The menu we had included: pulled pork, buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken bacon and ranch sandwich, cheeseburger, hamburger and popcorn chicken. Along with fries, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad as sides. I am not kidding when I say everything that came out was great! Everyone was clean plate club. (And that is saying something. Our tenderloin was breaded and put into the fryer. He gave it us, but we had to remind him that we had also ordered the brisket and onion rings, the latter of which he had not put into the fryer. The brisket was served in thick cuts and was tender and juicy. The tenderloin was also very good, with a nice crispy texture that didn't get soggy. It was served in a basket, and I felt that it would have been better on a plate because the tenderloin is so large that it's hard to get your hands around it when it fills up the entire basket. The onion rings were disappointing, though. I was expecting much more hearty, thick rings, but they were small and somewhat uninspired. Overall, this was a fine meal with just some logistical snags that certainly can be improved upon.
