The seamstress Garine was kind and helpful, but another employee Zina was so incredibly rude. She came off very kind in the beginning but she is a very hostile woman who made the entire experience a very sad one for me and it's still on my mind. When I went to pick up my dress, she called me and immediately accused me of being "disrespectful" for not doing all my alterations with them--something that was never stated to me as a clear policy. In person, she continued to speak to me harshly and said I wasted their time and what I did was not acceptable. She said it so many times and so aggressively I started to cry, and only then she felt bad for being so ridiculously harsh. I even offered to apologize to her seamstress who she claims I was wasting her time, to which she then told told me "it's not a big deal" To make it worse, I was quoted $50 but charged $75 with no clear explanation. I did not want to further argue so I paid what was asked. I went in to pick up my wedding dress, an experience every girl wants to remember for the rest of their lives and left feeling upset and honestly in tears. No customer should be treated this way. Would not recommend doing business with someone like her.

This place gave a small bottle of champagne which was a nice touch. They have a small selection of flower girl dresses which I didn't see the first time I was here. I don't think I saw any bridesmaid's dresses or mother of the bride dresses though which is unfortunate. Clean restroom. Plenty of free street parking.

I was able to make an appointment the same day I found them on yelp. The customer service from the person making the appointments, Dantella and the other girls making the alterations was exceptional. They added a bustle and straps to the dress. The straps made my dress looked more elegant. I was also able to pick up my dress the weekend before my wedding which gave me peace of mind. When I asked about dresses, the associate kept emphasizing how "expensive" everything was, repeatedly mentioning that pieces were hand-made and costly in a way that felt less informative and more like she was assuming I couldn't afford them. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I only got to try on one dress, and even then, there was no real effort to help me explore options or make the experience enjoyable. It felt like she didn't want to assist me or take the time to work with me at all. The shop itself is in a house, which I don't mind, but the customer service was extremely lacking. On top of that, many of the dresses seemed too short for taller girls, which made the selection even more limiting. Overall, I felt unwelcome, unsupported, and honestly discouraged. Qipao shopping should feel exciting and special, and this was the complete opposite.

My suit was rented, but Wedding Time measured me perfectly, and it fit me so well that I was considering buying it halfway through the wedding. They were very professional and gave ample time for last-minute adjustments just in case we lost a few extra pounds before the big day (I didn't). Every suit shown below was from Wedding Time. I ended up choreographing a ridiculous surprise dance that involved a backflip, jumping splits, and the worm. The suit held through it all. Amazing quality.
