We've been to many Culver's and this one is the worse we have eaten at. The food was the standard good Culver's. The fish sandwich and shake were tasty. The problem is this location is tiny and cramped. The parking lot is small and on top of that under construction. The area by the counter is super tiny and shares space with the condiments and soda machine. No space to move around the busy Saturday lunch crowd. The dining area is the smallest we've seen. We had to eat outside even though it was somewhat cool. Avoid this location at peak times. read more

The food doesn't come in baskets and our order looked confusing so I asked what this was and he rudely said well what did you order? I said it usually comes in baskets so it's looked different . We always have great service; due to Covid they are only doing drive thru & or call in orders only. Our orders are always efficient & even though the lines are long they go by quickly. I ordered our birthday sundae's that were email to us which was very easy to do. I read some of the bad reviews about Culver's in Menomonee Falls just now. One woman said the burger was "all shriveled up". Another said the fries were burnt and had a picture to prove it. I stop at the Falls location approximately once a week because they have much better burgers than any other fast food burger restaurant. The fries NEVER look that way. The burgers are great! Always warm and very flavorful. Maybe these women had some sort of weird experience but being that I am there once a week, I wouldn't stop there if those concerns were real. Stopped by for a takeout order of their Cod dinner and kids cheeseburger with fries and a soft drink. The cheeseburger went over well, the fries needed a little salt and the diet root beer reminds of A&W, tasty, yep I snuck a few sips prior to coming home with the order. I ordered the cod dinner with fries and comes with coleslaw, which I saved for later. I spaced on getting a picture but it was tasty, and due to the Lenten season I figured that the fish would have a big turn over so it would be fresh and not fishy tasting. I was right, it was a nicely cooked piece of fish that wasn't fishy tasting. However, I don't much fried food and I think that could be the reason why my body prompted me to the bathroom a few times about 20 minutes after finishing the meal. Other than that, the service prompt and the wait was not long at all for an early lunch. Remember, they cook their burgers from fresh meat, so it is well worth the wait for a quality product. I've been hearing some things about Yelp as a whole. Rumor has it that Yelp purposely deletes the good reviews from businesses to sabotage them. I used to think that this is dumb, but I'm starting to think that it might be true. Culver's is a good restaurant! Sure, they have their off days, but everybody does! You can't expect them to be perfect all the time. It's a good restaurant and it deserves a try. The only problem I had on this particular day is the flavor of the day. It was cookies and cream. This bothers me to rate Culver's only 2 stars since it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I have been to many Culver's around the state and country but this one in the Falls is terrible. Slow service is the first thing that stands out and then I was upset the man behind the counter can't take my order since he's on his phone. While I love Culvers and the menu, this restaurant has to be the worst one I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot. I live nearby and it is not an isolated incident. It is so poorly managed and organized to the detriment of its customers it leaves such a bad taste in your mouth- no matter how the food actually tastes. For starters: the drive thru line cuts through the main parking area and traps customers who went in. The drive thru parking also is terrible organized and, again, traps customers in their car if the person in front of them (or to the side) didn't get their food. Now to the #1 issue this restaurant has: timeliness. Constantly 15-20 minute waits even during nonpeak times. A lot can be solved by proper management of on the clock resources, but managers are no where to be found and employees are left picking up the pieces. Chicken tenders take 3-4 minutes to cook fresh, yet takes 20 minutes? Unacceptable. Go to Brookfield or Elm Grove if you can. You'll end up saving time even with the dric read more

I finally tried Culvers. I ordered a cheeseburger, the worst one I ever had. The meat was burnt and looked all shriveled up. NOT HAPPY.

I ordered gift cards in the drive thru and was met with an irritated worker today. When I got to the window, he was irritated when he thought I only wanted 2 gift cards, but I wanted 25. He blew hard and got the manager as I waited another 10 minutes for the gift cards. There were no cars behind me when I ordered but three or four showed up while I waited. I got the cards with a dry thank you so I asked for the manager. I explained to the manager that I just spent $375 with horrible customer service. His response was that it's was time consuming and I should call the order in next time. Believe me...there won't be a next time. I will take my $375 to another establishment that don't mind serving their customers regardless if it's a tedious task. read more

