Ok... You force me to write another one star review. First the positives, new facility/remodel is Nice, sandwich Spot On! Now the Negative: Your fry's are so disappointing. It's like you don't care about the Quality but you want all the $$$$ for your product as you escalate pricing like others. I would skip the buffalo chicken sandwich. It's not like the add. It had very little franks on it and when I asked if I could get some they said it was limited and they were suppose to use just enough. She finally gave me a couple of squirts in a cup. Three of us got subs delivered for lunch on Friday. They were good size and costly . The grilled turkey was reported as good. The club was also good. My grilled Italian on mult-grain bread and mushrooms was probably the BEST hot Italian sub I have had. The fries were very good. This order was delivered, so more expensive $52. read more

I eat here often. The food is great and the shop is well run. I even complemented the manager the other day, because I appreciate the way that he runs the shop. Only two veggie options. They grill the veggies with the meat. They do make fresh lemonade. Don't ask for salt unless you want your lips and internal organs to shrivel up like garden slugs. I would also ask for light on the teriyaki sauce. (reference salt comment) Fries are boardwalk style. Fried until brown and crunchy. Taste good, but probably far from good for you. Terrible service. Terrible food. We ordered online and it told us it would be ready by 4:15. Then it changed to 4:20. We were there to pick it up at 4:23 to pick up and they were all sitting down and never even started the meal. We called beforehand and the lady that answered the phone said "I'm too busy to answer your question".... She was talking to a customer who seemed to be a friend of hers the entire time. So we went to Penn Station today for my moms birthday and the service at this location was very rough. we walked in got no greeting and waited to have our order taken for a solid 10-15 minutes. then when a woman came to take out order she continued to cut off my mom and was incredibly rude. she cut her off when asking for one of our sandwiches to be to go and so it wasn't made to go. we always go to that penn station and probably won't again. it was a bummer for my mom especially on her birthday. the food was good the service was awful. read more

Food was ok . Not what alarm me . The place is dirty table was all dirty and the employee were just stand around on there phones. However, I rate this one 3 out of 5 stars because as a regular of this restaurant, they are not that consistent with food presentation/restaurant cleanliness. At times, I've got my fries cold or they've forgotten the fries altogether. Other then that, it's pretty decent. read more

Ah yes, Penn Station...a must try for someone visiting Cincinnati, and pure Cincinnati to those who call this area home. If Subway and Penn Station were to battle it out in the ring, Penn Station would knock Subway out on the first blow. Try the Chicken Teriyaki or the Philly Cheesesteak, absolutely amazing. Though a little bit pricey, it's definitely a better product than that of Subway. read more

Who doesn't love Penn Station?? My husband and I meet here for lunch fairly regularly. For the most part, the staff is pretty friendly; I think the place is pretty clean. The food is very filling. I always get the chicken terriyakki and it satifies every time. Here's the reason I only gave out 3 stars: I met hubby for lunch last week and then again this week. We ordered the same exact thing, same portion sizes, etc. We had the exact same coupon both times! However, today our total was a few dollars higher than last week. Did you raise your prices by $3 in one week?? They don't get an itemized receipt and with a long lunch behind us, it made speaking up a little difficult. Also, this week our small fry was almost double the size of last week. Wait, was that the reason for the $3 increase?? lol. No consistancy in the portion size and depending on who rings in your order, your price may differ. But the food is grand. read more

Well for starters I work here but I've seen the good and the bad. I know all the staff, we don't have mistakes very often, service is often speedy unless we get slammed and you might have to wait 20 minutes for your food because there were people before you but it's still going to be done right. The fries are amazing, the philly cheese steak is mouthwatering. The Italian is just amazing, the club, kicks any sandwhiches subway offers out the door. Very rarely are fries cold, the lemonade is always freshly squeezed in the morning, trust me I do it for about 30 minutes in the morning when I go in at 10:30. Nobody ever mentions the cookies. Oh my gosh the cookies are so good. Fresh baked daily and when you eat one even when they are cold at 5 o clock in the afternoon they just melt into your mouth. The place is generally clean. If there is a mess somewhere we clean it up. Tables are most of the time wiped down except when we are in a constant rush for 2 hours straight and we are more concerned about actually getting food to customers and making sure it's right. Come in and relax to some tv. Usually if there is a football game we will have it on. If you don't like the channel just ask and we will change it for you. This is a far above average restaurant. Anything you need the staff is more than willing to help you. All the food is absolutely amazing. I work here because I've always loved their food. Sometimes the food can be a little pricey but it's well worth it. read more
