They were the only tow service I could find that was qualified to tow my 40' 14 ton motorhome. I was about 70 miles south of Belen NM in Cicorro, NM and the closest repair shop was in Belen, NM. They quoted me $2,000. I felt that was a little high and hoped they would reduce the price when they saw the motorhome. SCAM ARTISTS PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS!!! If it were possible to give negative stars I would. We needed assistance in the pouring rain. Our car broke at the store. We got a ride to take our groceries home. We called them and specifically asked them not to load the car with out the keys so it could be put in neutral so as not to break the lock pin. We told them we were on our way and would take about 15 min. 7 min later the driver called and said he was there. When we pulled up my car was loaded. The second my husband asked a question the driver refused to tow it. We tried to talk with the owner who is VIOLENT. His group of minions surrounded us. One of the females flinched at me like she was going to hit me. These people are extremely unstable. I would recommend using Highway towing on 116 a mile down the road from these guys. I broke down just north of Belen by Exit 195 off of I-25 pulling a 41 foot fifth wheel with my F350 that blew a serpentine belt. Called several towing companies even one that was recommended by my diesel mechanic & neither of the first two companies I called were able to be there to tow both my truck and my fifth wheel back up to Albuquerque. I first called mountain states towing they were not able to do it but they referred me to Curbside towing and within a half hour they showed up very quick & with two separate trucks one to pull my fifth wheel and the other to pull my truck. They were efficient, friendly and provided great service! I would highly recommend if you need any type of towing to use this company because it's a family owned & operated business & they were very responsive. read more

My coolant container had a hole in it and I was stuck for hours needing a tow. I told them I'd call right back and was about 20min later than what I said because the insurance people had me on hold and they were being so rude and made me seem like an inconvenience just to tell me they weren't going to help. i have progressive insurance. progressive sucks. i called progredive roadside assistance. it took seven for progressive to get someone. i called at 1 a.m. at 3 a.m. nobody. i called progressive. they said that the first person cancelled. nice of them to inform me. finally tow truck showed up at 8.a.m. they called him at around 7:30. curbside towing is awesome. jordan came as soon as he was called. he towd my car to the gas station. These are the best folks you could ask for when you're stuck on the side of the road. Chris took us to a great restaurant while the mechanics (who they called in from home) took a look at our truck. We were passing through the area and really needed kind faces like theirs after sitting on the side of the road worried our vehicle was ready for the junk heap. Cannot recommend enough! This company is awful. My dad had a heart attack while fishing and had to be transported to the hospital. Before he left the paramedics were running tests on him in the ambulance. My dad had asked an officer if his things would be ok. The officer said the towing company has your truck and he saw his poles in the cab so they will be fine. Curbside Towing was the company called to tow his truck. Not only were they so mean to us they kept his truck an extra 2 days one because of the Monday holiday ,understandable ,and the second day because of snow. We got his truck back and they had stolen my dads fishing poles, tackle box, cooler, and chair. Beware of these theives. read more
