Once my car was washed they came and got me to show me the finished service which was great the car looked like the day I brought it. So! I won an exterior detail from a Yelp event and decided to add an interior detail as well. While they are a mobile company, I had to drive bc I'm well outside of the area. However, from the moment I pulled up I received great service. I also decided to stay and wait (since I live so far) and the gentlemen even checked on me a few times offering me beverages etc. I'll add photos later but my car looked AH-MAZING! The wax they do is phenomenal! My car looked and felt smooth and honestly the paint looked new! I had water spots from a neighbor's over ambitious sprinklers all the way down the drivers side of my fairly new car. I hadn't realized it was oxidized and wouldn't wash off it even rub out any more. Luan from Curbside explained what was happening and what they could do to try to fix it. He estimated a price for hopefully getting it 70-80% restored. They got me right in and got to work. In two days they got 90% restoration, polished out the whole car, and still only charged me the low end of the range Luan quoted. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous. It was obvious I was working with a local business that strives to provide quality work and maintain customer satisfaction. We made another appointment, he was prompt, addressed my concerns, and even washed the exterior again. I sincerely appreciated them taking the initiative and would work with this business again. Missed some DETAILS in the "detail" of my 2014 Honda Pilot. We have 3 kids, 3 car seats, and for a half of the time I've owned my car I had a 90min round trip commute to work. So to say that our car was in need of some real TLC is probably an understatement. I was ready to get my car detailed for the first time and based on the reviews my expectations were high. With such a quick response time for my quote and scheduling our appointment within a week, I was pumped to get a clean car and excellent service. They were prompt, communication was good, all seemed to be going really well and then I got my car. Quotes are given as an estimate and can change based on how much work is involved. I would have paid more money for thorough quality work. I was disappointed as I looked around the car and when offered the options for scents I wanted to get out of there so bad I declined. I discovered Curbside Detail after a quick search on car detailers in my area and saw they had very good reviews. I was not disappointed. I have a very lived-in 2012 Honda Civic that was in desperate need of an interior detailing. Plenty of food/drink/dirty shoes stains in the back seat from two kids, and plenty of coffee stains in the front. Also scuff marks, dust, and a steering wheel that needed a really good scrubbing. Curbside Detail was able to give my car new life and they gave it back to me in great shape. Customer service was also great. The gentleman who helped me gave me a quick rundown on a timeframe, asked if I had any areas I wanted them to pay special attention to, and I got a text when they were all done. I hate to give bad Yelp reviews but I was really disappointed in the service and what I got. I asked for a quote for inside and out. When they finished the didn't touch the outside. I looked back at our conversation and he agreed for 250.00 . I missed the part where he said the interior in the text. I assumed because I'd asked for both that his quote was for both. I called and the owner said they could come out the next day for 40.00 to do the outside... no thank you.. I then get in my truck and notice a sticker that said I voted, which was on the rear view mirror prior to them cleaning it. I then started checking the Truck and noticed they didn't clean the rear view mirror nor the visors... 250.00 for the inside and didn't even clean the inside!! Wow!!! I've made another appointment with another company to do both the inside and out for 250.00,,, so I will have 500.00 in a detail of a truck. I gave them a mess and even mixed up my days. I removed stuff from the car but left the c meter console full and a lot of stuff in the back in my SUV in the cubbies. They cleaned all this stuff out so they could do a thorough deep cleaning. I have dogs so there was a lot of dog hair. They even warned me they may not be able to remove all the dog hair. They did an amazing job. My 5 year old car looked brand new. I will be taking my car back and probably the rest of vehicles. Yes it is pricey but you should have seen what I gave them to start with.
