He is so kind and patient and I am so grateful to have met him. I am not a car person, I grew up in NYC so moving to LA has been challenging because there are things I don't understand when it comes to cars and automobile maintenance... And Kevin made this whole process so seamless and easy. He got me an appointment when it worked for my schedule, he explained everything to me in a way that was straight-forward and informative, and he just genuinely is the nicest, most knowledgeable guy. Give this amazing human a raise, he is 100/10 and I will be a VW customer for life now.

While the AC was ultimately fixed and…read moreis working well, I was disappointed with the overall experience and the condition my car was returned in. Communication throughout the repair process was poor. They had my car for almost two weeks, and I was constantly having to call for updates after going days without hearing anything. When I finally got my car back, I noticed that the items from my glove compartment and center console were missing. I had to ask where they were and was then told they had been tossed into my trunk. There were also random pieces and tools left inside my vehicle, my windshield was returned filthy, and the A-frame panel on the passenger side was not reinstalled properly after the repair. I spoke with the manager in person when my car was returned to me in this condition, and he did apologize for the issues. I appreciate that the AC issue was resolved and is working well, but after having my car for nearly two weeks, I expected much better communication and care when putting everything back together before returning the vehicle to me.

I purchased my vehicle from Wii Auto Sales and, after recently going back through my paperwork,…read morediscovered that I was charged $995 for TheftPatrol Gold, an aftermarket theft-tracking product. My issue isn't simply that I no longer want TheftPatrol. I do not recall this $995 product being clearly explained to me as an optional add-on that I could decline. Had I understood that I was agreeing to pay an additional $995 for an optional TheftPatrol product, I would not have purchased it. Mike was my salesperson, and I do not recall Mike clearly explaining that TheftPatrol was an optional $995 purchase or asking me whether I wanted to add it to the vehicle. I contacted TheftPatrol seeking a refund and raised my concern about how the product was originally disclosed. I was told that TheftPatrol is considered a completed aftermarket product because the equipment had already been installed/applied, and therefore they would not refund it. What bothers me most is that I am now being pointed to paperwork I signed as justification for the charge, rather than my concern being addressed about whether this optional $995 product was clearly presented to me and knowingly selected during the sale. My advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle here is to carefully review every line of the contract before signing and specifically ask which aftermarket products are optional. Don't assume that every charge presented during financing is required as part of purchasing the vehicle. I am still attempting to resolve the matter and would be happy to update this review if Wii Auto Sales addresses my concerns and provides a satisfactory resolution.

I have to drive a good distance to drop the car off, and Carmax is right by my work. Before making my long trip I wanted to bring my car to Carmax for a visual inspection and in-person offer. In a Carmax chat online they told me the visual inspection could raise the value and she accommodated with a new offer of $11,600. When I got to the store for the inspection, the employee would not move from the $10,600. He told me the online quote is accurate and thats what the quote is. I explained all mentioned above to the employee, and then I told him that he hasn't even looked at my car yet. I said, how do you even know if you haven't looked at my car yet? He continued about the website offer, then asked for my keys to inspect the vehicle. This is where I get upset. I hand my keys to the employee, he turns around to put the keys in a box or something, mumbles something to another employee, and the other employee says (in a snotty tone) "It probably needs a transmission!" .....and they both chuckle. As if its humorous. I had to get out of there before going off on someone. I asked for my keys back and I left I can't say that I've never made those kind of comments before, but never with the person or customer standing right there to hear. Thats not something you assume out loud on the showroom floor behind a counter. Very unprofessional.
