I really wanted to like this place. The music was good, atmosphere was cool! Coffee wasn't too good, and it was a bit loud here. And pricey( I know what isn't pricey in nyc!) Their donuts and pastries looked great but I did not try any as due to my allergies (also wasn't hungry). The staff was friendly. Also the bathroom was one of the cleanest coffee shop bathrooms I have been in.

Service was extremely fast, although it also wasn't too busy when I arrived. I ordered a fairly regular sandwich, but the quality of ingredients did exceeded my expectations. Iced latte was also good.

Great new coffee shop addition to the Gramercy area. The Greek coffee place is pretty much what the neighborhood needed. Here are the highlights: 1. Good coffee but expect lower liquid amounts for the cappucino (which is my go-to) 2. Great and friendly staff 3. Array of pastries and Greek savory treats (including all of the yogurt...) 4. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors 5. A few Greek imported pantry staples are available for purchase Top family-owned coffee stop in the area that has been a go-to for a lot of locals. If you can stop by, definitely do it!

A modern and cozy cafe close to union square. It is fairly big inside with many tables, would be a great place to enjoy your coffee while work on your laptop. The ham and cheese croissant and iced latte both are delicious, staff are really friendly as well. Definitely will be one of my go to cafes

I was looking for a cafe/bakery near Union square that wasn't a big chain and found this on Google maps. The inside is big though it was full the whole time I was there (noon on a Sunday). The cappuccino I got was delectable and i really enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant. The croissant was flaky and buttery and left me wishing I had tried more of their pastries. The staff was very friendly. They have an A health rating.

This is the best coffee shop in New York City. It's perfect in every way. The food is great. The coffee is great. It's clean. The bathroom is clean. There are plenty of tables. There are plenty of outlets. The music is cool. I love it.

I want to give this cafe a higher review, but I really did not like my cappucino. It was really watery, and it didn't have the consistency of a normal cappucino. I appreciate that the barista was really nice and helped me pick a drink I would like, but I just don't think the cappucino was for me. I noticed this cafe is really popular so I'm sure they have a lot of food and drinks that are really good, but I personally did not have the best experience. I would give CupSoul the benefit of the doubt and visit and try their yummy-looking pastries.

The place looks really nice with marble stones and pink chairs so it's a good place to relax and take photos. The staffs are really nice and pastries look appealing too but the croissant tasted so much worse as compared to its looks - not flakey at all. The cold brew ordered also just tasted okay as well. I guess style over substance?

Excellent new coffee shop. Tons of indoor and outdoor seating with fresh squeezed orange juice. Good selection of pastries but didn't try any. Matcha latte was fresh and authentic. Extremely clean!

Pretty standard coffee shop, kinda pricey for the coffee sizes but it's really cute inside and there's a good amount of seating!

When you enter there is a bar you can sit at and two large high top tables next to it. As you walk further in there is a lounge with couches and various sizes tables. The whole space is surrounded by books! Heaven! We ordered a chai, matcha and a ginger cookie. Shout out to the woman taking my order for comping me my drink for my birthday! Everyone from the staff was friendly - I really enjoyed being there. The only thing I would say is someone should come by to check on the tables more often as I had to return other people's abandoned drinks. But you know what first world problems, am I right? Maybe they can have a sign or mention to customers to return their own cups before leaving. I sort of can't imagine why people don't... It is quite popular spot so you need to be very patient and strategic if you want to grab a table, as well as sprinkled with a little bit of luck. We unfortunately got there a little late. I went there at 3pm and hunted for a table and my friend got there by 330pm. By the time we ordered and started drinking our coffees - we were informed the lounge area will be closed at 4pm to prepare for the evening wine bar. Oh right this cafe turns into a wine bar in the evenings! How cool! At 4pm we thankfully grabbed one of the high tables - sharing it with another couple but it was large enough for the 4 of us. The lights dimmed and the atmosphere changed to more intimate. We unfortunately had to leave at 5pm, but I imagined picking up a James Baldwin book, ordering some white wine and enjoying both.... Mmm definitely next time. Maybe sometimes after work - sounds like a great wind down.

It was way too hot and crowded inside for us to wait, so they told us we could just come back in 20 minutes to check on our spot. I wish they had a call list or a texting service to let us know when we were up. We came back at the 20 minute mark and thankfully were seated pretty quickly after that. Thankfully the dining area was cooler than the waiting area. For food I got The Smash and added a poached egg. My bf got the breakfast burrito (he would have gotten the eggs Benedict, but it didn't look like they had Cholula). I had read reviews that this was the best avocado toast in NY, but it was maybe my least favorite of the few I tried! Could just be me, but it had more of an acidic flavor than I like. My last bite was also a mouthful of feta which I had thought was egg lol, it was honestly hard for me to get down. My bf's breakfast burrito was maybe the smallest he's ever had, but it tasted decent. 5/5 for service, and the ambiance (though hot) was cute. I'd be tempted to give them another try because of how good the reviews are, but I wouldn't get their avocado toast again.
