While the building is large, the 'shop area' is small, consisting of an L shaped counter, a few shelves with some pantry staples, and two refrigerated cases with beverages, yogurt, and cheeses. There was a steady stream of foot traffic while I was there, people mostly popping in to get a few pies for lunch or stocking up on bread. The line moved quickly and efficiently and we were in and out in no time at all. Their pricing is reasonable and the quality of the food is excellent. We spent just about $100 today, but came home with dozens of spinach and meat pies to share and enough bread to stock our freezer for a few weeks. Definitely worth the drive. Pro tip: order one day ahead for 'party size' spinach and meat pies - a smaller version of their traditional pies - which are perfect for any party or family get together.

They offer online ordering, so there was a steady stream of customers popping in to grab their coffee and breakfast before heading off to work. Even with the morning rush, the staff kept everything moving, and the café had a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

They have a great selection that makes the whole place feel welcoming. My only minor confusion was the room with all the tables being filled with artificial plants when there are so many beautiful real ones throughout the property. It just seemed a little out of place. The hand sanitizer in the bakery was empty. I told the staff the bathroom needed to be serviced and they brushed me off, saying they have not had an indoor bathroom for customers since the pandemic.
