WARNING - No Call / No Show I used this mobile groomer years ago (around 2020) and they did a good job back then, which is why I decided to book with them again. We confirmed a grooming appointment for Friday at 12:00 PM. Because it's a mobile service, I stayed home and planned my day around the appointment. 12:00 came and went no groomer and no message. At 12:15 I called after also sending a text. Someone answered the phone, said "hello," and as soon as I mentioned that I had a scheduled appointment, the call was disconnected. After that, my calls went straight to voicemail and there was still no response to my texts. This is extremely unprofessional. If there was a delay or cancellation, a simple text or call would have been the professional thing to do. Instead, I was left waiting with no communication at all. After this happened I looked through the Yelp reviews and noticed several other people mentioning similar no-call/no-show experiences. Unfortunately, that now appears to be a pattern. If you are considering booking with this mobile groomer, be aware that your appointment may not be honored and you may be left waiting without any communication. SUPER FAST & FRIENDLY! Called them for my two German shepherds and they came to my house two days later. Quoted me an hour or more cleaning time each but they actually finished in less than 45 minutes I was surprised. German shepherds shed A LOT but they did a good job brushing them out. I asked for extra brushing on my white GSD and they did it really quick. These husband wife duo are friendly, good with dogs and worth the money. $125 per dog which for me is worth the hassle of driving my big dogs to a groomer shop. read more

I've used Angela and her grooming service couple times and was very pleased. Friendly, economical and most importantly my 2 year old Frenchie was comfortable with her. Unfortunately after having confirmed my appointment for this past Saturday 8/6, I was stood up. No notice or response. Our appointment was for 2pm, I texted Angela at 12:54pm confirming we were still good for our appointment.......no response. 2:18pm came around and she hadn't shown up, so I texted her again (perhaps she was running late) Again, no response. I waited around the house as I had cleared my afternoon for this appointment, by this time 3pm rolled in, no response, no call, no text. Nothing. There went our grooming appointment. Didn't bother reaching out anymore and left it as is. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday passed. Still nothing. Wednesday came and I decided to reach out one last time via text followed by a phone call. No response or call back. Don't know why I even tried 3 days later after being left in the dark. I understand that things come about and life happens. But if you are trying to run a business, NEVER leave your clients in the dark. I am very disappointed. Very sad to have to leave a negative review, but Angela is very unprofessional and you should not waste your time. Twice in a row, Angela has booked a time with us and was a no-show. After the first time, she said she didn't remember what happened but "maybe it was because she was in the process of moving" so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. And then she did it again! Angela said she will be there on on the 20th at 9am and once again, simply didn't show up! I called her and she declined my call. I am completely unsatisfied with this service. Very unprofessional. I paid for the grooming services and what I got back was my dog missing a chunk of his ear. When I asked Angela said it was a minor scratch/cut . As soon as I took my dog in the house there was blood everywhere. I had to take him to an emergency vet. Staples were then given. Had my 2 cats washed by Angela and her niece. She let me know ahead of time that she was running 30mins late. Fine by me as I was just home with the babies. I know its a bit more difficult washing cats than dogs, but they managed to pull through. Because it is a mobile wash, the water strength isn't like how a normal water pressure is so it did feel like my cats weren't fully wet throughout their furs (one of my cats have thick furs). This was my first time using a mobile grooming so forgive me if the water strength is like that with all mobile grooming. Overall it was a nice experience. I like that I don't have fur flying all over my bathroom with fur clooged drains. * Cats are put in crates and washed to prevent them from running or hurting their claws. Price for cat bath was $65/per. Took about 30minutes per cats. Update: A few hours after the bath, one of my cats (pictured) started scratching herself excessively running around like shes miserable. I thought maybe she couldve gotten fleas so i combed her but nothing. Her skin was so irritated from scratching it was bleeding everywhere. I had to rebath her so that was pointless. My other cat Coco was also scratching but not as bad as Chloe. I texted angela and asked what kind of shampoo she used. She was quick to text me that it was a puppy and kitten shampoo by natures specialties. She mentioned this never happened before but no apology. They do rub some type of conditioner after they dry your pets so if your pet has sensitive skin, please ask them to skip that part. I feel like I did a better job bathing my cat. Shes no longer scratching herself so its definitely the products they used. After I posted this review she texted me. Its 10:35pm. Very unprofessional. I don't hate the lady. I just need to let others know just in case their pets might have a reaction. So don't be mad again Angela. Ill still leave the 2stars. read more

We got caught up in a really sticky puppy situation, but in a nutshell we purchased what we thought was a golden doodle only to find that his fur had been box dyed with brown Clariol (yes, human dye) to disguise his true white color. There's a whole lot more to the story, but CURB was able to accommodate my request of shaving our pup down. Because he hadn't had enough shots, I did not feel comfortable taking him to an in-store groomer with other dogs around. So, I called CURB and she was amazing enough to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning. It was my puppy's first cut so he was squirming around like crazy, but CURB was more than patient. I also found that it was pretty hard to find other dog groomers to come anywhere near downtown. Probably because the parking situation can be tough, particularly on weekends. But, again CURB was able to work through all this. I paid about $75 with tip and it was more than worth it considering I didn't want to take my puppy out into the real world just yet. Attached you will find picture of my puppy before he was cut (notice: the white hair beginning to grow in, which is why I wanted to shave him down. Followed by directly after his cut and the last two are just a few days ago). My advice to anyone else in a similar situation: shave your pup's hair and let it grow in naturally. Go with CURB as they now have experience with these types of situations, which is unfortunately all too common with puppy scammers. read more

Angela was prompt and handled my dog with care. The mobile van was clean and new. I have a 14yr old shih tzu that just had surgery 2.5 weeks ago. Angela was gentle and thorough. It took 45mins, cost the same as my old groomers but at my door step and the pup didn't get stuck in a kennel for hours. I'll be calling Curb mobile again! I even took some cards to leave for our front desk, so many dog owners in our building. The grooming went quick and they asked me how short I wanted to go and how I wanted his hair. My Benji is a nervous dog and he doesn't do well at a groomer. The mobile grooming was much better for him because he was home. His hair came out soft and he smells amazing. They text me when he was ready. Masks were worn the whole appointment and social distancing was maintained between me and the groomer. This is a late review but better late than never. I found Angela with CURB Mobile last year and she and the team are absolutely awesome! They do a great job. My dog Raider has a white coat and they get all the dirt and grime out and he comes out looking like a brand new dog each time. Raider is a big dog and they handle him well and he feels safe and comfortable with them. Though I do think the pricing could be a bit better (not everyone in Hollywood is rich) I appreciated Angela's working me into her busy schedule and calling me when there was an opening. Best groomer I've ever used! I have two large German Shepherds and called beforehand to get a quote and make an appointment. I set one up for this Friday at 10:30 am and she arrived exactly on time, I didn't have to wait at all! I took my dogs out one at a time and they were ready, shiny, and beautiful in no time. Their coats are super soft and shiny now, their nails are trimmed, their ears and mouths are healthy, and (what surprised me most) they stopped shedding almost completely! Since they're big dogs they were shedding a lot and after their appointment I haven't seen any hair flying around anymore. I'm so happy I found them!
