Everything about Jimmy John's motto, "Subs so fast you'll freak!" is absolutely true! This location faces Rt.50 and gets lots of traffic but it's never a long wait. Today I got one of their Summer wraps before summer is gone. There are 3: Jalapeño Ranch Chicken, Thai Chicken and Chicken Caesar. I had the Thai chicken on a lettuce wrap instea of the flour tortilla. Yeah. TRYING to be good, but I made it a meal and am devouring their BBQ chips as I write this. Darn it! They're so good, too! Smoky bbq is the best! The girls behind the counter are all super friendly and are cleaning very diligently but still laughing and enjoying each others company. That's so nice because it shows that they enjoy their job, too! I've never been to a dirty JJ, and I've been to ones on university campuses that you would assume would be...yikes...like so many other places, but every single one is super clean. I guess that's why I go - the servers is great, I could read their signs all day (they're hilarious and thoughtful!), it's super clean and the food can always be counted on to be fresh and yummy!! read more

Shared a giant with my wife today and decided to eat in restaurant! The store had the Air Conditioner blasting so hard it was very cold inside. Mentioned this to associates and one man smirked and smiled and said, "yes we get that a lot from customers", so when I asked if they could turn down AC, a female associate said well we run oven on our side so no! If a sub is loaded with Mayo I expect you to tell me that's how it will be, or include Mayo in the description please. Sloppy mess. Mayo has no place on an Italian sub. The staff all wore their masks under their noses. This is not acceptable. Not now. In their rush to be zooming fast with getting your sub made and get you out the door, the staff misses the point of customer service. Slow down a little. We and another small party were the only people. Rush rush. The worker asked me what I wanted when I was getting up to leave - not knowing I just ate and sat there 20 minutes or so. Pay attention. I doubt we'll go back. The one in New Port Richey is much larger, much friendlier. read more

We went to jimmy John's for the first time. We were told the sandwiches came with the basics. It was very bla. After reading the hand held menu I saw there were additional toppings we could have had. We were never informed. Maybe the sandwich would have tasted better The counter person did apologize but our sandwich wasn't to great and there was not much meat on it either. Subs are always done fast and are on point. The one time they jacked up my order they replaced it no question. Hard to get sick of these subs, only complaint in the shredded lettuce - ask for it light on your sub. Other than that, love this place! read more

It's pretty disappointing that almost everytime I go here, they have no white bread. I usually come quite often too. The table they make their subs on it usually pretty messy as well. The guy who started to take my order was very polite and a cutie so I guess that is a plus. Just disappointed. read more

First time going to Jimmy Johns was not what I anticipated. My girlfriend asked to try their Tuna because some places have terrible Tuna. A worker who was behind the counter answered her without even looking up and said "absolutely not". He was very unprofessional and impolite. I turned to my girlfriend and said that's fine we will go somewhere else. Do not anticipate seeing myself ever going to a Jimmy Johns after my very first experience at this one. Freaky fast and freaky staff! Well this joint was completely average. I wouldn't avoid it but I wouldn't go outta my way to get there. Let's see I got the giant size(because I lack self control) and for $12 and change I don't think it was worth it. Let's go over some good and bad attributes of this sandwich. The bad: * the sandwich was super bland. In hindsight this could be my fault as I went with default toppings. * it was also very dry *I was never really greeted by the girl at the register, she just Bert stared me until I ordered and then then the same thing until I paid. * the price - I guess this could really be neutral. It's probably meant for 2 people so the $12 isn't too bad. * either a lack of other options for condiments and such or the register girls lack of interest in offering me more. Also she didn't ask if I want anything else, chips drink etc. just bert stared me until I paid and moved down the line. The good - let's end on a positive note * the bread is on point. It's just crusty enough on the outside to aggravate your gums but not so much so that you feel like you've ate barbed wire. Nice and soft on the inside. * it's a very clean sandwich due to its dry and plain nature. No sloppy condiments going everywhere. * it's pretty quick. I didn't have to wait in line forever to pick up my sandwich and head out. So where would this sandwich be used best? In my opinion this would make a great sandwich for those days on the boat. No worrying about any lettuce or flavor messing up your deck or clothes. Just throw er in the cooler in the morning and chow down at lunch. I'm guessing due to the lack of condiments it wouldn't get very soggy and what little bit of sogginess it did get would probably do the dry bas!!rd some good. If it didn't get too soggy then choking half of it down would cure your hunger for the rest of the day anyway which means more time for fishing. Also as an added benefit only if you get the giant size - if you forget your fish Billy at home you can use this thing to bludgeon whatever feisty fish hits the deck into submission. I have never eaten at a Jimmy John's previously, as we are new to the area. However, we stopped in today to check it out. I asked, politely, if I could have a little taste of their tuna (as tuna can often times be pretty awfully made). The man behind the counter, so very rudely and unprofessionally, in a very nasty tone, responded with "absolutely not, we have nothing to put it on for you to try." What a fantastic way to lose a new customer. What a terrible way to run a business. No one likes entering a business with employees who do not smile or even greet you as you walk in the door. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Very bad experience within 3 minutes of walking in the door. And as they say, the first impression is always the most important impression to leave others with. read more
