We tried this place for the first time today and we won't be back. First, the store was just not clean. The seating was worn out and uncomfortable. The soda machine had several items not working. The staff were pleasant but the food was awful. The Korean beef was stringy low quality meat. The noodles were mushy and drowning in sauce, which was overly sweet. The Mondoo was also drowning in sauce but my wife enjoyed the pot stickers. Her noodles were also mushy. Neither of us finished our meal. Been there many times, both before and after they were successful on Shark Tank. Sorta a Chipotle for Korean food. Although the spice levels are 1-10, be careful. I like medium spicy food and anything higher than a 2 is too hot for me, so buyer beware. That aside, the food is really tasty and pretty reasonable for the amount served. The woman working was polite and appologetic. She may have had one other person in the back to help. Bless her for staying busy and getting through it all. We took a couple of folks to Cupbop this week who hadn't eaten there before. They really enjoyed the food and so did we! We all had chicken and beef, KoKo Boo, and Mandoo. It was all very good and our guests loved it. If there was anything that could have been better it would be that we wanted more sauce to mix in. Korean BBQ in a cup, you say? I was definitely curious. It wound up being super delicious! I got the ugly bowl and there was nothing ugly about it. It was served with Korean glass noodles, rice, and was topped with some delicious crispy chicken and you pick the sauce. I went with a kind of sweet and spicy mix; it did not disappoint. The serving was massive; I had leftovers for sure. The cup quite large and the taste was larger. They also have a promo going on where if you say the secret phrase, you get a special key chain! This was my first time trying this spot! It was delicious. Customer service was spectacular, welcomed us as soon as we got in the door. Ok, we LOVE cupbop but this experience was rough. We ordered 2 B-bops online using the link from the cupbop's website and we paid for extra meat - it is listed as "extra meat/veggies". I had assumed if you got a solely meat bowl - they would give you "extra meat" and if you got a veggie bowl they'd give you "extra veggies" since the B-bop does not come with veggies. My husband goes in to get our meal and they had made it with the same amount of meat (beef) and added veggies (that were DISGUSTING) and put the sauce all over the veggies that we picked off so basically had no sauce on our bowls. PLEASE change this on your website to make sense and not throw your workers off. It was an honest mistake. The website does not allow for space to clarify this and it's just plain confusing. If we wanted veggies in our b-bop it should say "add veggies" not extra veggies. We paid for EXTRA MEAT, not to add nasty veggies. Overall, will not be ordering online at this location. Mood- late lunch Upon entering it was pretty busy, so waited in line until it was my turn. Once up to the counter it was not the friendliest of service. Def felt highly rushed. Normally I would inquire if I could substitute or half and half. I didnt get the opportunity to ask at this location. So, I just opted for the ComboBop, and the other with extra meat. Now when I was rang up the person at the register was highly personable and very friendly. They had the Coconut Yogurt drinks that I enjoy so I got that as well. The food was ok. Maybe it was due to a lunch rush. But it was not what I am used to back in Vegas at the other locations. Interior is a few tables and chairs. Not a lot but def enough for a couple of patrons to entertain there food indoors. Everything was clean. I enjoy reading all of the mottos/logos on the walls. Would recommend - pricing is reasonable for the portions. Staff was hit and miss. I am glad the person that rang me up was hospitable & courteous. I've been the biggest Cupbop fan since I lived in Northern Utah. When I moved to St George I waited and waited for years for them to come. Now that they're here I frequent as often as I can. What surprises me is how most people I talk to still haven't heard of them and haven't tried bathe food. If you're thinking about going you won't regret it. I get a combo bop. Beef and pork. No cabbage. I usually go with a level 3 or level 4 on their spice level. This determines what sauces you get. I always add extra sweet sauce and extra lime sauce. The lime sauce is a total game changer. If you like your food spicy, I believe the lime sauce is left off some of the higher spice levels. You'll want to make sure to always request it. read more

Super happy that Cupbop came to St. George. I've been a long time fan since the early food truck days. If you're new, you should know that you're going to pick a spice level between 1 and 10. As the spice level goes up you're going to introduce new sauces. Like a spice level 1 only has one sauce, but level 5 has all the sauces except the spiciest. At level 6 I feel like they either go light or omit the white sauce, which is a shame, and just add increasing amounts of the spicy red sauce. Here's what you do: If you can handle any spice at all you'll want to get at least a 5 to get all the flavors. At this point it is not very spicy. I would say most people will be just fine here. If you go above a 5 then you'll want to ask for extra white sauce, to keep all the flavors. Pro tip: the Hot Pop already has some spice in the meat so go down a level from your norm. Here's my usual order: B Bop, level 6 or 7, with extra white sauce. read more

The employees were not in any rush whatsoever, and they seemed new. They were rude to a customer asking about the wait. It was a boy and girl working, and the boy just kept walking off. We are so happy to see our favorite food truck making a home in Saint George. My husband usually gets the B Bop (BBQ beef) and I like the Kko Kko Bop (BBQ chicken). Portions are big so come hungry. The spicy scale is no joke! I usually play it safe with a 2 or a 3 (out of 10). I appreciate that they have kid sizes as well. My only complaint is that I placed my order online and they didn't have a great system for me to pick up my food. I had to wait behind 5 different patrons all ordering and paying for their food while my already prepared, already paid for food sat on the counter waiting. It was frustrating.
