It came out very quick, but though properly cooked, I was disappointed in: 1. It was not blackened 2. It was pretty thin about half the thickness of ribeyes I have had in the past I didn't return the steak because I did not want to wait for a reorder. The waitress was great - didn't ask her name or I would give her a shoutout, but if it helps, she said she had only been there 1.5 years and has a tatoo sleeve on her left arm. She was sweet, friendly, attentive, and took great care of us. Not sure I will be returning for a third time.
