Since we wanted take out, we asked for majority of our bowls to have sauces on the side (since there's 3 sauces that comes in each bowl I think). They accidentally made one of the "sauce on the side" bowls to "make it SAUCY" so here's a tip: CHECK YOUR BOWLS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!! Their sauces include a bulgogi like sauce, hot sauce and a Mayo-ish sauce. Personally I'm not a sauce girl but I recommend people to try them! Their spicy level ranges from 1-10! Japchae Noodles: 6/10 they hit the spot, obviously doesn't taste authentic, very neutral and does it's job Beef: needs the bulgogi sauce because it's not seasoned whatsoever. Thinly sliced! Pork: thinly sliced as well! FLAVORFUL. Soft and one of the best proteins! Fried chicken: who doesn't like fried chicken? It's great, on par as one of the best proteins with pork. If I'd return next time, I'd get the noodles, fried chicken and pork with no sauce! Their portions are great! The bowl is quite big! So I love Cupbop, but there is a huge difference in Norman's and Moore's locations. In Norman, I always ask for my Cupbop to be SLOPPY, but when I get it it is super dry. I do not ever have this problem in Moore and I don't have to ask for it to be sloppy. Moore is not stingy with their sauces. Norman is VERY stingy with their sauces. I do not like leaving these reviews, but I feel like this needs to be stated. I live 45 min away and Norman is the closest Cupbop. I will just make Moore my new Cupbop location. read more

I've been wanting to try cupbob for a long time and I love Korean bbq. My expectation were very high! Unfortunately, it was a let down. For my kko kko bop I ordered 5 for the spice and I tasted nothing. I loved that it had rice, cabbage, and noodles with the chicken. Awesome idea, but I was not impressed with the chicken or the sauce on top. It was just okay. My son got the kids kko kko bop. He also thought the chicken was just okay plus he hated that it had cabbage in it. Needless to say, he only picked at it. I ended up having to get him McDonald's. Always in search of a something different this fast food version of Korean BBQ was pretty tasty. Based on food and staff alone I gave it a 4 stars. The gluten free options were plentiful and there no sickness after eating. They one downside to the restaurant in Norman was it needs a good deep cleaning. Cupbop is my kind of comfort food. I haven't been to the restaurant itself lately but visited back when they opened, and I often order delivery from here. I'm a big fan of their noodles and almost wish I could just get a noodle/veggie cup bop without the rice but I do appreciate the diversity of texture with noodle/veggie/rice combo. We've tried the ugly bop, rock bop (a couple of korean fried chicken options), tofu, and kho kho bop (glazed chicken). I've been leaning toward spicy levels of 5-7 and 7 gives me enough heat to not opt for options higher than that! 5 for a milder spicy experience. My favorite have been the rock bop lately, but the tofu option is nice and crunchy. I'm not blown away by the Korean corndog here but we do often get them and love when they're fresh! The Korean corndog sauces complement each other well. And yes, Cup Bop isn't the utmost quality food - granted, it is basically Korean fast food, but sometimes some flavorful fried chicken with lots of carbs is just what we need! read more

Me and a few friends decided to run in and grab a few corn dogs. We were greeted with immediate disrespect from the employees. This was our first time trying this type of food and were curious about the sauces that came on top. The employees were bothered by our questions and offered no help to us or the people having trouble with the kiosks. The employees would simply say "I don't know anything about those things" and walk off. To add to the disappointment the lids did not fit the cups (as shown in the picture with a cup but no lid). We tried Cupbop for the first time tonight. We took the time to look at the menu online before we arrived, so we were disappointed to learn what we intended to order was not possible because they had run out of a couple of key ingredients (sauces). So, we made the quick decision to order one entree and two orders of the potstickers. The potstickers were more disappointing than the entree. Not hot at all. Probably dropped in the fryer much earlier. Served cool and stale. No sauce to dip them in. The entree was the basic Korean fried chicken. Spice level 4/10. It was okay-ish. Might go back later in the year, perhaps after they have had a chance to work out some of the kinks. Staff was nice. Place was clean. Several customers in the place. read more
