No awkward parking lot maneuvering or confusing entrances, which I always appreciate when I'm on a tight schedule. Since I work downtown, the midtown spot on Leavenworth is perfectly central for me. Quick to get to before or after work without going out of my way. Being centrally located in Omaha in general, it's a convenient stop no matter what part of the city you're coming from. Solid experience so far and a location that makes it easy to get your car serviced without the hassle. Would recommend if you're looking for a shop that's accessible and doesn't eat up your whole day just getting there.

So I took it to a patriot authorized dealer and they told me chat all the parts that central body was telling me were not factory that they were in fact factory. So I decided to take it to a trailer frame shop who told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my trailer. Central body cost me my walleye fishing trip not to mention the pain and anguish I went through thinking my trailer was junk. Come to find out they just jacked the trailer up in a nonload bearing spot total ignorance on their part. I would not have them do any work to any thing I own.

I'd already been to a couple other places including dealerships - with each telling me my transmission was the problem and needed it rebuilt at the very least (costing between $4-6,000!!) I initially went to Car Tech but each time, the lights were not flashing where the diagnostic machine would be able to detect it. In the meantime, my car began having issues with starting. Took it to Car Tech, and it was the starter. While Shannon was fixing that, he also discovered the solenoid was also going bad. He fixed that at a fraction of the cost other shops quoted. Then I had a few other issues pop up and once again, Shannon fixed those quickly and didn't rake me over the coals with charges on doing it. Within a few weeks of having the Starter done, my car began not wanting to start again. Shannon stands behind his work. He told me to bring it back in. It wasn't the Starter. He spent the day, running all the electrical lines and discovered my wiring harness had been tampered with (maybe one of the other shops I had taken it to?? It clearly wasn't done by any animal). A new one was gonna run over $1000. Didn't make sense to do for me car and to be honest I just didn't have that kind of money. Shannon had Brandi (the other mechanic) find that part used and it was installed on my 2013 Impala. Ended up being what was actually causing the initial issue with my car to begin with -- the one that everyone else was wanting to charge me over $4k to put in a rebuilt transmission!! Obviously not needed!! Shannon saved me a crap ton of money that I just didn't have and fixed what was truly wrong with my car and didn't over charge me for it!! My car has been running like it did 8yr ago when I bought it!! Shannon does amazing work, turned his love for working on cars into a successful business that actually HELPS people while doing it!!! The second time took longer because it was difficult to diagnose the issue. They're upfront about their prices and the actual cost aligns with their estimate. The prices are also incredibly reasonable. It's rare to find honest people in any industry but it seems to be more prevalent in the auto industry. Vehicle had some moderate work done yet, Ben offered this information without my even asking. Try getting THAT somewhere else!!! Perfect vehicle for my needs. Love it! Now it's time to talk money and I meet Ben, the co-owner and main sales force. The vehicle seemed to need a couple minor things to help make me comfortable with the purchase, and these were done, WITH a LOANER car, thanks to Ben. Dave at the front counter is Ben's right hand man, and very capable. Every employee I bumped into or interacted with at Gateway was at minimum professional, and as I understand it they are all ASE certified! He then rattled off the info super quick and I couldn't hear him...when I asked him to repeated it (I could hear he was still there) He simply hung up on me. I called back and after 10+ rings he finally answered..knowing it was me, didn't say hello, just impatiently repeated the info (he clearly heard me say I needed clarification the first time.) I work with vendors and suppliers that work with this place (and work closely with one of the owners) and they actually recommended this place...and they will DEFINITELY hear about my experience. You never know who you are talking to when a customer calls...I imagine this will damage the business relationship they have with the owner who I work closely with. If customer service is this bad right out of the gate, you know this place is likely rotten in other areas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! An extra 60 seconds and some kindness could have saved them from this review but tells you A LOT about a business.
