He came at 6:30pm. I was amazed that he was able to come that late. He was the most honest man. He right away knew what was wrong with it. He showed me the parts it needed and how much were they. He ordered the parts and told me he'll be ready to come fix it the next day. Due to my work schedule I was only available at 7pm. He didn't mind it. He charged me to go check it out and that went towards the whole fee. The next day he showed up on time and was able to fix it in 30-40 mins. I really appreciated him coming late. I tipped him a little extra for making the time to come late. Always appreciate people's time!

She said they did, and that she could have a tech to me in less than an hour!! Rudy showed up about 40 minutes later, and was able to very quickly diagnose a faulty fan that he was able to fix just as fast.
