Ok, I have to admit that I was hesitant to come here since there have been quite a few Chinese buffets in the location and Chinese buffets can be hit or miss, BUT, this place is fantastic. Prices are super reasonable for a buffet, the food was delicious and the Mongolian BBQ was wonderful, but it is a slow process, so be prepared to wait. We ate a lot of sushi and it was good too. I've been here three times, and the first two times were great. Food was good even for a chinese buffet, but this time things tasted off and my younger brother found a hard object in his sushi. The service was fine and quick no mind to that at all. The music I don't mind even if its a bit TOO 2010's lol. Wow! This buffet was amazing. Everything I tried (which was a little bit of everything) was delicious. My favorite was the sweet and sour chicken or the pineapple chicken. I loved that you could add your own sauce to taste. We had a bigger party (7 people) and everyone was able to get what they wanted. This place is located in Orem Utah. So it is a bit far from SLC. Was it worth the drive I would say it was good. Happened to show up on time because there was a line to eat when we left. The food selection was ok loved the teriyaki chicken did not try the Mongolian buffet though I was too full. They have room to sit for big parties and the cost was actually not too bad. The staff was friendly but the bathroom was a bit small I hurt myself recently a the big stall was taken so I almost got stuck in the little stall. Lots of parking. I would visit again. read more

Delicious good quality Chinese food especially for a buffet. Good flavorful selection including a delicious Mongolian grill. Other memorable dishes include the black bean mussels, garlic shrimp, black pepper shrimp and Mongolian beef. Large clean modern interior also makes for a great dining experience. Decent price with decent selection. Waitress was friendly and on top of it. Place was pretty clean. Went around 5 and wasn't too busy until we left around 6. Really 2.5 stars. There are lots of food options on the buffet, but every one I tried was mediocre or below in quality and taste (with the exception below). It would be a good place for a non-discriminating teen boy who is mainly interested in big quantities. I will say that the items on the salad bar were fresh, and I did like the cold shrimp in the shell. If someone made me go back there I would make a meal on those and the salad. read more

For a (Chinese Styled) buffet, this is your bang for buck! Pricing is incredibly within range compared to your other locations around Utah County. Most entry fees will cost anywhere from $20+ per person. During Lunch time it comes to $14 before tax $16 during Dinner. This location has two options. You have your classic Buffet style layout, as well as a Cooking Grill layout like HuHot to the left side of the buffet. Both are incredibly satisfying, and with each refill of a dish, it tastes exactly the same as your first plate. Very consistent and delicious for its price point. As your classic buffet style this place is a do it yourself approach, as in once you are seated you are free to immediately head over to the counter and start plating up. They move like ants in the production side of food where they all just flow together and make sure food is always in stock. Very much appreciated. If you're looking to just grab a quick meal, or go out with friends for a nice long chat and food to nom on, definitely give this place a try! read more

We drove a half hour to reach Feast Buffet, because we were meeting friends there, and had had good experiences in the past. Highly recommend. Sushi is outstanding--names or content would be helpful. Reasonable Prices, But Needs More Flavor We've been to this buffet several times because the pricing is excellent and it's a great value overall. However, we've consistently found that many of the main dishes--like the fried rice, sweet and sour pork, General Tso's chicken, and fried shrimp--are unfortunately very bland. These classic dishes should each have their own distinct flavor, but here, they tend to taste the same and lack seasoning. The fried shrimp is more like a tempura-style shrimp, and again, there's little to no flavor. A more traditional breaded and seasoned style would be a big improvement. We understand this is Utah, and palates can vary, but basic seasonings and proper salt usage would go a long way in improving the overall experience. That said, the highlight of this place is the made-to-order grill. The chefs at that station season the food perfectly, and it's always delicious. If the buffet food could match the quality and flavor of the grill station, this place would be outstanding. We really hope the kitchen takes this feedback into consideration--we'd love to keep coming back and see improvements. read more

Just found the Feast Buffet in Orem. This Is the Place" for-best Chinese all you can eat. Food is hot, not lukewarm! Tasty with tons of choices. Amazing Korean BBQ, good selection of meats, veggies, noodles, sauces-so, so many! Appetizers great,especially the breaded shrimp extra large and scrumptious, sushi looked good, didn't try, loved the hot and sour soup. Green beans, which at buffets is usually meh, were slightly crunchy and flavorful. Mongolian beef was very good as was the pineapple chicken. Loved the broccoli in one of the entrees. Server was just not really attentive to customers, 15 minutes for drinks, though not busy, and never checked on us again. She focused on cleanliness, great with keeping the area sparkling. The ambience was nice, not loud, and looked bright and new. Wish we lived closer than 45 minutes away. read more

