Had a great experience. My husband and I had a recent visit to Utah and we were looking for something different to try and something quick. Saw this place and decided to try it, this was Korean style poke. You order at the counter and take it to go...perfect!! The place was busy and they had a small but nice dining area. I went to place my order and was greeted by a nice young man named Kyle. Kyle was very helpful, I told him I was placing three orders and this was my first visit. I explained to him that I needed a little assistance with the order and he was happy to help. He gave me a run down on the different types of proteins, what was included in the bowl and the different types of sauces. We didn't want sauce that was too spicy so he suggested which ones were good. Very much appreciated. The food was very good, we all ordered the Combo Bop. With the Combo Bop you get a choice of two proteins ( beef, chicken, pork) or vegetables, it includes steam rice, noodle and mixed cabbage. If you're visiting Utah, it's worth trying!!

First time here and the worker at the cashier I am guessing it's this girl on the receipt because she took our order and handed me the receipt. She is not welcoming at all! I told her upfront it's my first time there and i asked questions and she was rude with a bad attitude. I asked a question about the corn dog and chicken noodle bowl and she was so irritated when I had a question. The other girl who handed me the food was super nice & I asked her a question and she answered it with great customer service. I ordered 3 corn dogs and fried chicken & noodle bowl and that was delicious! Food was GREAT but the SERVICE from the order taker/cashier sucked!

Disgusting and sloppy and dirty service. Terrible customer service. Do not go to this location if you want friendly, clean service.

I tried Cupbop a few years ago when I first moved here. I was not impressed. I recently saw that the owners of the chain were on Shark Tank and was wondering if maybe I missed something the first time I went. Maybe they changed their recipes or the first time I went, it was just a one-off oddity and the food was all too forgettable. Whatever they've done since then has made it much better. After reading some recent reviews of the place, I decided to go swing by and give it a try. I'm a big fan of KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) and went with the bowl that had it-- Rock Bop. I ordered it to-go. Order was ready in about 5 mins, as there was no line. In the time I was waiting, I saw at least 4 take out orders/uber eats/door dash come and get their bags from the pick up shelf. I imagine during the meal hours, these locations get pretty busy and there will be a longer wait. After I got my food, I drove to a nearby park to enjoy the meal. First impressions were that it has a great look. The branding of the bowl is inviting and bold. Cracked open the bowl and was immediately sent to Seoul with that smell of gochujang and fried chicken. My first couple bites, were good. I noticed immediately, this bowl is sauce heavy. And not in a good way. I know some people like having the sauce but the spicy mayo thing they have going on the top... it's a little overwhelming. I ordered a spicy level 6 and feel like I should have gotten a 8+. I do like spicy things, but more so because I feel like having spicier sauce would balance out the almost overpowering flavor of mayo. I ate through the whole thing and finished it. The bottom layers of noodles and rice were both great. Noodles were just a little on the sweet side, but it worked. That sauce though.... Normally I'm sad when I'm out of meat and sauce but I was pretty happy once I got through that mayo statement. Overall, it was good. Price was about what you'd expect for a bowl about 9$. I was pretty satisfied. Would I go back? Sure. I would highly recommend that you get the mayo sauce on the side and add it as you go. Next time I'll get an 8+ for spicy level.

1) B Bop and Ugly Bop 2) B Bop and Piggy Bop 3) B bop and KKO KKO Bop

I may or may not be kind of obsessed with Cupbob lately.....I always get a combo and get the B Bop but have started switching things up with the other side that I get. The different fried chickens are good. It's good as a left over meal the next day too (and I'm picky with left overs ). It will fill you up for sure. However, that's of course because it's a bunch of rice and noodles! You get like 5 pieces of chicken and some beef on top. I wish it was a less rice and more meat and maybe some more cabbage ‍

Fun take on Korean BBQ. Plan to share with someone or save half for tomorrow because the portion size is bigger than it looks!

Food is ok but don't come after 8:30 because they CLOSE the kitchen early so you can't really order anything

For sides, the cole slaw and beans were on point. You order at the counter, so service is prompt and you get immediate gratification (they make your order on the spot). They've got a simple dining room with a few large tables, that have different kinds of BBQ sauce options. Price-wise it is not the cheapest but, the flavor is worth it. Overall this is a worthy BBQ spot and it is on my shortlist when visiting!

You take one bite and just look at whoever you're with like, yep, this is it. The ribs have that perfect bite where the meat pulls clean but doesn't fall apart. Full flavor, no shortcuts. Pulled pork is loaded with smoke and super tender. The sausage has that snap when you bite into it and just enough kick to keep it interesting. And the sides are not throwaways. The mac and cheese is creamy comfort food. The beans are hearty and flavorful. The cornbread actually tastes homemade. The vibe is easy and welcoming. No hype, no gimmicks, just people who clearly care about making great food. You walk in hungry and leave happy. If you're craving barbecue that actually delivers, this place flat out hits.

I genuinely don't know how this place has such good reviews. This was our first and only visit…read morehere. My husband ordered take out from in the store. 1. The ribs were smothered in their raspberry bbq sauce which is just not good. Shame because the ribs were tender and cooked well. 2. The brisket. Who taught this person carving tonight how to cut brisket??!?! As someone who lived in central Texas for almost 6 years, the way this meat was cut was offensive. We got a a pound of brisket and they were cut into GIANT chunks almost an inch thick. Brisket is supposed to be SLICED and it's not supposed to be covered in sauce either. Thankfully the classic sauce is actually good but it ruins the bark!! The bark lost its peppery bite being covered in sauce. The point of brisket is it doesn't need sauce if it's done right. The chunks were so thick it made it chewy. Maybe if sliced thinner it would've been better. 3. The potato salad tasted like it was made with dole whip cream it was terribly sweet. The Mac and cheese had no flavor to it at all, and the beans were alright. 4. The sausage was flavorful and juicy. We finished that. I feel so bad for the people of Utah that think this is good bbq. It is not. I don't expect Texas bbq outside of Texas but this was just sad and not worth the $80 we spent. And what's worse is we are still hungry because the ribs were inedible and the brisket was so chewy. And, please please please go over meat carving with whoever was cutting the brisket this evening (4/7).

The jalapeño ranch brings just enough heat to keep things interesting without overpowering the brightness of the mango or the creaminess of the avocado. It's a well-composed dish, and easily the best thing I have eaten so far during an entire week in Utah. The sweet potato fries matched it: crispy outside, soft inside, the kind of side you keep reaching for without meaning to. Service was fast, atmosphere rustic and clean. No ceremony, no friction.
