We had a great experience here…read more Overview: Small lot that sells pre-cut Christmas trees, and small selection of wreaths and decorations. While you are paying, they wrap the tree and put it in your car/truck. The Good: After having terrible experiences at U-Cut lots, we decided to give the Kringle Tree Factory a try. The experience was very pleasant; they were not cheap, but the pricing was straight-forward and the trees were of good quality. What I really liked, they had different types of trees, and different sizes. We were flexible on the type of tree we wanted and saved a lot of money by choosing a different variety. If you are very specific about the type of tree you have to have, prepare to pay a little more. Our tree stayed up till mid February, then we cut some of the branches off, and made wreathes, because we liked the smell so much. The wreathes are still decorating our front porch, and coffee table... and its March. The Bad: This is a quick buying process... not many opportunities for photo ops, etc, if that's what you are looking for. Conclusion: Ill be buying my tree, from here, for now on.

Great place to cut down your own tree. We don't shop around, so I don't know if the prices are…read morecomparable or not, but it is a good value for a good tree. You get a saw and a tag. If you care about which type of tree you want, you can check a map to get to the right area for your tree. You can catch a tractor ride to your location, or just walk for the experience. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. After you find your perfect tree (we've been there later in the season in past years and there seems to always be a good selection) and shoot the obligatory family photos, you take your tree to the lane to get picked up. They shake and wrap it while you pay and get your complimentary cookies and cider. It's a great time and makes for a wonderful Christmas tradition. We'll be going back again year after year.

However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have Scotch Pines for cutting. When I was a kid, that's what my parents would always put up at Christmas. We cut down a very nice 6 ft. tree. What makes Indian Creek special are the people running it. Very friendly, helpful and genuinely seem to appreciate your business. Hope to be back next year to find our 10-footer again.
