She checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with my nails, she even hand mixed the polish for me so the color would match the photo I showed her. During my gel pedicure a different technician took it upon herself to remove a hangnail (that I didn't know I had??) and ripped my nail/skin so I will be applying bacitracin and hoping it doesn't get infected. I usually do my nails myself but am in a wedding this weekend and wanted to treat myself which I will not be doing again here lol I got gel and white chrome on my toes and was charged $70 for my pedicure which I didn't have the energy to question when leaving.
