Two visits and two solid visits. Culver's is not in my home state of VA, but I've tried the chain in the past and enjoyed. Both visits I went with cheeseburgers and shakes. I had shakes on the specials list and recall my salted caramel as scrumptious! However the burgers were home runs. Fries were hot and ok. They bring the food to you if dining in. The counter service was friendly and helpful with a menu I was unfamiliar with. I found the dining room overall clean with some minor debris. I'm a fan! They also offer drinks be-thru. read more

This is my second time eating at Culver's. I love the food. I came in to pick up my order and asked for an extra cock sauce. They wanted to charge me for 1 single sauce, I just spent $40 and you really going to charge me 40 cents for a sauce. They just loss a customer! read more

Food has always been tasty and hot. Drive up service is fairly quick. Orders are correct and fresh. Ambiance is peacefully and happy. The inside servers bring out our food are kind and share their smile. If a problem with food arises it is always solved. Eat at Culvers two - three times a month. The kids meals are great too! This is forever my favorite place to get food! We go here almost every Sunday! The food is unbeatable and the custard is awesome! They have the fastest service ever! Long wait time, food was good and warm but I found a hair embedded in my butter burger meat.

First off, I want to say that we love Culver's. I'm giving this a rating of three stars because of the cleanliness of the tables and the restroom. I generally don't want to say anything degrading to this establishment because we understand that at this time, October 2021, it is hard to find staff and employees that are willing to work in this industry. I believe the cleanliness had to do with the amount of employees being able to handle the job at hand. My food was delicious and hot and my custard was delicious and cold. My rating for this establishment will change as more employees are employed and doing a better job at keeping the tables clean and the restrooms clean. read more

Really bad experience at this location, which was a huge let down. Always love the food so was excited to try out this location but from the beginning it wasn't the same. I wasn't greeted for several minutes waiting to order in the drive thru Friday night. When they finally came on , it was a " what can I i get you" response. Didn't seem to care I was waiting and wasn't friendly. Once I ordered I then waited a long time again to get up to the window which was Odd bc usually they have ppl pull up and wait on food. Once finally up to the window the person again wasn't polite and looked very confused when I asked I if they use Apple Pay. All she did was stare at me and say no, so I left. Most similar restaurants use AP , but she could've at least been more friendly and customer centric. Hopefully this place gets up to speed with the other good ones around Indy! read more

So today my sister and I decided to go get some culver's after our first week of classes. We go through the drive thru, order our food and wait for it. As we are sitting there waiting we notice that the four cars behind us, that order AFTER us had already gotten their food. Not only did we wait 30 minutes to get our food but when we go it they had forgot stuff and or messed it up!! Ridiculous! I understand in some cases that they forget or lose a ticket but when we had told someone we still waited another 15 minutes. Don't recommend this particular location. :( read more

It's like Stake n'Shake, but better quality all around. (though it isn't 24-hours and no breakfast) They have an excellent fish sandwich (both the cod and the perch are good), great burgers, great onion rings, and I really dig the fried cheese curds. The fries are ok, and the ice cream isn't bad (though I appreciate that it isn't overly sweet and lots of toppings). It's fast food to be sure, but it seems less processed and better quality than comparable joints. read more

This is a burger review, not the custard. Just a fantastic burger. The beef is generously portioned and is bigger than the over-sized bun they use. The cooking technique is almost flawless. The bun temperature at serving time was still warm and perfectly toasted which means it wasn't waiting for an eternity on the patty getting cold like at some establishments. The patties on my bacon double were properly cooked providing good, tasteful and juicy bites. The only knock I have against the restaurant is that they don't serve Coca-Cola drinks and that's just a personal thing. If you're a Pepsi fan consider it a five-star review. read more

I've had BETTER Fish at McDonald's. Cheaper in price. NOT over cooked and hard if Asked to Fix it fresh. All Menu Items are overly priced for such a bad quality of food. I've had the Fish and it will be my last purchase with them. Hope other's has had better experience with this place. I'm low income and prices seem to be souring higher as the years go on. While going to many different Culver's locations, this one by far is probably at the bottom. I always thought including a couple napkins is a drive through etiquette, but every time I happen to go here I never receive any. Today, I went and got 2 minis which one of them was missing a topping I had ordered and the other could have passed as a plain mixer with the lack of toppings I had asked for. What can I say about this place? First of all, this place is THE place to go to after Church. Simply looking around I saw the place PACKED with people and families. It was a blast to see. Second, I was also want to make a point about the programs they displayed on their tvs. Never before in my life would I imagine eating food while watching professional tag. I didn't even know this existed, but I'm glad i do now. I was simply panting for my cable options to expand. Culver's provided that opportunity for me. Third, with Culver's being super crowded on a day like Sunday, their workers were working super hard to make the food and deliver it to the table. Unfortunately, my friend was the last one at the table who received his food. I was practically forced to eat my food in front of him. My hands were basically tied behind my back while a hypothetical culver's worker held a gun to me. I enjoyed the food immensely, but not as much as i could have if my friend had his sandwich to eat with us. Overall, my thoughts about this place are unchanged. It's a great place where I can't tell if it's fast food or a sit down restaurant. It's somewhere in between. Great custard, ample amount of windows for good lighting, and great environment for fellowship and fun conversations. Well done Culver's. Well done. read more

I was very dissatisfied with my Culvers visit. We waited for 15 minutes at the window for the drive-thru worker to even open the window and take our money. There was only 1 car waiting behind us and there were no cars in front of us waiting for their food. Even when we got our custard, it seemed very underportioned for what we paid and there were barely any toppings that we ordered on it. Would not come back to this Culvers soon. read more

Love this place, huge menu, very nice people. You could eat there everyday and have something different. The only thing I didn't care for was their fried chicken. It was kind of bland. Their chicken fingers are good though. All their custard products are wonderful too. read more
