I've been so lucky to be seated with Vincent every time! He's always willing to do whatever nail art I want and executes it flawlessly every time! The staff is very kind as well. Just a couple of things to plan for: 1.) If you're getting a full set with nail art, expect the price to be in the $75-$85 range. (Which is a little pricey for some, but I digress) 2.) SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE HAND. Otherwise expect a very very long wait. 3.) If you do schedule beforehand also plan on not being seen immediately. (It's not the nail techs fault, sometimes people drop more elaborate nail art designs on them and they do care about the quality of their work and satisfying their customer.) So sometimes it'll take 15-20 extra minutes for you to get in a chair. Busier days may be even longer. So PLAN AHEAD! (But in some case, like today I was seated immediately and then 1hr later, all done!) With that all being said, I do plan on making this my permanent go to nail salon during my tenure here in Idaho!

The facial was by far the worst I ever had. It ended up being a head, shoulder and arm massage with different locations I asked her about steam, extractions and exfoliation and she said she don't have steam or a tool for extractions She was very young and very weak and should not be doing massages. She was sweet and kind so I didn't walk out on her like I should have. To top it off it was upstairs in a Hot Room so very uncomfortable. I spoke to the manager which turned out to be a waste of time. Definitely felt like their facials are misrepresented.

She is so very professional, the salon is very clean and comfortable, and she was so accommodating to my crazy work schedule. From the spa chairs, selection of foot soaks, and paraffin treatments, we feel very spoiled. She offers evening and weekend appointments as well, which is huge for me being an INL employee. Highly recommend her services and we will definitely be back for our regular nail treatments.

My nails were clipped left uneven and no tip coat applied to regular nail polish. We both got the same pedicure and she was in the chair for almost an hour. All other salons I've been to require clients to wash their hands before selecting their polish. Not here. I'm also used to them using tub liners for pedicures, but not here. I did watch the sanitizing when they were done and it looked thorough, so that was reassuring. I also found it odd that only the $45 and $50 pedicures included callous removal. Again, they know their clients, so it might have just been me. The employees were very nice. Overall, I had a decent pedicure, didn't have to wait too long. I should have known when no one was in the salon but the 1 nail tech. She was very rough. It was…read morethe worst experience I have had getting a gel manicure. She kept texting while working on my nails and then she called someone, had them on speaker phone, and she started yelling at the person on the phone "I did not cut you, you came in here with a cut on your finger" the person on the phone said, "no, you cut me and now I have an infection". The nail tech then said, "no you are a liar" and then she hung up on the person. I looked down at my thumb and saw some blood around the edge of my thumb and now I am wondering if I too will get an infection. Stay away from this place.
