Jus an absolute treat. Our fist time in and the entire experience was 5 stars. The staff are just fun and so helpful. The concept is amazing: the bowls are large so you will get lots of food. It's a mix of rice glass/sweet potato noodles and cabbage with your choice of protein. We tried the chicken and the beef and both were amazing. You also get your choice of hot sauce ranked 1 to 10 all delicious. As new customers we were given free potstickers with Mayo sauce. Awesome! Again the place is just wonderful all around. I genuinely love cupbop but tonight was very disappointing. Ran out of noodles--happens sometimes I get that but they did not add more chicken or coleslaw to compensate neither did they add extra food: whatever. Specifically asked for no bag, they gave us a bag. Asked for a four on the spice scale and they gave us at least a six because my mouth is burning. Took at least thirty minutes to make our food when usually we would be in and out in ten minutes. I am very displeased. read more

Service is what stands out at this restaurant. The people who took our order were so friendly and upbeat, they really made us feel welcome. The food was pretty good; we were glad to have tofu as a protein option. The portion was just about the right size for a light lunch. We are regular customers at CupBop, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Tonight we chose to dine in. They were busy, which we completely understood, but we were not greeted or acknowledged at all for the first 10 minutes. Two other customers came in after us and were helped first. When our order was finally started, we were told we'd need to wait a couple more minutes for the mandoo to cook. By that point, we had been there over 30 minutes, watching multiple other customers get served. Staff then looked at us and asked, "Have you been helped?" I explained that yes, our order was started and we'd been waiting. The employee was extremely rude and responded with "Well, we've been busy." When I asked if they remembered starting our order, she looked confused and clearly had forgotten us entirely. We left without food after waiting patiently for 30 minutes, and as we walked out, the same employee called me a bitch. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, staff were not wearing gloves or hair nets, and hair was visibly everywhere around the food prep area. Busy is understandable. Being ignored, forgotten, spoken to rudely, and disrespected is not. Very disappointed, especially as repeat customers. read more

Great bibimbap. It was busy. There is no indoor seating, but the food is very authentic Korean food.

We went here yesterday for lunch and it was pretty good. We ordered the pot stickers, bbq beef bowl and bbq chicken bowl. We go the sauce at level 2 and 3. Everything was pretty good and I enjoyed the noodles, rice, cabbage and meat together. Also, be careful with the spice level 4 and up is very hot. My only complaint was that the pot stickers were cold. Overall, if you are looking for fast food that is americanized Korean bbq than give this place a try. It is nice to have a new cuisine in TF. read more

I want to love this place, but it just isn't quite good. No matter what I order, they always get something wrong. The spice level is too high or swapped with another order, they forget a side etc. the meats are always skimpy portions, the amount of rice is overwhelming, the service is always harried and distracted. The menu is over long and repetitive. This may just be me and my kid, but I had eaten there once and I didn't feel well for days. The second time my kid was with me and he said he didn't feel good (unknown to him neither did I) so I know it isn't just me. Not sure what is in the food that disagreed with us. I was SO SUPER excited for this place to open. Being Korean, there's a definite lacking here in Twin. I was so hopeful, but coming from a big city with lots of great food, I was also skeptical. So the premise of this place is much like bibimbop, which is a mixed rice dish. You get your bowl with rice, raw cabbage, noodles (glass noodles) and your protein (chicken, beef, pork, tofu). Then you can pick a sauce to top it, and you shake everything together. This concept, for me, falls a little short. I should say, though, for my very first visit I ordered both the spicy pork and the beef bowls without sauce. I wanted to see just how authentic the flavors hold up. The spicy pork flavor was at least similar to the traditional Korean dish, but it was on the more bland, Americanized, side. The beef... not even close. It was honestly a dish I couldn't even eat. I gave it to my husband and he couldn't do it either. Now, I'm sure the sauce may have helped the beef, bjt again, I wanted to see the base flavor. It shouldn't need to be masked to be edible. My only qualm woth the sauces is that there's no way of telling how it will change the flavor of the meat, as you can't taste test (especially if you're in the drive through). I also think the bowls would be elevated greatly if the cabbage was lightly steamed instead of raw. Man, and that parking lot/drive through! It might be because it's a new place and everyone wanted to try it out, but literally over a half hour in the drive through before I even got up to the ordering. Don't expect a quick trip if there's cars visible in the entrance. Also, even if you want to park and go in, you have to wait in the drive theough line until it opens into the parking lot because only one car can fit on the entrance side at a time. At one point, I wanted to park and go in to place my order as it would have likely saved me at least 20 minutes, but I couldn't get to a parking spot and by the time I could I was close enough to ordering that it wasn't worth it. We'll still try it again, and I'll try the sauces, but it's nothing I'll rave about. read more

