I knew I wanted to pierce my 10 month old daughters ears but didn't want to go to Claire's. A friend told me about this place. They do not charge a fee to pierce. You only need to purchase the earrings. There were over a dozen baby earrings to choose from. We got a $39.99 simple pair cause I plan on changing them once they heal. The process was quick enough. The lady that helped us was pleasant. Our daughter moved around a lot. We were in there maybe 25 minutes because I took my time choosing the earrings and making sure the holes were going to be straight. My husband and I are totally happy with this place. I did not like the service, I took my daughter to get her second piercing and a few days later it was infected. And her right hear is more up than her left hear. I'm so disappointed, for their price it's not worth it, Moya was the lady's name that did the piercing very disappointed I will definitely wont be going back . All they care is about is the money. I went super early like at opening time and besides the woman who was mopping who "let us in" being a little rude we had a wonderful experience took my baby girl to get her ears pierced and I was beyond nervous they made us pay, sign paperwork, and got to marking her ears that's when we were put in Angels hands (the gentleman who did the piercing) and he let me mark the ear where I wanted and everything and boy did he DO A GREAT JOB my mother even said he did so good I highly recommend it was quick and clean and the earrings are lovely THANKS SO MUCH ANGEL read more

I'm extremely disappointed....Worst customer service. My baby got her ears pierced here tonight and I absolutely regret it! When the piercing was finished, my husband noticed that one of my daughters earrings had missing the diamond. They had no sympathy what's so ever and said it happens and there's nothing they can do about it, but give me another pair. And I replied, uh yeah of course you should since there is no diamond. During this entire time, they saw me very emotional and upset and I expected them to be more sympathetic. They were very unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would. My husband bought me a new wedding set for my birthday but it was to big. The next day we went to get it sized to my finger and had to wait 5days. When I came to pick up my ring it was missing a diamond. Then they said they would order a new ring to my size and it would be ready the next day for an exchange. I came back the next day for my new rings and again the new set was missing a diamond. The response was it is out of they're control that these things may happen and that they just have to send it out for repair. I went in today to get my ten week old daughters ears pierced and when I got home I noticed they were not in the same place. Her left ear was fine but the right was pierced on top of the black dot she marked! I am very upset because it's a painful experience and the associate didn't do a good job!!!!! The one star is MAYBE for the jewelry selection. I say maybe, because we couldn't even look at it without being hounded by the salesgirl. If a customer says that they would like to look by themselves for a few minutes before asking questions, that's usually what they mean! I couldn't believe she kept trying to get us to answer questions or look at things she wanted to show us, after we specifically said no. My husband got so frustrated we walked out. I recently noticed that my watches battery died and I went to the jewelry store to find out if my watch had warranty. I only had it for about 2 years. I was told it would take 6 weeks to send it in which would have cost me $35 plus the battery since it was a Movado watch. My boyfriend and I walked around the mall and I finally ended up at Don Roberto's jewelry they told me it would cost me around $25 and I would get the watch back by the end of the week. So I left the watch. When I returned to pick up the watch (So keep in mind I never had an account at this store.) and they asked me to Sign and I was ready to pay. The ladies that assisted me said. No cost to you pretty much in the house. I was so surprised and in shock. At the same time excited. People work miracles and this store definitely did me a favor. I was really low in cash and I would rather pay something I owe and be broke. But They saved me a little cash and I ended up using it for groceries which we really needed at home.
