Visiting from Richmond VA & went here when I landed. It was alright. They were pretty busy but moved quickly with the food prep. The menu was pretty confusing as to what came on a sub. I got some sort of Veggie sub and it literally only had mushrooms, cheese & peppers. As hoping to add more but didn't get the chance to. For how much it was - I will not be going back to just get bread, cheese & 2 veggies. Was super cutie inside though. Loved the environment. read more

My wife and I went there right after they opened this morning. In the few reviews I've done, I've given everything five stars. Grayson helped us from start to finish. I got the job done, I love it crispy, he toasted it perfectly twice for me. My wife ordered the turkey sandwich and broccoli soup. Both sandwiches were the best we've had since we've been visiting Pot Belly. My wife and I think Grayson is a very valuable employee of this business. Ordered via Uber Eats -- it was ready and delivered quickly. The Wreck was delightful in the "skinny multigrain" bread. The sub was cold but they must toast the bread. The hot peppers definitely have some heat but not too hot to handle (unless you can't tolerate a medium-hot burn)... the chocolate chip oatmeal cookie was amazing! read more

I work here and honestly I've worked a few other foodservice jobs like this and THIS place is by FAR the best experience I have had in this kind of job. Management is very good and I get treated well!! I can't say that about the other jobs. Know if you eat here you are supporting a team that treats their employees good. These guys are wonderful!! My family stopped by on our road trip from Montana to Alabama and I (stupidly) left my purse. Chelsea and Vince (I think that was his name?) we're SO outrageously generous and overnighted it back to me the very next day! I live in Nashville and this kind of service is not the norm, whatsoever. I work in a pretty popular restaurant downtown and there is no way our servers would have taken the time out of their own day to return someone's belongings that quickly, seriously. I even called and asked them to use the small amount of cash that was in my purse to cover shipping and gas to get to the post office.. nothing was touched whatsoever. Which means these kind souls used their own money to send my dumbass something that I forgot.. whoaaaa :) Also, food is ALWAYS great and the shakes were phenomenal! I really like potbelly for a change in subs. The Subs that I've gotten are delicious and I like that they are toasted. The interior is very well decorated. What makes it unique is the variety from your typical sub shop. It's nice to be able to sit down and enjoy high quality food in a pleasant ambience. I've tried a few different options from their menu and have been satisfied with each meal. I would recommend trying to vary your meal and make it your own as the ingredients I feel are at such a high standard that you may find something you enjoy that surprises you. I have not ventured into their soups or other options but with the quality I have had so far I will the next time. The interior has always been clean and the services has been excellent. Best sandwiches in Sioux Falls! Consistently well prepared with tasty fresh ingredients and they don't over or under feed you, the portions are just right. I got the wreck on flatbread and it was flavorful and delicious. The meats aren't too smoky or salty or sweet, they're just right. My wife had the Prime Rib sandwich and it was simple straightforward Prime Rib, Provolone, and horseradish Mayo: outstanding! We finished with the chocolate brownie cookies. Helluva tasty meal for under twenty books, and a welcome treat at the end of a hard week. While my family was in town we stopped for a quick bite, like everyone says a bit like Quizno's and JJ met and had a BBQ kid. There was what looked like a new shift learning from experienced staff and while some know what they were doing, others were slow, unsure, etc. The shift manger yelled "two oreo shakes, one with one without wipp." While we ordered 4 sandwiches I watched as the toppings person got backed up and while only 2 of us had special requests for dietary restrictions when a 2nd employee jumped it it caused chaos and confusion, in the midst of this two shakes were forgotten by that 2nd employees and weren't ready until after we had already eaten. The employee was verbally spewing excuses at me and actually turned the blame on me for not making it known. (I wish I could have told you! I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while you had your back to me. I would have asked about the shakes, but you never even acknowledged me!} When he went back to make them he slammed all the equipment around and banged out the order like he was having a fit then he delivered them by slamming them on the table and walking away saying "next time speak up" - there won't be a next time. The atmosphere is very nice. The sub sandwiches are okay. Nothing special about them but nothing bad either. It is a bit of a mix between a Quiznos and Subway. They toast the sandwich and allow you to choose which toppings go on top. The staff didn't mention there were sauces while I was having the sandwich made. I later saw a sign that mentioned sauces, so I went and asked for some. The sauces are limited in number, but I will say that the Potbelly vinaigrette was delicious. I really like the taste of the food overall ambience was cool a sorta hipster scene that anyone without skinny jeans could feel welcomed. I normally get the "a wreck" the topping portions are spot on. Only complaints is the size of the sandwich overall is a bit less than I'd not only hope but expect.
