I can't say enough about Cupcake Sisters! My nieces grad party was 7/12/25, the girl I ordered cookies from sent me a message on Wednesday before saying she couldn't have ready. The cake and cupcakes the Cupcake Sisters provided for my husband's 60th birthday party were ABSOLUTELY amazing! Honestly, everyone at the party was RAVING about how good they were and people were negotiating with me to take some home with them! The Sisters also made me chocolate covered pretzels and decorated them to look like burning cigars (we had a cigar and bourbon themed party) and they too were delicious. I didn't get pics of those "cigars" but I did remember to take pics of the cake and cupcakes. I cannot recommend these ladies enough. I will never use another bakery for any of my events. Service is terrible. I was ignored even though I was already in the shop before this other customer and i'm almost certain it has to do with my skin color. I was ready to order and they simply ignored me and continued talking to this other person and I waited patiently until the time I waited became ridiculous. When I stated that I won't spend my money there. One of the workers responded with " thank you". That immediately told me what I needed to know, and I do not recommend this place if you were a person of color. The cupcake sisters are racist to simply put it. These ladies were AMAZING! We are from another state and were in Westchester PA for Christmas. Our sons birthday is the 28th and our whole family was in town. We planned to make a cake and then with all the people we realized that probably wouldn't happen.... On the 27th. We desperately called around asking if anyone could make a cake and were told orders needed to be done multiple days in advance. We emailed the cupcake sisters and received a message we would likely hear back in 2-3 days. We went to bed that night anticipating a mad rush to the store to buy cake supplies. We received an email back by 7:45am from them saying she'd be happy to make a cake today. We spoke and gave instructions (dinosaur theme) and we're happy to have anything. No lie, we expected to arrive to a cake of our flavor choices with a small icing dinosaur drawing. This cake was AMAZING. Fondant dinosaurs on a Sandy scene (brown sugar) with fondant and chocolate rocks and palm trees. It was multi tier and beautiful. Our whole family LOVED it and it was delicious. We had leftovers that were eaten for the next two days. Cannot say enough how kind and friendly and easy this experience was. Will order again when in PA! read more

This bakery was awesome! I run an in-home bakery and love to try out other bakeries around me, and Cupcake Sisters was on my list! When I arrived inside, a sweet young lady immediately came out from the back and her smile was contagious and she was so friendly. I got 1/2 dozen cupcakes and the price was not bad at all compared to another bakery I just tried in Greenville. The bakery itself was clean, adorable, and decorated so freakin cute! The sweet young lady behind the counter thanked me for coming in after I paid. I got a receipt sent to my email which I thought was nice and convenient. The cupcakes were damn delicious! Very rude in their email responses, terrible customer service skills and shows disregard for their customer or their needs. Stated multiple times that I'd like to pick up a custom cake on a Friday (months in advance) and they for some reason were stuck on the fact that the celebration is on a Tuesday and repeatedly only responded with "we're closed on Tuesdays". I also find it funny that I have included the emails where multiple times I stated I would like to pick up on a Friday, and they are still hung up on our celebration being on a Tuesday. read more

not great at all at first cakes look good but in box could not see much when we got home all cakes where different sizes and some where uneven and gold trim around edges where a joke and barely visible and the one cake was most icing inside I don't know what happen but they sh not be doing cakes just cup cakes and they charged $800 and was a joke and thru most of the cake in the trash and will never go back even if it was free please don't let them destroy your kids cake or your wedding cake they have no experience at cakes bigger then 12inch they did not even have a box they hade to make one so why would they even take orders read more

I found cupcake sisters on yelp. When I contacted, their response was prompt. I drew how I wanted the cake and Nan drew it again and asked me if that's what I needed. Not easy to make one custom cake for a boy and a girl birthdays. We only communicated only through texting. I was sooo skeptical how it will turn out. The cake was delivered on time and I was sooo sooooo happy with the result. Nan put everything I wanted precisily on the cake. Nan was very thorough. The Cupcake Sisters did an amazing job for our event we were having. Nan made sure she had the correct idea of what we wanted on the cookie. She listened to exactly what we wanted and when showing us photos of her own work, she gave us another idea for a cookie and we ended up getting even more! They individually wrapped 200 cookies, and even delivered them to us as well. Not only did they look amazing, but they tasted just as amazing as well.
