This was the WORST time I've been to Dairy Queen we got the sauced and tossed meal, which came with a drink on the side and we were supposed to get 2 ranches and I asked for and extra on the side, I also asked about getting onion rings as the side, we PAID for them and they forgot them, and the ranch and the drink. The food was cold and the strips weren't dipped in the correct sauce (hot bbq) instead of honey bbq, this was the worst experience we have had and we spent over $30 and only got $14 worth of what we paid for. read more

My sister and I have been coming here for a few months. We usually get cheese curds and blizzards and they always come out so good. Cheese curds are cripsy and cheesy and the always do the flip on the blizzards! I also want to add, the night staff in particular seem to work really well together and have good attitudes! read more

The lights were on inside and I saw two workers blatantly ignore us while I attempted to open the doors that they had decided to lock before closing time. If you're forced to close due to staffing issues, place a sign on your door OR answer the door to a patron standing in the cold and explain the situation. This location has hit rock bottom. None of the staff knows how to mix a Blizzard. The majority of the time I get an entire half container of plain DQ. Mix-ins are minimal, they can't possibly meet any standard requirement. It is a complete rip-off. After 10+ years of being a customer, I'm done. I will drive to another location. I have discussed this with several managers and they simply don't care. My Blizzards are NEVER consistent, never mixed properly, and short on ingredients. It is a disgrace to the brand. Hey I love the DQ, but this location is horrible to get your dilly bar fix, unless you got through the drive-thru. The employees don't seem to care about the people in their restaurant as much as the people going through the drive-thru. I don't know how to nutshell this review, because there are so many details adding to our negative experience(s). So. Here we go. Yesterday I had a bogo blizzard loaded to my app for my birthday. We ordered 2 medium chocolate extreme blizzards and a pineapple mango smoothie. We informed the cashier via drive thru speaker of the bogo deal. By the time we got to pay, the deal had expired on the app (you have like 15 min to use it once you click redeem, and whaddya know, it took more than 15 min). The cashier said she "got it" anyway and took our card. She then handed us 2 small blizzards and the smoothie. I know from previous experience ordering chocolate extreme blizzards that they are... well... supposed to be chocolate. I worked at DQ when this blizzard first came out and I know they don't use chocolate ice cream, they use vanilla ice cream and add cocoa fudge (like cold hot fudge) to it, and sometimes they don't mix it well enough so it still looks vanilla and then you'll come across a huge lump of fudge. So when we received the small blizzards that were supposed to be mediums and they looked vanilla, I assumed that was the case. Then we looked at the receipt. Not only were we charged for mediums, we were charged for 2. Not buy one get one free. So the manager came over, his attitude was kind but it seemed like he had been correcting his workers mistakes allllll day, and he voided the first transaction and recharged us for the smoothie and the bogo blizzards. Once we got that receipt, we realized we were stilllll charged for a medium, but given smalls! So instead of correcting the charge again he gave us 2 burger coupons and a bogo99c blizzard coupon. Nice of him but doesn't fix the problem. Once we started eating the blizzards searching for the clump of cocoa fudge that we couldn't find, I pointed out that we were, in fact, served vanilla extreme blizzards. (Lol?) Ok so now today my boyfriend wants burgers for supper and he goes back to the same DQ to use the 2 free burger coupons. The service was slow ish but not terrible, considering it's a nice, hot, ice cream worthy type of day. We ordered 2 chocolate milks with our 2 kids meals. Cashier gives us one. After 4 minutes she comes back and we ask for the other one. "Oh, we are out of chocolate milk." Um okay, then you disclose that when handing out the first one and ask the customer if they can get you a white milk or a soda instead of the second one...? I get it. It's summer now. All the high schoolers who are used to working cold school nights with minimal customers are now working full time busy busy days and it takes some getting used to. And I'm not bashing teenagers, I'm just saying, I've done this work as a teen and I've managed teens. The instability of summer starting screws any kid up. My 3 included. But the errors and the "fixing" of the errors aren't up to par, even for a cheap low maintenance schmuck like me. And believe me, we would go to a different DQ if we could, but ice cream melts so we have to go to the one closest to our house if we want to enjoy it at home. I know this all isn't a big deal... We went here on a busy day, and from the second I stepped in I knew I should have walked right out. The floors were so filthy that the servers were sliding all over the place. I was very concerned for their safety. They looked like they were skating! Everything was dirty and you could tell they were just concerned with getting the orders done and not falling on their asses.
