Alert the masses: Potbelly now has wraps and they're actually good! I know I know, it's a debate because their sandwich bread is delicious too, but I had to give the new wraps a go. Popped into this location to grab to orders to take home, and were were in and out in a breeze. Staff was friendly and speedy, and the place was clean as can be. Now they do have dedicated wraps, OR you can turn any sandwich into a wrap, which is what I did with the avo turkey. This thing was packed with all the good stuff: wiss, fresh-sliced avocado, cucumbers, and I added tomato lettuce and mustard. I regret not adding the hot pepper ranch but it was still damn good. And plentiful! I can never finish a whole order. We're Potbelly fans and will no doubt be back for more. read more

Walked in right before the line. The staff was quick and efficient. We got 2 bags of chips, one drink, a cup of Mac & cheese and a regular turkey avocado bacon sandwich and it came out to $25. Food came quick. Mac & cheese was hot and tasted great. They definitely pack a lot into a cup. Overall good little sandwich shop and the dining room was clean. read more

I love potbelly in general, but this hasn't been my favorite location in a while, even though it is so close to my home. Just one reason - they're consistently late with their take out order. The whole reason I order online is so that I can be just in and out, but I always seem to be waiting around for them to finish up or start my order. Except this last visit! I was very happy to see improvement! Seems like they've upped their game, and my food was ready exactly on time. Even better, I was greeted by a very friendly guy behind the counter, though he didn't stick around and went inside the kitchen after waving bye and flashing a sweet smile. I only knocked off a star because my sandwich didn't have any lettuce in it... but apparently this is something going on at every Potbelly location. They do ask for our understanding on the website, and I understand, but it still detracts from my satisfaction. This is especially so because I'm the keto diet and I don't eat the buns, so I do need the extra crunch from the lettuce. Or at least extra cucumbers or something. Love Potbelly's sandwich shop. This location is another solid addition. It's really hard to mess up a basic sandwich. The Italian bigs with hot peppers and all the fixings is my thang and it was served up as good as any Potbelly's can do it. The location was relatively clean but it was super busy. We stayed anyways and they handled the line like a champ. We sat down and had a solid lunch Easy peasy. Also had the chicken pot pie soup whcih was OMG great. In general you get what you pay for and for a quick fast lunch you can't beat the price. Also had some live entertainment up front as a young lady was playing the guitar and singing. I don't like this Potbelly location quite as much as the downtown or Prospect ones, but I frequently come to this one whenever I'm at Bayshore. It probably does say something about my affection for their food. Why spend way more money for a meal nearby when I can get Potbelly, which I admit to sometimes getting cravings for, for around $10? The employees are still friendly at the Bayshore store, but I've had more mixed experiences. The store is a bit louder. Maybe it's just the "mall" atmosphere. I can't quite put my finger on it. The food is still solid. I usually go for the turkey or the tuna or maybe the roast beef. I always get all the toppings but ask them to go light on the mayo. I like mayo in moderation but it gets excessive very quickly. The employee who made my sandwich today did a good job with not overdoing it. This location also serves the soups really hot, which I like. They've all been good. I like the broccoli cheddar and the chili especially. They also had a live musician playing this afternoon, which is a neat little thing they do. read more

Clearly there are problems at a corporate level. I've had bad experiences at this store, and others. Employees and managers have an attitude. And offer no apologies are concessions when they make mistakes. I too have reached out to corporate at one point--with no reply. I am surprised, that with all the competition, that they choose to continue to do business this way. Your service continues to be horrific. As a follow up to this review, Dana asked me to reach out to customer service by email, and I did so on 6/25/19. As of Thursday 7/11 I have not yet received a response back from anyone with customer service regarding my horrible experience. I understand the nature of business is busy, but 2+ weeks to respond to a customer when you reached out to them in the first place asking them to contact you is absolutely unacceptable. Love the mushroom melt skinny! Love the live music at lunchtime! Love the fact that when the line gets long, they kick into high gear and start taking your order in line! Haven't even gotten my food yet but the customer experience was fantastic. Online ordering system wouldn't let me put in my order until 3pm (90 minute wait) so I called the store. The employee who answered was awesome, I explained my situation and she passed me along to her manager Sydney. Sydney was kind, she didn't rush me, she took our entire order over the phone and checked it for accuracy. We was professional and very guest focused. Amazing customer service. Nice job!!! They have a new sub with roasted chicken and cheddar. The bread and pretty much everything about these subs is spot on! I usually get a delicious savory sub as my meal, I skip the chips and then get a PBJ on white for dessert. I know that's a lot of sub, but it takes me on a satisfying, sandwich journey that leaves me completely satisfied. Get the hot peppers on the side and then just dribble the oil onto your sandwich. We have ordered from them a few times over the years, and usually they make some mistake with the order and take forever to deliver it. Today we placed an order for 3 subs and 2 shakes for our office. At 12:15 we called to find out what the hold up was, cuz the order was placed online around 10 am, and said it would be delivered at noon the latest. The manager was rude and said they called us, which they didn't to cancel the order, because they were booked for delivery, as they had 4 orders before us. I don't know why delivery is an option if they can only handle 5 orders during the lunch hour. They just cancelled the order, and offered no apologies. Terrible customer service, you should take delivery from your store off the website as it is not really a true option. Our office will never order from you again. It's sad you treat your customers that way when places like Jimmy John's can deliver a sandwich in under 10 minutes. read more

This past weekend I had the chance to go to PotBelly Sandwich shop by the mall for my second weekend in a row! It is a fast, family friendly restaurant to go to for lunch. The line to order your sub takes a maximum of 8 minutes, and conveniently also offers treats, soups, shakes, and drinks along the line! There are many options you can put on your sub which are heart healthy, and tasty! I particularly like how they warm up the bread, and the possible vegetarian options! The shop was also very relaxing to dine in with the occasional open mike performer, and the warm cozy dining area. The only negative review I have about the restaurant is that they did get my order wrong, but was quick to fix it! I definitely recommend this sub shop after a long day of shopping with friends or family! read more
