I ordered two chocolate Waffle cones and after ten minutes I went to the counter and was told that they had no chocolate, just vanilla. The question is: why wasn't I told about this? I settled for vanilla and the ice cream was dripping all over the cone. I like going there, but do not go at night. The manager looked very unkempt, and there seemed to be no hurry in serving the customers. The owner of this franchise store had better take notice. Very unprofessional employees. read more

Food is very good, considering it's a hamburger place, albeit sandwiches are thrown together very sloppily. Masks are worn, but not correctly. Outdoor seating, but outdoor tables are never wiped down. We sat there and ate and visited for over an hour and tables were mostly dirty and no one came to wipe them down. They delivered our food and set it on the table and said "here." Not very friendly at all, mostly kids working there and not too happy to be there. Seems like it's just poorly managed. read more

Sorry to say that my go to place for a burger at least this time was just horrible in regard to the service wait time in drive up order. I had to wait 40 minutes from time of order to time of delivery. This was Saturday at 1230 pm. I understand it is lunch hour but this amount of time is unacceptable for fast food. First time, and last, visit to this location after colleague recommendation. Ordered 'butter burger' and sweet potato fries. When delivered I actually thought it was a joke. The 'burger' was a paper thin slice of some kind of meat and it was over cooked. I asked the person who delivered if this was for real, and she said of course. This restaurant combines fast casual food with long fast-food lines, to disastrous effect. For those who have never been to Culver's: you stand in line to order, then take a number and (hopefully) find a table, where you'll wait at least 10 minutes. And their custard? Only 3 flavors (vanilla, chocolate, and flavor of the day) into which you are expected to mix add-ins to create other calorie-laden flavors. Weight-watchers stay away! Lots of flies! Food is tasty but not necessarily worth the wait or seating confusion. read more

Finally got to try Culvers here in The Villages. It's a very clean restaurant where you order at a counter like McDonalds, but then they bring your food to your table. I got the double burger value basket which is obviously a double burger with fries and a drink for $8. The burger was hot and juicy and just plain delicious. The fries are crinkle cut and were done perfectly. The service was friendly and helpful. For dessert i ordered a delicious custard that is made fresh in store every day. All in all great value for some very tasty food. This is my new favorite burger joint in the area! read more

3rd time to this Culver's since they reopened the dining room. Every time in there has been no clean tables, we have either cleaned them ourselves or had to almost beg to get them cleaned. Last visit we asked to get a table clean and the employee started to hand us the rag. Employees act like they don't want to be there and definitely don't want to be bothered by the guests. This place is strange to me, if you didn't know before hand, driving up to this place it looks more like a regular restaurant than a fast food, drive through. The food for me was great. I love their fries, and I had a double bacon cheese deluxe but I took off the lettus and tomato. Plus they have pepsi! #Winning. For me the atmosphere is great, very clean and bright, plus they have outdoor seating. Its December now but here in Florida its still 70 and a bit humid, so they had the AC going pretty good, we just sat outside and it was great. I have no complaints about this place, great food, good service, which they deliver to your table which is nice. This is like that movie "Demolition Man" (the one where sylvester Stallone wakes up in the future with wesley snipes as the bad guy) where they go to Taco bell, but its all fancy, ok Culvers is not that fancy but its a really nice step up from the McDonalds and Burger kings and its really nice that they bring it to your table. read more

Food is so over priced for the lack of quality. Onion rings were cold, old, and covered in salt. Cheese curds were just chopped up mozzarella sticks with a huge price tag. And last of all, I couldn't keep up with the rapid melting rate of my "Concrete" mixer and literally had to drink the whole thing.. not worth the 12 dollars and change I paid. read more

This is a busy location during lunch hour. There are plenty of tables and seating inside as well as outside with covering. The hamburgers and French fries are a nice size and the soft drink options are perfect. The frozen custard choices change daily and is a great accompaniment to the food. read more

Normally I love this place however tonight, not so much. I ordered a single deluxe with a GLUTEN FREE bun through the drive thru. First burger was not on a gluten free bun so I had to wait for another. Second burger was good (I thought) so I left. Get home. No bacon on my burger and my gluten free bun was EXPIRED by 2 days! Butter burgers deluxe...dry, cold, missing ingredients. Is the meat REALLY fresh? Onion rings cold. One cashier told us she was only "clockin' " and couldn't help us. They demanded a pickup time, we arrived 5 minutes early. Burgers not ready. No problem. They came "hot off the grill"...missing ingredients and COLD AS ICE! Onion rings had been sitting there since BEFORE we arrived. I am from Wisconsin...you should be EMBARRASSED to say you have WI butter burgers!! You could take a lesson from Kopp's in Milwaukee. The food itself is good. The service sucks. Our Culver's by us is so slow it takes 45 minutes to get through the drive through. As well, if you order through the drive through you are more likely to get a piece of your meal forgotten when you had paid for it, which is considerably annoying because you are wasting money which could have been used for something else. Just ate lunch at Culvers in The Villages, FL. I like their food, but it's the most disorganized fast food place ever. You enter one door and are instantly piled up behind people trying to figure out where to go. I asked for pickles (plural) and got one dinky slice. Went back after eating and ordered a sundae. I got a number and waited and waited. I finally went up and found out they lost my order. This place has been in business now for several months, but still hasn't figured out how to efficiently take and process orders. I like the food, but am not inclined to go back anymore. These are my favorite hamburgers, they are fresh and prepaded when ordered. I've heard so much of culvers and thought what's the big deal. OMG I now know what the big deal is, it's AMAZING!. I love the cheese curds. The hamburgers are fresh and pretty good descent size, everything on the menu is delicious. My family loves this place they won't go anywhere else.
