This location had received lower reviews than their other spots so I wasn't sure what to expect but it was good with the same quality as the other locations. I didn't love the fried chicken my husband got but I love their spicy pork and I was pleased to see they added a vegetarian option to their menu. The place was spunky and colorful and I like the idea of being able to order ramen from the same location. A little pricy but will still be on my rotation of casual restaurants. read more

Hello I am a cupbop regular I love it good food constant and reliable and the people who work there are always great characters. But for all the times I've been there it has come to my attention how tiny the water cups are seriously I've seen shot glasses bigger granted I don't drink but still. Now this really bothered me until I got cocky and ordered a level three spicey... my mouth was on fire it felt like the heat of ten suns i couldn't feel my face my eyes were watering it felt like my tongue was no longer attached to my body so naturally I went to the water it hopes that it could relieve my pain but after a single sip the water was gone I went back to the water fill station and filled it back up I did this several times and on the 11th time i felt eyes on me questioning how a person could consume such a high amount of liquid are they human? So anywho just to sum it all up: food good cups tiny. Please fix this so others don't have to suffer like I did. read more

I'm picky about which cupbop I go to because some don't get it right. I like extra sauce and this location seems to be the only one who gets it right! Twice in a row I have gone and when I ask for double sauce they give me double everything! So yummy! Great place! read more

Korean chicken and BBQ beef were really dry and didn't seem to have any type of seasoning. I asked for sauce on the side (comes with three types of sauces) because I didn't know if I wanted all the sauces all over my food since I hadn't tried them before. For me, I was deciding between a three and a four for them. But I feel strongly towards three. Cubop is really good, and is a step above fast food while still being fast food. For their usually ten dollar price range, you get a lot of food that fills you up fast and is delicious. But after a while, everything in the bowl sort of just tastes the same. I also feel that they either drown your food in sauce or barely put on enough sauce to cover the meat. I have been going to Cubop since it was still just a food truck. And I have never got a good amount of sauce but at the end of the day. You have to remember Cubop is a franchise and so is the quality of food that goes with it. Every time I eat at this place the damn tables are always dirty. They don't clean shit.

Cupbop is fine but their ramen is not good. Listen cupbop. If you're not going to take ramen seriously, then don't bother at all.

This was the absolute worst cupbop that has ever existed and it all stems from their horrible manager. He is unprofessional, disorganized, a terrible leader, and has no idea what it means to be a manager or run a business. He is the reason this business is failing and should be let go from his position immediately. Amazing food that I crave...basically, they have Asian noodles, rice, vegetables, & your choice of meats (all prepared different ways). Then YOU get to choose your level of heat in the sauce. Don't get me wrong, I love a little heat, but a level 3 is perfect for me...I can't imagine what a 9 or 10 level would be like. (Yikes!) I took a friend to the Cupbop at the University Mall in Orem today and was very disappointed. I have eaten at the Cupbop near BYU and have loved it. This however was not like like the BYU place. I had the Ko Ko Bop as usual. The noodles were mushy, the rice was all stuck together and I was unable to find any cabbage. This was a meal you would see in a cartoon, not a good one. Food was warm, not hot and staff was low energy at best. Friendly, but seemed uninterested. Noodles were dry, and at the bottom of my bowl/cup combo whatever it was, had so much liquid that it was like a soup. A soup made of the liquid at the bottom of a trash can. Gyoza was also soggy. I usually don't take the time to write a bad review as this is my first one. 20$ for my order, and it looked and tasted like it came out of a garbage disposal. I've eaten both at Ramen930 and Cupbop on different occasions and I like them both. I think having them both in one place is a fun idea. The seasonings and meat taste pretty good, and I like the sweet bulgogi sauce and the spicy mayo. They also have a lime mayo sauce. The less spicy orders except for the mildest level 1 and after level 4 use all 3 sauces. At level 6 onwards they add an additional hot sauce to make it significantly spicier. Of the ramens, my favorite is the Black Garlic ramen. I heard that the broth in the ramen is made from bone broth, which adds a good rich flavor. read more

My wife ordered the Curry Curry ramen for $10. And it smelled just like the ramen noodle packets you can buy for $1 at Smiths. You also could not taste any curry in the noodles or broth. I love Cupbop! I usually get a combo with their beef and pork around a level 5 and it's sooo tasty. I tried their new rock bop and it is now one of my favorites! I came to this location with a large order, about 9 entrees, and was a little disappointed with the customer service. The guy helping us seemed really impatient with our order. There was a problem with their card reader or something and even after payment was processed, he came over and tried to charge our card again. When we explained that we thought it went through he seemed agitated with us and continued to push us until another employee confirmed that we'd already paid in full. We were very pleasant and patient, but he was just really ornery with us the entire time we were there. They didn't label the meals with spice levels which made things a little tricky, and I had to ask for a lid and straw for my drink from behind the food counter. I was a little bummed from the service, but still enjoy their food. I'll honestly probably just go to another location next time. read more

I love Cupbop any of the week, but almost every location I visit The employee through on it every time. The Orem location is especially bad. Every time I call ahead they seem really annoyed to take my order. They continually change their pick up system. Sometimes they call your name, sometimes they put it on a shelf and just expect you to know to look for it. This last week I went and the cashier had no idea what promos were stuck to the other side of her register. I read a sign about getting five dollars for you and purchasing a $20 gift card and asked to do so. She had no idea what I was talking about and had to have the girl making the food help her. Twice. They were way behind on orders and two people that looked like the owners or general managers were walking in and out of the kitchen and outside oblivious to the number of people waiting and all of the sloppy work going on. I also used to frequent the fashion Place mall location and it was always the same guy who absolutely hates life making the food. Don't ask me questions or deviate from the menu board or are you going to get a really crusty eye from him followed by making your food at a glacial pace. Last week I stopped by the American Fork location and walked right up to the register and she promptly announced it would be almost a 20 minute wait for my food. The whole franchise just needs a facelift. Sad because I love my cupbop but I'm tired of them always ruining my day. read more
