It was free to come and stay, but the first 100 or so were given wristbands for free tacos and seating by the big screens in the back of the store. It was cool being able to be indoors and on their couches to watch the game. They had face painting for free I believe and promoting sales on various fan boxes representing different countries that were a good deal. I bought some FIFA merch, but I'm pretty sure they up charged on certain items. I was going to buy some of the mystery balls containing soccer players and Target sells them for $9.99 while they sell it for $12.99, but you can get that lower price if you are a member of the store. When Mexico won, they announced that everything in store would be 20% and no tax charged. After deciding between a replica USA soccer jersey and the replica FIFA World Cup soccer ball, my husband wanted the soccer ball. Unfortunately, we were not only charged the sales tax, but we didn't get 20% off. The original price of the ball was $49.99 and we got charged $50.00. We had to go to customer service to get it resolved and he was giving me a hard time saying he could only give me my money back as a gift card, but I persisted that it was my debit card used and asked for the last digits of the card listed and showed him it matched my debit card that I used. After we left, there was a father and son that were returning the Switch 2 they just bought and the dad also caught the same issue too. I just feel bad for those who fell for the supposed deal and didn't check their receipts assuming that they got charged correctly. As the game came to the end' the store annoyed as a gift for mexico winning the match they would have a deal no sales tax plus and additional 20% off anything from the store. We decided to buy a world cup replica soccer ball. The women cashier next to the soccer shirts and collectible soccer ball display case ended up charging us without even letting us she had charged full price. As we were walking to the dor we notice the total was almost $50 including tax, where was the deal? We went to cistomer service and the guy apologies and refunded us our money and confirmed no discount or tax was removed. Beware of this store and always check your receipt. Horrible customer service . We were robbed in store something out of the cart . Two employees told us they would just replace the item since we hadn't left the store . The manager was extremely nasty and told us we can come back in a few days when they can review cameras . She also told us it's not her problem if we got robbed inside the store . If you're elderly or have issues carrying things then don't come here. It definitely is not the store for you. First, watch out for their employees. Some can be really rude. I was here with my dad who uses a cane to walk. An employee squeezed his way between the counter and myself almost making me trip. My father bought me a beautiful watch at this store. The watch band was pretty big so we brought it back to be resized. Evelyn in the fashion department was very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my watch fit properly. They didn't even charge for the resizing! Terrible service, i went to go buy a stroller and was waiting for someone to charge me for almost half an hour. The entire time I was waiting, there were three ladies just standing at the checkout. Then finally one of them said that we have to make line but there was no sign indicating where the line was. We were only waiting in front of the register because they had previously charged someone at the time that we arrived to also pay. Once they charged the people the lady left and then the other one arrived and we were never told throughout the entire time waiting there that we would have to make line elsewhere. It wasn't until half an hour passed by and more people arrived that the lady said we had to make the line on the other side. Meanwhile, like I mentioned before there were two other ladies there that did not help us or indicate where to get in line. I came in today with my brother so we could get a new washer due to us having a credit given our past washer got ruined. Only reason why we came back, otherwise we would've gone elsewhere because we all know how much they rip you off here with interests. Besides all this, the individual that "helped" us had no type of customer service. Her name was ALEJANDRA. She was not polite at all and did not explain much. We had to make all the questions and she seemed annoyed anytime we'd ask anything. When paying I paid in full because as mentioned this place is known for how much they rip you off, she seemed upset when I said this and then tried convincing us to do payments which I declined to. When asking regarding the pick up, ALEJANDRA said if we go and it's not there then we'd have to come back and choose another one. How does that make any sense? If we were already paying for it?! Once she gave us the receipts, ALEJANDRA didn't even bother explaining anything on them. When I approached her to ask for clarity on the receipts as she walked away just saying, "okay everything is done." She said, "you can see it here clearly." To me that was rude because again like I said when there's customer service you make sure you thoroughly explain things to your clients regardless of how "clear" it can be to you. Update: Called credit bureaus to ask if curaçao had contacted them. They said they have never received any type of call from them or to remove the "soft inquiry" it's actually a hard inquiry on my record. They asked to get a police fraud report in order to proceed with the situation. Curaçao has been sending me mail to apply for their credit as if they didn't run my social on a application that wasn't completed or submitted by me. read more

Showed up to buy a a monitor through their "price match guarantee " when I showed a price match from Walmart every single thing matched until the sales associate called a manager and told me it had to be a pick up from Walmart doesn't matter if it's in stock it MUST BE PICK UP with in 2 days that was the catch to not price match me even though it's the same product at 200$ less .