For a buffet, this is a really good option. Probably not great for kids but great for big groups that can't decide on a restaurant especially if they're interested in Chinese food and Mongolian style restaurant. They have a waiter who brings your drinks. Which is nice and I'm sure cuts down on how much people consume but I'd prefer to save the cost and just fill up my own drinks. Only bus boys are needed here. The one thing that I would say is, I would really prefer that they peel the shrimp or have peeled shrimp available to throw in the Mongolian dish. You can grab shrimp from the salad bar. However, it is tedious to have to peel it before you throw it in the Mongolian grill. read more

Got here when it opened for the lunch buffet. We were promptly seated. When we went to grab food, everything was stocked, warm and fresh. Everything was seasoned well. It was also very clean. This was my second time at this buffet, I was surprised to walk up at 6 PM to an almost empty restaurant. The first time I went it was so busy, the restaurant was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. This didn't last long and by the time we left there was a line out the door. So I would definitely recommend going earlier. I love the food here, it reminds me of a restaurant in my hometown which is under new ownership and isn't good anymore. They have such a wide variety, and I like that they don't try to throw in a bunch of random "American" food. There's definitely a few things, but they have lots of options that classify as "Chinese Food." I have yet to try their stir fry, but the ingredients always look fresh and well stocked. The chicken is crispy, everythings well cooked, saucy, and flavorful. They have tons of seafood as well if you're into that. I wasn't sure how the pineapple chicken would taste but it was definitely my favorite thing I tried. Their dessert selection is lacking, nothing super fancy and mostly cookies. The ice cream however (although I'm not convinced it isn't frozen yogurt) is so good. I feel that the price is a bit steep, just over $30 for two people but I would go again. They do also say they charge an additional fee for wasting food, so if you bring children here I would make sure you watch how much they're putting on their plates. read more

I particularly liked the rice, pepper chicken, fried plantains, fried bread and vanilla soft serve with Oreos. The food at the buffet tables was kept warm and constantly replaced with new food. Rating this a 3.75. Because of the high reviews I've wanted to try this place for forever. Ended up spending the whole time trying to convince myself this wasn't just an Asian chuck-a-rama. The crowd, overall feel, cleanliness and food quality was very similar. I started with a Mongolian noodle bowl and a couple different meats from the other buffet lines. Ended up not eating the other meats because they were lukewarm. The Mongolian Buffet was good, just wished the ingredient options were better (baby corn, fresh spices, peanuts, cauliflower,etc.)- felt a little limited in the options. Went back for a second round and they totally burned the food and I ended up with a ton of other ingredients from other dishes in my food. Compared to other Mongolian buffet places I've had, wasn't totally my favorite. Overall this place was ok and would totally give it a chance if Asian food and buffets are your thing! read more

We took our family out for a traditional New Year's dinner at Feast Buffet - remodeled, new management and expanded selections. Reservations are not available, so the waiting area was extremely crowded, and it was too cold to wait outside. Our family liked the food options available at the Mongolian grill and the variety on the various buffet tables. You make your selections to suit your taste. We tried something from virtually every table and found all our selections were very good. For sushi lovers there is a wide range of options! For those who are looking for something other than Chinese cuisine there's a good selection of traditional American dishes, including Mac and cheese , fried chicken, salads, and fresh fruit. The staff's service in getting refills for drinks and clearing empty dishes off your table is quick. With all of the patrons in the restaurant it was hard to hear if there was any music. My experience with Asian buffets is usually "quantity over quality". However, I was impressed with Feast. The inside is very nicely decorated, clean, and well kept. The service was very good. The food far exceeded my expectations. I love that Mongolian bbq was incorporated into the experience. And in all, the price was very reasonable for an all-you-can-eat experience like this. After 18 years they are still in business but with a new name. Back in the olden days when working in Utah county a few of my co-workers would frequent this place once a week. They still use the same recipes and have expanded the Mongolian menu quite a bit. Also added a sushi section and have expanded the desserts. It has been remodeled inside and is very spacious with a nice decor. Mostly a good feeling of nostalgia about this place as others might not enjoy it as well as I do. For sure will be back when in Orem and will invite my old co-workers that have since moved on to bigger and better things. read more

Best $12 lunch I've ever spent. The food for the most part was okay- not expecting it to be great but it's decent. The Mongolian bbq was a good addition to an already extensive selection on their buffet. The shrimp they serve are much bigger than most ayce restaurants - Costco size cocktail. The chicken skewers were great. Green beans were cooked perfectly. There were too many other choices to mention but the bottom line is - this place has got to be the best bang for your buck restaurants in UT county. read more
