After that the access gates were broken for months, I paid to have my items stored here with a level security that did not exist as anyone could gain access through the broken gates. One morning 6 GA State patrol officers entered as a stolen car was parked on the property. Currently a pipe burst in the facility leaving my storage unit wet with most of the contents damaged. I'm paying for "climate controlled" units, I have to ask if "climate controlled" then why are "frozen pipes" bursting??? Overall has been a terrible experience for me and zero peace of mind that my items are in anyway protected or secure. Thousands of dollars in damaged items from a broken pipe in a climate controlled storage unit. Public Storage assumes zero accountability. Again paying for "climate controlled" units!!! Seems like a lot of negligence to me. After 4 months they increased the rates on my units, one unit went up by $40/month.

We came in asking for two storage units and I've made so many changes to the day with since we moved in. Andre is the lead manager and he has a very professional and well oriented team. With his decade of experience he brings both professionalism and empathy to the table. We definitely required a lit of both. He and his staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate our multiple changes and requests. I have researched 9 storage facilities for over three weeks and let me tell you I know what I am reviewing here. The units are impanel yes it is a new facility but they maintain it impeccably. Talk about service. They even had our units opened up before we even go to ur floor after the truck pulled in. I cannot say enough about them. Earl , Selena , and Lexi are just terrific. We are in our 50's so they also made it senior proof when it came to getting the documents taken care of. Andre definitely knows what he is doing the staff is very sweet. The bathroom facility is very clean and Andre runs a tights ship. Most importantly it's secure as Fort Knox. Cameras everywhere. The call button is very helpful at every elevator. No need to walk all the way to the off to ask a question. Why are you waiting? They had one poor review and that customer been helped and at unit herself. By the way she does end it by saying stupid me. The review shows that she's culpable. Make sure you check our this facility. Many fun restaurants and bars with outdoors seating with if walking distance. We park at the lit and walk around. Sonia's this one by and NO we were not paid to write this. I found this storage facility convenient to her house. **BE WARNED The good, BAD and UGLY!! CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH** It was an easy process to reserve it online. The facility is very clean and temperature controlled. Andre is nice and professional. I signed up for a 10x15 with 1 free month on 3/14...however got there and needed a bigger unit and was told I could pay the remainder of march and get half off the next 3 months. I received my invoice for April and it was for the full amount. I received a call from there at the beginning of the week asking if everything went well and would I post a review. I said yes, accept my invoice was wrong. She said she would have Andre call me back. He did call that weekend but I was out of town and it was a normal voicemail...so I was going to be there the following weekend and would stop by the office. I do see him and informed him that they charged the full amount...he said because I did not call him back I could not get the promotion because it had to be done before April 1st...which was NOT mentioned at all in the voicemail. SO NOW I HAVE TO MOVE TO ANOTHER STORAGE FACILITY BECAUSE I TOOK HIM ON HIS WORD...STUPID ME!!

Handled all our furniture professionally, even though most of it is shabby chic and my wife doesn't mind scratches. Zero loss or breakage during this move, which is new to me...we lost one clip to a metal shelf for about an hour and they even found that. I also had the pleasure of working with Robert in my business for a while and he used his packing and moving skills there very effectively as he helped with water damage restoration projects. Although I hated to see him go it was clear that moving is a true passion for him and not just a way to make a living, and I wish him the best in the future.

Rob surveyed what we needed to have hauled away and gave us a fair price. All was removed very quickly - within 30 minutes. Job included carrying wire storage racks up a steep hill from the basement to the front driveway and carrying out a loveseat from inside the house. I recommend them and would hire them again.
