Let me start by saying this was my first ever visit to a Culver's and I was really excited by all the unique options they have on offer including choosing your own ingredient combos for the mixers and the many many options for sides! The restaurant was packed so we placed a to go order and got a Roasted Garlic & Bacon Pub burger basket and a Curdburger basket. We got one with extra crispy fries and the other with cheese curds and for our drinks we chose a sweet tea and a concrete mixer. I didn't really care for the concrete mixer, but I think that's my fault because I just chose my two favorite toppings and I think they just didn't go well together. Now I know for the future. The tea was nice. The burgers were okay but there was a lot going on with the bacon burger in terms of tastes and the curd burger just tasted like a regular cheeseburger. The fries were good and I love that they made them crispy like I asked but the curds were the most bland I have ever had. This is a fine restaurant and now that I have a visit under my belt I might try them again but I definitely won't have high expectations. read more

Culver's It's about the food but it's also about expectations. Everyone is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The staff working were polite and helpful A nice normal Culver's. The restaurant was clean. The service was fast and efficient .The food was good and solid, hot and delicious, and the portions were really normal. I had the Children's meal which included a single patty, small fries and a small drink. I get the root.beer which I enjoy. It includes a scoop of the daily custard or a token. It was my first experience at Culver's and I had ordered a couple kids meals. So after my children had finished with their kids meals we went up to redeem our free scoop of ice cream with one topping. The lady who attended to me had informed me that I needed a coupon and I had told her I didn't have any knowledge of ripping the coupon off to be able to redeem the desserts no one had mentioned that to me. Spent $25.00+ Every time we come here I always know we'll be spending over $20 for a family of 4. Hot and fresh. Served to us right at our table. For some reason, I feel like this Culver's is on the lower echelon of other Culver's restaurants I've been to. The food (especially the fried foods) never seem to be fresh and taste like they've left it sitting under a heat lamp, which is peculiar since you're given a number and usually told to wait. For whatever reason, there's a lack of fast food along the 22nd/86th st. corridor, so its passable if you're in the area, but I definitely wouldn't bother getting off I-235 if you're traveling. This Culver's has great service and food. Every time I've been here, even when busy, they were fast at getting the food served. I've gotten many things here including the chicken tenders, original butter burger, and the crispy chicken sandwich, but my favorite is their mushroom Swiss burger. It is always cooked perfectly and the mushrooms are sautéed in sort of a garlicky butter which makes them more flavorful than at other places. They have crinkle cut fries which are always hot and taste fresh so you know that they weren't sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. While I have never tried their cheese curds I have heard that they are good. If you are still hungry for dessert, Culver's has great concrete mixers, which are essentially frozen custard (which is a little creamier than ice cream) mixed with toppings of your choice. Either you choose one of their combinations or you create your own. They also have a flavor of the day which you can check through the app or online.
