I'vr contacted Ford Motor Company, they were no help. Quart by quart, I've added four cases of oil to my car, until the engine finally failed. My mechanic performed a compression check on the engine and declared the engine dead. I had a shop in town install a used engine in my car with a comparable number of miles to the failed engine at a cost of over $4k. I've given Woodhouse 1 star, only because zero was not an option. My car had no mechanical issues, burned no oil, until I took it there to replace the water pump. There's a reason Woodhouse has under 4 stars. I wish I had checked YELP first.

I drove it around for about 200 miles or so, then as I always keep the vehicle clean and fill up the windshield washer fluid etc. I opened the front hood and to my surprise all the fluids were low, antifreeze, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid - completely dry. tire pressure needed the right PSI, I did the fluids and air myself. I did let one of the salesmen know after i reached out to him for another vehicle purchase that my friend wanted to buy. Well now in june of last month I got a call from my friend that he got a puncture and he didn't have a jack for his vehicle, but a puncture repair kit and he needed to use mine. I drive to his location were the tire on his vehicle was completely blown out and would need a new tire. Well I open up my trunk and discover that I have a spare tire and all the tools to take my tire out, but no Jack. I got a hold of the salesman that sold the vehicle to me and after about 2 weeks or so, I am advised that since it didn't have a jack I would need to buy one and they could not get me one. Now that I question myself, what good is the spare wheel and tools with no jack, They should have fully checked and inspected the vehicle with 48 miles on it and should have disclosed to me that there will be no jack with the vehicle on purchase agreement. This only means that vehicles sold at this dealership are not inspected or the service department is cutting corners, and endangering peoples lives in this case. I don't know how I could of changed out the tire if I had gotten a puncture somewhere in the middle of nowwhere. This isn't about the money, but fooling consumers like this should be avoided.
