Right from the start, Sean and Arman were responsive on the phone, professional, and courteous. Sean the manager was very accommodating and walked me through all the options. I have now received a partial refund. MIRACLE! I still don't think they really understand the extent of the inconvenience and stress caused by their complete lack of care in "repairing" my car. They now want the horrible door they put on my car to be returned to them when it is replaced by a proper one. THE NERVE! I have no idea when I will even be able to take care of getting my car repaired - AGAIN! They already had my car for a month - now I'm supposed to immediately bring it in SOMEWHERE ELSE to get it properly repaired - at my own expense for the rental and at a cost that is MORE than the refund - so that I can give them back the door so they can return it and get THEIR refund for that??? Seriously - they should have thought about all these things before causing me the misery I am still experiencing, considering I have to go through it all again... I find more issues with it daily - the entire INTERIOR of the door was left totally UNPAINTED (and was disgustingly filthy, I discovered in the right light)! AND IT IS THE WRONG COLOR AND DENTED!!!! And the weather stripping is holding on by a mere thread - AND the "new" paint keeps CHIPPING! It's like when you get your hair done and they totally botch it. They will just say, "come back - I'll fix it!" whereas a) that takes YOUR time b) it's usually going to completely damage it if anything chemical was done to it and c) it's traumatizing! Vendors: It's not THAT simple! DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! This is the same on a bigger scale. Just because I got SOME money back doesn't mean that all is OK! YOU, the shop, are finished with it - I STILL have to deal with it! AND getting this refund was another MANY days of nightmarish delays, discussions, and STRESS!
