Union Square has a confluence of coffee shops but many of them are all too common. This spot has a rustic feel upon walking in. Only it doesn't offer much seating that's not really the point. Instead, you're expected to order and savor some delicious pastries while sipping your mug of "hot joe" exploring a fun part of the city. Adorable little place! We needed a caffeine fix before commencing with Sunday funday in the city and this hit the spot. I got a delicious creamy dirty chai latte with a lovely little design. I love when they do that ! The iced latte and iced americanos were also on point for my friends. Service was great and with a smile. They had a little breakfast menu with sandwiches and some sweet treats. We got the chocolate almond pastry. That was a lovely heavenly crumbly mess to go with our drinks. So good . My friend got an iced americano, which she thoroughly enjoyed since it wasn't very acidic and more on the nuttier side. I got a lavender latte with oat milk which was just OK and also $7, wow. It was too sweet for me, unfortunately, and all I tasted was sugar, then some oat milk and hints of lavender. I shouldn't have gotten a flavored latte, hahaha. I think I first stepped in when it first open about two years ago? They have a menu with a variety of your usual espresso drinks, along with tea lattes and tea.