While on a weekend trip to Twin Falls, I decided to grab some cupbop for a quick lunch. The employees were very kind. They explained how everything worked very well to us. The food was pretty decent but nothing amazing. Always a good option for fast food with vegetarian options. I got the combo bowl with tofu and veggies and spicy level 4. Very tasty and customizable! We went inside to dine and were given a warm greeting. When asked if we'd eaten here before, they gave us the tour of all of the options and even had suggested ideas for the combo. You can choose your preferred level of "heat" in the sauce that goes on top. I'm not into super hot food, and enjoyed the bowl and sauce. When I brought a bowl home for my husband, was a little curious why the rice was mixed with the cabbage. I liked it, but now it has me wondering if I was given that option or if it's what all bowls have. I look forward to my next visit. read more

I was surprised to see that Twin was getting a Korean food chain, but given the lack of food diversity in town, I was happy to see it. I love Korean food and ate it frequently before moving here. We had the beef bulgogi, chicken, and a side of Mandoo. I ordered the bowls at spice level 3, and that was fine for me. Yes, it's Americanized to a degree, and yes, it's fast food so the flavor profile is going to be a little heavy-handed, but overall I was happy to have something DIFFERENT. Just like McDonald's is not a gourmet hamburger, this place is not like the Korean food you would get in a big city, but I liked it, it was fast, and it was reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the Mandoo (potstickers) were cold -- like should-have-been-thrown-in-the-fryer-to-reheat cold. They weren't warm at all and had obviously been sitting. That's fine, but throw them back in for 30 seconds when the order comes in! I will definitely give them another try. read more

Amazing food. They give excellent portions of meat, you can customize the bowl you want, for example it comes with rice and noodles but (chubster here has to watch his carbs) so I just got meat and extra cabbage and they provide a ton of food. Very tasty. read more

I love CupBop! We live in Utah and have been going there for years. I'm hoping this location can get it together. The pork was a shredded consistency, which is far too soft for this dish. My beef was in a solid chunk - it had not been stirred up at all. It was not at all what we are accustomed to . We had convinced the extended family to try it and ended up embarrassed. Maybe we will try it again next time we're in town, but for now - not good. Service was slow, but friendly, so that's one good thing. read more

It's always exciting to get some variety and I was eagerly anticipating bomb Korean food, but this fell short. I'd give it 2.5 stars. For me, it was mediocre at best and dragged down further because it doesn't come out of the line hot. This is essentially bibimbap without a fried egg and is light on protein for the cost. The rice doesn't have the right starch balance and is underseasoned for a successful Korean rice. Since rice is the vessel, it's underwhelming. The cabbage mix isn't Kimchee and without that fermented funk, it seems a bit out of place to me. The spicy fried chicken had good flavor and crunch...the star of the dish, but the bulgogi was sad...lacking flavor. The marinade isn't dialed in, the beef was a bit too thin for the cut and tasted more like what you'd put in a street taco than in a bowl. Meh! read more

I will start by saying the flavors are alright. I've eaten here a few times, but I have never been overly impressed. They don't give you very much meat and the large bowl is mostly rice and noodles. For around $9 a bowl (only one size option) it's honestly a rip off. The rice is usually undercooked and the meat is usually dry. Their plastic utensils are pathetic. I really want to like Cup Bop, but I'm done trying. Today I ate there and the potstickers were lukewarm bordering on cold and so was the bowl itself. I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with food poisoning because the temperature was not within the acceptable limit. If I were you I would go somewhere else. There are much better options out there and at better prices too. read more

Absolutely tasty food!!! I usually order the mandoo (dumplings) bop, spicy level 3 or 4. I had been eyeing this place for a while and finally decided to go on my lunch hour. Big mistake .... so did everyone else, which should tell you that many people find the food tasty! The next couple of times, I took a later lunch hour and not as bad but still a bit busy. This last time, I had it delivered (Door Dash) and all was right in the world! LOL! Absolutely horrible. I would give this place a negative star rating. The Clerk didn't know anything. The meat was red and undercooked and cold. The sauces are mayo based and just left out on the counters. Cup says shake so we did and the lid flew off and the food ended up on the floor. Not one Korean person in the whole restaurant working. Came in at 5:45 6/30, during the dinner hour and when parking in back, noticed the staff hosing off the kitchen floor out the back door into the driveway. Entered the lobby, with one other couple seated, so just the four of us. The quantity of meats was poor, with the heated serving dishes nearly empty. Only one potsticker, chicken was dry and chewy, the beef tasted like it has been there a little to long. The server was nice enough when asked about the lack of product, replying that they always to a deep cleaning between 3-5 p.m. We told him that all of the tables in the lobby needed to be wiped down, to which he replied, "Yea, it's been real chaotic and I haven't had a chance to get to it."