The floor was filthy, tables were still dirty, tables and chairs were wiped clean but obviously the rag was not rung out all the way.The staff were just off no urgency to clean...they just walked by it. 20 min wait for drive thru, for two cones, which were runny with barely any raspberries in it and if they were, they were frozen solid. This has happened before and the portion was small. this Culver's has the worst customer service and the longest wait time. Our order took 17 min in the drive thru at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday, we only ordered and snack pack and chicken sandwich with a side of cheese sauce. Not only was it bad enough that it took so long to get our food, but they didn't put the lid on the cheese sauce and when we opened the bag it had spilled on all of the food. We did get a full refund and an apology, but we have been to this Culver's multiple times and it's never been a positive experience. I'm from California, but I've lived in Philly. And I have brown hair, which has nothing to do with this review, but it's just nice to know. Visiting this place upon a recommendation from my uncle who said that you just have to have some frozen custard if you come here to Milwaukee. So on the way back from photographing a wedding, I stopped by this place. Chocolate & Vanilla, but the flavor of the day was German Chocolate Cake which happens to be my favorite flavor of all time. Got a double and I'll tell ya it's worth every penny of it's $3 or so cost. I'm done with this place. I forgot why I stopped coming here, tonight, I remembered. It's the same problem Culver's has in their other locations and it's the primary reason I avoid Culver's where ever I see one. They have no system to accommodate a crowd. Granted, it was a Friday night and the temperature was warm. A large crowd did not want to cook or just wanted custard cones. The lobby was jam-packed and people were standing everywhere. I realized there was a que, of sorts, of people waiting for a register to open up. It was working not-very-well, but working. However, more people came in, ignored the line, and just walked up to a register and demanded to be served. And the young goofs at the registers just took their orders, ignoring those of us who had been patiently waiting. So I left. And I won't be back. Ever. UNLESS, they figure out a way to handle crowds. A bank que - wait here for next available cashier. Take a number, like businesses that know how to handle crowds. Perhaps they could send someone out to the crowds with order pads. There has to be a better way, and until Culver's figures it out, I'm not there. read more

It's Culver's, their food is pretty consistent across the board which is what you would expect from a chain restaurant. However my recent experience at this Culver's left a bad taste on my hands, cloths, pants, car seat, steering wheel, car window and car door. After i grabbed a dinner at Chili's and was still hungry i decided to grab some desert from one of my favorite desert stores. So i hit up the drive through to grab a double scoop waffle cone of their double fudge brownie overload ice cream. Their service was nice, friendly and efficient, so efficient that when i got my ice cream cone, the heat generated off of their efficiency started to cause my ice cream to melt. So like all adults do you grab your cone and start to drive away, i figured a little melty ice cream would be fine because i could just lick those parts so it wasn't so runny. Boy was i wrong. Not 2 minutes later it's like the ice cream thought it lived on the equator as it started to melt and such a high rate, that i had to pull over and sit in a parking lot, on the curb to finish my ice cream before it caused a ice cream lake in my car. And if that's the case get a side of their yummylicious crinkle fries. They're just like the ones my Jr. High served up, which were oh-so-good dipped in the chocolate shakes they also sold which helped to wash away the bad taste in your soul that a morning spent in Jr High tends to leave behind. But I digress. Some in my fam love their butter burgers, but others complain they have an odd "mouth feel". Their onions are good enough, especially if you feel like being bad. Their grilled chicken is just plain gross with a very unholy texture and "birdy" taste. Unless they've changed this since I gave up trying 4-5 yrs ago. Their fish sandwiches are yummy. Their dinner plates (fried chicken or pot roast etc) are adequate enough if you want to avoid the typical fast food sack lunch but for whatever reason drive-thru seems to be it. You get two sides with the dinner platters and you can have a side salad and veggies in lieu of fried stuff or mashed potatoes and veg or a salad. My kids are addicted to their chili cheese fries and I'm addicted to their pumpkin spice custard shake limited to the fall months. All yr round it's their turtle sundae and/or cashew sundae--depending on my mood. Usually our food has been served piping hot as we have to wait for it. All in all, a much better choice than McDonalds or BK for this genre of food and they have some YUMMY custard and desserts. read more

We went to the Culvers on County Line Road in Menomonee Falls. As we approach the counter the server never looked at us barely said hi if she did it all had a look on her face like we were bothering her. They have such a huge change over of employees there, the attitudes used to be really great friendly. Now with their last visit it will really make me think do I want to spend my money there it's not cheap but it's got good food if I don't get good service I can go somewhere else and spend my money. You can find Culver's in many locations and the one at County Line Road is about to lose my business and let me tell you people talk looking at the reviews seems like they already are realizing that either they're not getting good service or they're not getting good food. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have screwed up our last 2 food orders there and then today we ordered just custard and got home to find it smells and tastes like bleach. Called the manager and he was less than concerned. I was not offered a refund or replacement and was told they don't keep bleach in the store. I asked if I needed to call poison control as I fed this to my young kids and the manger said it "shouldn't be that big of a deal" since they don't have bleach. He took my info and claims the owner will contact me. This is seriously concerning and we will never return to this location! read more
