give it to you.They have dipped cones. Dairy Queen has special/limited edition blizzards every special time of year, like summer, christmas, ect. In addition to having blizzards and ice cream, they have quick service . They usually take like one to two minutes, and they have a drive through. I went there once, and I barely sat down before my blizzard was ready. Even though Dairy Queens service is quick, their treats are still the most scrumptious of all! My last reason why dairy queen is the best restaurant is it is delicious/they have vari ety. Every time my family goes out to celebrate we choose dairy queen. They serve blizzards, sudays, dipped cones, milkshakes, ect. Dairy Queen is my favorite ice cream place ever. Ordered a small Sundae with nuts and whip cream . When the girl rang it up, she said it would be 53 cents extra for the nuts and Whip cream.. Huh? I told her we have been in this Dairy Queen off and on for years.. Never had this happen.. when did this begin? She said it has always been this way but no one has bothered to add the extras.. I thought.. Well.. Lucky me to get this girl.. I asked this no name tag girl how long she has been working here, and she said for a year and a half.. Anyway.. I dipped into my pocket for the extra 53 cents.. Not a big deal, just rather chicken Sht if you know what I mean... Never considered this Diary queen to be so chicken sht like this.... I guess I should not let one employee ruin a store.. But.. Its true.. It can happen... And it did... I will not frequent this location any more.. Prices have gone sky high anyway..
