I signed up for the Smart Rewards app in mid-March because of the 99-cent daily coffee promotion. When I used the app on March 21, I was charged full price. The cashier said something about the system "not registering yet" but that doesn't make sense, because the transaction showed up in the app immediately. It also showed multiple transactions from March 2025 in a city I didn't visit that year, so I know with absolute certainty I didn't make these purchases. I wouldn't trust this thing with my credit card. Back to the coffee. They have now changed the promotion so that you have to spend an additional $3.49 on other items to get the 99-cent coffee price. I signed up for a specific offer that they didn't honor, only for them to make the deal worse. Looks like I won't be going back to Cumbies for a while. read more

This place was the only thing open in this area, after being led to a so-called 24 hour McDonalds at 1:30 am. We were not thinking we would get anything other than some drinks and a hot dog at best, but they had quite a few items to choose from. The clerk (I think his name was Craig) was super nice, helping us choose one of his favorite things to eat in the store, chicken tenders and hash browns. He even got the ranch dressing from the back to combine with the bbq sauce. We were so thankful for a hot snack to hold us over until later in the morning after check-out in a nearby hotel. The food items were baked in an convection oven and came out piping hot. Surprisingly, it was all very tasty! The clerk asked if we needed anything else and then bid us a good night and we were back on the road far better off than when we arrived. read more

I have driven by other new CFs, but this is the first I've been to. Very nice! I spent some time in the south in the past, and loved Sheetz. I've always wanted one up in this area. The new CF is similar, with a system similar to their MTO (made to order) system where you select what you want on a computer screen and pay for it. The gas prices are fantastic, even for non members, and the coffee/food prices are very reasonable. I expect to make many stops here in my future. read more

I needed gas and decided to come to this Cumberland since it was on the way home. Pulled up to the pump and the pump reads that I need to pay inside, fine no problem. Get inside ask for the amount on pump and I insert my card. It declines. I'm always very vigilant about my money and how much I have in my bank account, so it declining surprised me. I apologized to the cashier and ran out to my truck to grab my wallet. I come back inside and ask for the amount again on pump number and insert the card again. Declines. Still puzzled, I said okay try this card and insert the credit card that has nothing owed on it and it declines. Now, I never leave reviews if anything like this happens, but the grease monkey behind the counter had to mumble something about me being poor. I simply said nope you're machine is broken and walked out. Went to the gas station down the street from my house. No issues with my card. I will not be returning to another Cumberland Farms. read more

I had placed a mobile order for 2 pizzas. I received an email confirmation for the order. I went to the store (#223) for pickup & get gas. My son went inside to get the pizza while i pumped the gas. My son was left standing there for several minutes being ignored. When I finished pumping the gas, I went inside to see what was taking so long. Brandon responds that they cancelled the order because they were out of boxes. In the past when they ran out of boxes, the employees just put the slices in the sleeves & then in a bag & apologized because they ran out boxes. A common sense thing to do. Brandon made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by asking him to do the same thing. I'm not happy about standing there for 15min while waiting for our pizza to be cooked, when it was supposed to be ready when we got there. I love Cumberland farms I grew up next to one and have frequently shoped at one my hole life but thay have stopped selling regular lighters and now the customers are forced to buy there new ones if you want to get a lighter there thay have very little fluid in them they break in several different ways and I've had them shoot flame in a sporadic way now I just had the flint in one shader and shoot a piece in to my eye do you see a problem here read more

They do an awesome job at this Cumbies. The staff are always friendly and hardworking. The place is always clean and people are always super helpful and friendly. They always greet you when you enter, and just do an excellent job. It's a delight to get gas, snacks, and go to the ATM at this Cumberland Farms. Update 8/5/2020: Still as awesome as ever! I use their ATM a lot because it's so convenient. Also, they always have fresh fruit for a quick and healthy snack, which is nice. But, most of all, their cashiers are totally awesome. They work so hard and they're always so friendly. I always have a great experience shopping at Cumbies! Awesome! read more

This Cumbies is always busy! The staff greets everyone that come through the door. They are always working, fronting and stocking product, cleaning and organizing all the while the registers are staffed and the queue moves quickly. It may not be an updated or large store, but it sure has a great, hometown friendliness that is much appreciated! read more
