The line was long and at the last minute a man ran up in the line and asked if his online order was ready. As it turned out, he was @ the wrong store. I'm giving this Curaleaf location 3 stars, and honestly the only reason it isn't lower is because the budtenders themselves are generally friendly. The people working there aren't rude, but the overall operation is incredibly slow and consistently frustrating. I visited on March 6th and it was the same experience I've had multiple times here. The store is ALWAYS busy -- which you'd expect in a major Las Vegas dispensary -- but the way the line is managed makes the wait much worse than it needs to be. They have a large number of registers set up, yet only two or three seem to be operating at any given time, serving everyone: walk-ins, medical customers, and people who already placed orders online. Even when you order online, you still end up standing in line. On this visit I was told it would be faster to go to in-store iPad and order online then proceed to the online pickup line because it was shorter. Once I ordered and got there, the person being helped hadn't even ordered online and was trying to figure out what they wanted while the staff walked them through multiple strains. Meanwhile the line kept building behind them. Situations like this happen almost every time I come here. The bigger issue is the overall pace of service. There's NEVER any sense of urgency, even when the lobby is packed. I've been to dispensaries all over the country -- Seattle, California, Boston, Provincetown -- and I've never experienced one that consistently moves this slowly. It's pretty normal here to wait 20-30 minutes just to buy something simple. Not once has anyone in charge or anyone working there taken a moment to acknowledge the customers standing in line or tell them they're working as quickly as possible to get through the line etc. Another recurring problem is inventory and sale items. Several times I've come in specifically for something advertised online, only to be told it's the "last item" and it has to be registered in the system before they can sell it. Sometimes they'll make you wait while they sort it out, and other times they'll just say they can't sell it at all. When that happens there usually isn't any effort to offer a comparable product or honor the promotion. To be fair, the staff are generally pleasant and helpful when you finally reach the counter, which is why I'm giving three stars instead of two. But the store really needs better line management, better inventory coordination, and a faster overall workflow. Right now the experience feels disorganized and unnecessarily slow. If you're planning to visit this location, just be prepared to wait in line for at least 20 minutes it's typically at least a minimum of five minutes to help each customer which is ridiculous if people have already ordered online or you have a wine full of local seasoned regular weed smokers who smoke weed every day. They tend to know exactly what they're looking for what they want, but apparently that's not the case at this north Las Vegas dispensary location. read more

I just called today and was told I can drive over there and talk to the manager on the off chance that she would still give me the special pricing that they had yesterday. I picked up Best GF from work and she needed to stop by a dispensary. I was here last week and really liked the store. We pulled in at 11:00pm. Sign up for membership was a breeze. It's a small, clean, and effective shop. All the products and accessories are laid out nicely. GF got a nice deal on 1/8 flowers about $25. There's a sweet deal on Airosport cartridges, buy one, get one for a penny more. Of course, cash only. Two ATMs available. Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and with a smile! I went in there today to get live rosin i got home and it says live sugar then i checked my receipt and charge me with live rosin but got live resin so i went back to their store the lady didnt even know what she is talking about she said in their system it says live rosin but its BHO in the box and said live sugar she keep insisting it is and just gave us credit people at that place needs to be knowledgeable of what they are selling to people and not going off what their system said they are not helpful or knowledgeable in that place! You have to preorder online and do the drive thru as a pickup option. We sat in the parking lot and did that however it still forever! 20 minutes after ordering and it still wasn't ready (it was preroll!!) we needed up driving thru anyway at that point and asking and they still hadn't done it. They got it ready as we waited at the window. Asked for the cash but didn't take off the discount coupon that had been entered online?! Had to ask for it to be fixed and show the coupon on the phone. Just terrible experience lately and I have been going to the locations throughout the valley for years. The security is locking the business during business hours stopping customers from coming in . I understand they close at 11 but I literally to an Uber here it's 10:54 door is closed and locked and he runs behind the wall hiding instead of having some type of courtesy and it was a waste of my time coming here. This isn't the first time this has happened here and I have reached out to management about it and all I got was we are short staffed, I wonder why? they have also eliminated the drive-thru option as well this place is going very much down hill. This is where you need to go in Vegas for all of your legal needs. I had read online they have the best prices in town and it is completely true I've found in my explorations. Curaleaf has a parking lot which is always good. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection. A clean bathroom - trust me, this is nice, after a long drive from LA. And their prices simply can't be beat! They have daily deals and sales so give their website a look before heading in. Also, they have crazy long hours so you'll be hard pressed to find the shop closed. Also for a little fun, they have some cool memorabilia on the floor. I am beyond infuriated with the horrible customer service I just received from your associate Derek. First I saw him taking trash out with another associate to your dumpster and I saw him hitting a vape that I am absolutely sure was not a tobacco or nicotine vape. Next I am upset because when he attended to me at the drive-thru window he tried to steal $20 from me. I had handed him $100 and $2 in quarters to pay for my order and he straight up said that I had only gave him $80. When I asked for his manager he told me he was the manager and that there was nobody else I could talk to. And when I told him you'd better check the floor around your Workstation cuz I handed you $100. It wasn't until then that he looked around and found it on the floor after I was very upset almost to the point of yelling at him. And then he tried to shrug it off like nothing had happened I am absolutely certain he was trying to steal my $20. And then when I asked for his manager again he told me the only person above me is somebody you're going to have to call to talk to and when I called the phone number it was just your general customer service and I got somebody in a call center that was just taking orders and nothing else. I've been going to this dispensary for months now, and they just lost me as a customer. Two days ago I bought some eighths from them and two of them have bud rot on them. The grower is Flora Vega, and the bag isn't see through. I brought the product and my receipt back to them the next day, and they refused to do anything for me. This isn't the only issue though. Two days ago I placed my order online in the morning knowing that I'd be picking up my order after work which was going to be around midnight. On my way to work I even called to let them know to hold onto my order and that I was definitely coming. Instead, they reshelved my order and there was nothing that noted that I even placed an order other than the text messages that I was sent after placing it. This wasn't the first time that it's happened to me, and the previous time I was told to call ahead to ensure that my order would be held until I got there. Calling Curaleaf is a joke, too. There have been a few times where I navigate through the automated answering service they have, only to be put in the queue. Once there, I'm told that I'm number one in the queue, but I'm never connected with a live person. I once left work, called, got thrown in the queue, went to Western Ave location, shopped, left, went to the Strip location because Western didn't have what I wanted, and was still #1 in the queue after 55 minutes! This company over the last year has been able to help me live until recently. I am a mother with a son who has Cerebral palsy and over time in Clark county school district he has learned some really bad behaviors. He goes into rage in 2.5 sec. He was on a regimen of meds that the psychiatrist couldn't get right. This really has made it hard for us as a family to live. We started going to Curaleaf because I found that the strawberry X-Bites were helping. He has built a tolerance to but I sometimes have to change than go back. On Saturday I was able to get them for $10 a pack. I am a the top tier for the VIP program because of the amounts of gummies I have to buy. I have recently tried to buy them and select Saturdays have been stopped. Because of having to buy him edibles I already have to work a full time job and then drive Uber now I can't afford the gummies because they are constantly changing what is on sale. It's really hard to not have the money to buy gummies for him it is consistent chaos without them. I am an Uber driver and I always send people to Curaleaf leaf and you always get my business but now I have been forced to find other places that have deals.
