If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the worst service I have ever received. After waiting 30 minutes for my take out order of a single butter burger all I received was a small hamburger on a bun with no ketchup, lettuce or tomato -- nothing -- it was awful. I called the store to tell them about my dissatisfaction and all they did was pick up the phone and set the phone down. You wouldn't think you could screw up two cones. Especially if you're a custard stand. But these folks can do it! I ordered two double scoop Carmel cashew cones. Waited about 5 minutes for the first one. It toppled over because it was too warm/too loose. Someone offered to get us a dish, which was nice. By that time, my wife was wearing it. About three minutes later, the dish showed up along with my cone. It was a single-scoop even though I ordered a double scoop. My previous experiences at Culver's were satisfactory until now. My friend and I did not care for the service nor the presentation of the food. I would not recommend this place to anybody who actually thinks Culver's is the best. One major chance to this restaurant is the staff. They need to do a better job preparing the food and serve people everything they need such as straws or napkins. Also, the staff did not know what they are doing which is the manager's job is to assign their roles to their employees. read more

Stopped in here for dinner. Food was okay but the ice cream order was messed up - staff didn't know how to make a chocolate soda and mangled it badly. On returning to the register l stood there waiting while no staff would make eye contact or indicate the were available. One of them seemed to be actively sneering at the customers. In addition my partner asked for two scoops in a dish and got two dishes with one scoop in each. Won't be back. read more

It's Culvers. Go for the custard (though there are better options not far away) and not the overpriced food. Expect it to be busy at lunch or dinner time, be prepared to deal with the disinterested teenage staff. In the few years I have lived in the area this Culvers has gone downhill in food quality and service while the price has gone up. read more

Usually very good service, but today it was not the usual. The employees kept going outside of the drive thru to fix the sign, took way too long, and even got our order wrong. We asked and paid for two single scoops of the flavor of the day, and we got one double scoop of the flavor of the day. Not the biggest deal. However, the ice cream was not necessary the best. It was plain for Chocolate Eauclar and not soggy but soggy I'm not sure for a better word. The time was ridiculous, it took over thirty minutes to get the two single scoops when there was only four cars ahead of us. Hopefully next time will be better. read more

The service was slow and the girl that was making my sundaes had such long braids in her hair, that I tend to wonder how many times her hair ended up in people's sundaes. When I received my sundaes they looked hideous. There was more raspberry juice than there were raspberries. I don't go to Culver's very often and I wouldn't recommend going to this Culver's. For the price that someone pays for better food at Culver's, I think that I would rather go to McDonalds. read more

Waiting, waiting, waiting..... Really when the cars are 8 deep in line waiting for food there is a problem. You either need to hire more people to cook or you need to wait before taking more orders. I understand the burgers are "made fresh" but then don't have a drive through if you can't handle it. read more

I am giving this Culver's 1 star because zero is not an option. Went in for dinner tonight with my parents (to Culver's for the last time ever) because they had a craving for the Fried Chicken Dinner. I have personally never had the chicken there. When I ordered it I told the cashier I wanted mine cooked fresh. 20 minutes after placing my order my Chicken came out. And it wasn't cooked fresh the way I ordered so it was COLD. My parents waited 45 fucking minutes for their chicken. And I waited an additional 45 for mine (totaling 1 hr 5 FUCKING minutes wait time) for chicken that should have taken 15 minutes.By the time my dinner came out I lost my appetite. Also the manager on duty was very snooty with me when I brought my chicken back the first time. Needless to say because of this shitty service I received tonight. I will never go back to that Culver's again!!! And neither should you read more

This place is filled with idiots. Even the manager is THICK. After the third failure in as many visits in the last month and a half I decided to call and voice a complaint in an effort to make them aware of how awful their drive thru staff is at taking simple orders. As it turns out the manager is equally stupid. How do you screw up an order for ONE (1) item: a Concrete Mixer with two ingredients: SNICKERS AND RASPBERRIES? Then can't understand the issue when I attempted to explain that one ingredient (Raspberries) was missing. When I called and spoke to the manager, the dolt kept referring to CHOCOLATE SYRUP. WTFH, I never mentioned Chocolate Syrup in any conversation. Ontop of it he could not even get my name correct: Cliff. I had to spell it three times and he still couldn't get it right. Okay it's not common, but when you say "Like go jump off a 'CLIFF'." after spelling it slowly 3 times (we are talking five - 5 - letters) and the moron still can't figure it out, I had to give up. I don't slur, have an accent or mumble, I speak clearly and slowly yet the drive thru droids continue to screw up orders constantly and the manager cannot handle names with two syllables. Have always had great service here. Unless you work in the food business, you don't really understand the ins and outs of food service. Given my experience- this Culver's is great. Love the food. Always willing to pay a few extra dollars for the better quality. read more

I don't know what happened to Culvers but the quality of their food has gone down hill and don't get me started on the air headed teenie boppers working there!! In a 2 week period, I went there twice and both times the orders were so screwed up at the drive thru, that I had to pull my car off to the side and go inside to get my order straighten out and even with that, the bread on my sandwich was supposed to be grilled but instead, it was thrown together and barely warm. The last time I was there, they forgot my onion rings and left me sitting at the pay window!!!! By the time someone asked me why I was still sitting there, they finally gave me my onion rings.....COLD. I filled out a questionnaire and was contacted by the manager, who informed me they were having problems with the younger workers. He apologized, asked for my full name and address and informed me he would be sending me some gift certificates for my inconvenience. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing in the mail and something tells me, I won't see anything either!!! Crappy service, crappy food and lousy manager. I'll stick to just ice cream there.... unless they screw that up too!! read more

This was the worst Culvers we have ever been to! When traveling, we usually choose Culvers over other fast food options because the service is usually good/ friendly, they are typically clean and the food quality is above most fast food restaurants. We ordered a simple meal of burgers, fries and shakes. I felt like we walked into a scene from high school detention. Customer service and quality was terrible! Despite being one of the few customers, we waited over 10 minutes for our meal while the many high school age employees seemed more interested in goofing around with each other than acknowledging customers or doing their job. While waiting, we witnessed an employee come out of the bathroom after cleaning it, she did NOT wash her hands, set her bathroom cleaning supplies down and handled food with no gloves on. The restaurant seemed dirty. When we received our food after 10 min, the burgers were cold and no one bothered to make our shakes during that time period. We had to go back and ask for them, which meant waiting another 5 minutes. I will now think twice before choosing Culvers again!! read more
