The last time I had to ask for her help it was because a sale item wasn't in the store the two times I looked that week, so I asked for a rain check, which is in line with their store policy. This is after two other people at the customer service desk couldn't find the rain check slips and the second didn't know what to write. Finally when Leslie showed up from the overhead page, she literally huffs at me and then makes another clerk go back there to verify there is none of the rib eye there and the exact label information, despite me having it right here on my phone in the Hannaford app. 15 minutes since asking for a raincheck for the out of stock item later, she tosses it on the counter and walks away. This wasn't just a bad day for Leslie, I had the misfortune of interacting with her a few months prior and her behavior was similar. Leslie is the rudest customer service manager that I have ever come across. I hope that corporate sees this, and takes my more detailed complaint that I sent via email to heart; this store requires new management training and incorporates other changes to benefit the customer.

The layout is a little odd here though, not what I'm used to in other grocery stores I guess. Ample parking though and kept fairly clean. We just stopped in for snacks & some travel-sizes items before setting out on a road trip to Florida, but there was a decent selection of snacks & a limited selection of variety in the travel sized section. Their new loyalty program is a nice perk though and makes them more competitive with Price Chopper now.

I asked her what that means because urgent care told me that they had sent it over. We waited & waited & waited. Finally, I went to Aldis' site and what do I see? ORDER CANCELLED. We were stunned. There were instructions to get here, the address is on the front of the house. But this idiot says she cannot find the house. Had an order delivered from Aldi last week. Guy found me just fine, left it here without ever contacting me. I contacted Instacart & Aldi. Got NOTHING from either except "sorrrrreeee". I love Aldi but I will never go to the Queensbury, NY store again. A bunch of lazy idiots.

I felt like my family was being bullied by the management because we brought my wife's service dog…read moreinto the store. I've never gone into a store with my family and the service dog and been told that the dog could not be in the cart because it was a health code violation. the dog was sitting on a reusable shopping bag with a sweatshirt over it and was not directly on the surface of the cart. we had a manager and the store manager harassing us and I felt their behavior was uncalled for because the dog wasn't directly touching the cart and was behaving. apparently its more acceptable to have a child with a dirty diaper touching their carts than a service dog that is cared for. ( remember we had something down in the cart so that the dog wasn't not even touching the cart and they still harassed us over the issue). we have a small chihuahua mix as a service dog. they didn't like it that I stood up for our rights and I didn't back down. I asked for the number to call the corporate office to talk to the district manager. I guess they're just jealous because they can't bring their dog to the workplace with them.

When it was rang up, one of the candies wasn't getting included in the 3 for $5 discount, although the sign on the shelf clearly states it should be included. Instead of like saying "hold on, let's take a look", the cashier pulls out a phone, angrily sighs and curses that she has to log into the device, scans the problem-rang up candy with her phone, and, again, states "that one is ringing up $2.09. The box is bigger so therefore it is scanning right." uh, no. the price of the shelf disagrees. She then says to the next customer that she "tries not to let negativity in the world affect her". I don't what school of customer service this person flunked out of, but she definitely does not belong in this job. Walgreens, this branch just lost a long time customer: I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Hello CVS!

Dr's of Pharmacy that don't provide care, just find a way to get you out of the way. They have…read moreplenty of customers. Blame the Dr who sent the script, blame the insurance company, "oh, we never received it, must be a computer problem". "Can't fill it until tomorrow, Wallgreen's policy" the very next day they hand you a bottle with 180 pills in it. "We can only fill 30 days of a 90 day script, you need to come back two more times", well... NYS law proved them wrong, again! I used this pharmacy for 7 years, had to finally say "NO MORE" Refusal to fill as legally prescribed, continued delays in filling critical medication, inventory problems, significant staff turnover, training problems for front line staff, the manager of the store didn't know the pharmacist was an actual doctor. Wow... I have had to correct the pharmacist several times, had the insurance company tell them they are wrong, all of this while standing in the store waiting for them to do their jobs. Go to WalMart, they help fix issues, they remembered me after one visit and they corrected two insurance issues. So... leave these so called healthcare providers aside and go someplace else!!!
