We love Culver's. The food is always great. However, the wait time during this visit was suspiciously long. At least five people who arrived well after I did received their food and left while I was still standing there waiting alone. No one checked on my order, and I ended up waiting for quite a while. My order wasn't anything complicated-just burgers, fries, and cheese curds. We had been traveling for hours and were excited to finally have Culver's again after almost four years. Onion rings where really good like the burgers but they have little ketchup (I order with ketchup and pickles) and sometimes only one big pickle but they make up for it when they forget to add items that I ordered on the receipt (you should fix that your losing money) read more

This is the worst Culver's I have ever been to. From getting in the drive thru line to leaving, I was there for over 40 minutes, for just a drink and a concrete mixer! They gave everyone their drinks at the window then had us all parked waiting for everything else, so either you have them separately or your drink is totally watered down by the time your order comes. When at long last my mixer was brought out, it was half melted. Culver's is always a treat for me when I visit the Midwest, and this location was so incredibly disappointing. We just ordered 2 shakes and a small fries at 4:01 pm. At 4:30 I checked on the order, they hadn't started the order. While we stood there waiting the young man at the register sneezed into his bare hands then rubbed his nose and face furiously. At 4:35 we got a refund and left. read more

I stopped by this Culver's when I was traveling to Wisconsin a couple weeks ago and it was a good experience. I went up to the counter and ordered a Butterburger deluxe combo. I received the food at my table in about 5 minutes, which was super fast. The burger was really good. The fries were fresh and crispy as well. Great service, great food, clean dining room, great location for me. I will definitely stop by here again on my way back up to Wisconsin later this year. read more

Amazing food but the manger is a huge POS bully. Used to work there got fired Sunday lot of the cooks and people who prepare the food don't wash their hands, a lot of the time they're on their phones in the back, there's a reason why there's such a long wait time to get food. There's your answer because the manager lets the teenagers they employ do whatever they want, even watched all the cooks, including the manager sneeze, spit, ect. In some peoples food. We live right down the street and go here probably a bit more than we should. The service is always top notch, second only to Chick-fil-A, and the food is always good and hot. Very rarely are we getting our orders given to us incorrectly, and if they do, they are always apologetic and make it right. All in all, great place to go. read more

2.5 out of 5 tars because I think there was someone having trouble with the changing table there was a line out the door and just being an ex Culver's employee I know the cleaning procedures and it's not good. Since I am the first to review this particular Culver's, and this is my first review, I will make this a bit lengthy, but try not to babble. I did not discover Culver's until a little over 5 years ago. At 30 years of age. I was impressed in many ways, and still am. I love the menu, the great taste of the items on the menu, and the fact that I have a wide variety of treats to choose from for dessert! I do not want to fail to mention that they will even substitute toasted bread for a bun if asked. Not many places will do that. The one here in Marion not only has all of that, but it has pretty good service. Most of the people working there are very cheerful and helpful. I also like that it is one step above fast food, but not like a pricey sit down restaurant. You do get served, to a point. They will come and take your tray when finished, if they see it before you get a chance to take care of it. I did take off one star, but this is because of a recent thing that has happened on two separate occasions. One night we went in for a bit of a late dinner and our order was mixed up in more then one way. Another time, my husband went in during the day for lunch, and his order was all mixed up. This is something recent, and for the most part we have had good service there, but it can happen anywhere. read more

My friend loves Culver's so much that I bought some Butter Burgers and fedexed them to him. His employees wouldn't let him eat the burgers because they'd been in the mail too long though. Its fast food. Its a chain, but they do a pretty good job. Everything is usually fresh and the store is typically clean (a surprisingly unusual trait in fast food restaurants). If for some reason you've never had the custard, make sure you get some! read more

I had this place going through Iowa, so I'm not sure exactly which one it was, but it was in Iowa. I had a Reuben sandwich, tasted some cheese curds, and enjoyed the fires. I love cheese, but one product that I hate with cheese is cheese curds, I just don't like them. But, the cheese curds were just fine. The Reuben on the other hand though, was really damn good. A little sloppy and greasy, but delicious. In comparison to these sandwich shops that make Reubens, Culvers' was much better. Most places just slap a bunch of corned beef on bread and do not cook it really, the outside layers hit the flat grill and nothing else happens, but Culver's did cook the meat, it was nice. Good fries, too. I like Culver's a lot and would definitely go again, especially if there was one opened locally. Not too locally, Killeen would mess it up probably. read more

Typical culvers experience. the women's restroom is extremely small and the stalls really needed to be cleaned. Awkward to maneuver

The burger was one of the best burgers I've had at this chain, however there were problems with the ice cream. When I ordered a vanilla custard, they asked me if I wanted it as a shake, a a concrete mixer, or a malt. I just wanted the custard. So I ended up getting a shake but whatever I was hungry. read more

This place was super busy on our visit but the lack there of is no excuse. The line was out the door, customer service was very poor, and the bathrooms, tables, and table flyers were filthy. There wasn't a clean table to sit at and trash littered both the lobby and dinning room. I have been to better managed Culver's than this place. We never got an apology from one employee regarding wait time for our food; which was 15 minutes for our meal and another 10 for our ice cream. I will not be eating at this culvers again. read more

The quality of the pork tenderloin has declined to the point where it is nearly inedible. What should be white meat is grey. They should hand bread them fresh instead of cooking them from frozen processed patties. The quality of the shaved prime rib is inconsistent. The cod is generally good and the Butterburgers are excellent. Overall, I would rather cook at home or go elsewhere even though I live across the street from Culver's. read more
