A recent visit to Saucy was good but average. They offer a variety of sauces and chicken tenders or rice bowls with sides like crinkle cut fries or Mac and cheese. The chicken tenders and fries we ordered were hot and crispy. We tried the bbq, jalapeno ranch, chimichuri and teriyaki sauce and they did add flavor. They have a lot of sauces to choose from, service is fast and the lady in the drive through was friendly. Not sure about the ambiance, since we didn't go into the restaurant. Saucy is an option if you want a quick meal, we may try them again in the future. read more

stopped by for a late night snack, didn't know what to expect, but lots of dipping sauces and being an off-shoot of KFC had me excited. I got a sammie which is a chicken tender on a bun with sauce. The chicken was good quality, but boring as far as flavor (hence the need for sauce i suppose). I also got one of their chick'itos, which was fine. The image looked like it had some fancy stuff in there; it's literally just a chicken tender with sauce and green cabbage. The list of sauces is frankly overwhelming. You can put as many as you want on a little sandwich, but I don't know what they taste like, or which one's play nicely with each other. I think they could benefit from having recommended pairings. The barbecue I tried was labeled "savory" but was actually quite "sweet" and one note. The jalapeño pesto ranch was a bomb of flavor, but again, it was labeled "spicy" when really it was just had a mild tang. They're a cashless restaurant - ordering only from the kiosks or QR codes at the table. The restaurant itself seemed clean and orderly. Went to Saucy opening week. There were some issues as is to be expected with the opening of any business. The code we were given was not working but they said we could add it on the app later. They were also out of the brussel sprouts. The young girl that took our order was extremely efficient and professional. She asked if this was our first time and gave us a breakdown of the menu. It was very helpful information. The sauces were flavorful and the fries were well seasoned. The tenders were hot and fresh but a little bit rubbery in a few spots. We went through the drive-through and I felt like it was a very quick and well managed experience overall. read more

Me and my three coworkers came in for the first time during the lunch hour. 6/2/26 He was super insightful as to what was good on the menu for three first timers. He told us all about the franchise, how it came about, and was very accommodating to what we wanted to know about the menu items. He really went above and beyond making sure we had a great dining experience for our first time. It was ok but pdq was better. Tenders were not flavorful and although we ordered 4 sauces all of different kinds, they only gave us 2. Ranch was good and saucy sauce tasted like every other chicken joints sauce. Fries were seasoned maybe a little too much. Not terrible but not a favorite either. read more
