This was my first time coming in. After much research I decided to try this place and glad I did! Lily was great! She did my pedicure and dip fill. The chairs for the pedicure were very comfortable and enjoyed the scrub and massage. Lily shaped my nails just how I like them and they look fabulous! I come here every month to get pedicures. It's the best once I've found in town, it's a little pricey but I truly love it here and I love getting #3 for all the extras. Today however I decided to also do a normal mani, which I've never done before, and I will not do again. $25 for a cuticle trim, light filing and polish. There was no lotion, oil, massage, nothing! I've never had a mani where I didn't get lotion and/or a mild massage. Also when I asked her to file them square she told me no because I had a baby..... ? I said it was fine and she still didn't listen. My hands look worse than when I came in. They are uneven, she didn't clean under my nails, got a cut, have flaking skin all over and the polish is not applied well in the slightest. My husband asked me why I paid for it and I honestly should have pushed back because it's bad, I wish I never asked for the service because it was a complete waste of my time and money. My pedi was also lack luster from what I normally experience. #3 includes hot rock, scrub, lotion, paraffin etc. They light a candle and then usually drizzle that on your legs for the massage. All she did was light it and blow it out. The massage is my favorite part but it was minimal effort today. She used one rock at a time, I could barely feel it on my leg and she rushed everything. Usually coming in here to get a pedi takes 45min-1hr, which is what I want and look forward to! Today, by the time I got in the chair at 10:12 and back in my car, it was just barely 11, and I added the mani today! I thought I'd be there at least 1.5hrs but I was wrong. She bumped my toe on the gel machine which indented the polish and didn't fix it ( to be fair I didn't realize this till I was home) she didnt ask me how I wanted my nails, my heels are still rough, she dropped a attachment for the nail machine at one point and didn't bother to wipe it or get a new one, just used it on my hands which was kinda gross. She also went to grab the hot towels in the gloves that she had just "massaged" my legs with that were covered in oil and never changed them. Also kinda gross. After she painted my nails I was planning on just sitting in the chair for a few minutes to let them dry and she also rushed me out of the chair. Needless to say I asked for her name and will make sure to not work with her again. Incredibly disappointing day. I love this place but it seems like it's just a pedicure kind of place. If you don't mind being treated like another Cog in their 'factory' then this is the place for you. When I make an appointment with a specific technician you'd think that wouldn't be a problem. Apparently it is. This is the second time I've been pushed off onto another tech without explanation or apology. Most techs are good at their skill but most techs, and the owner, are also terribly rude and dismissive. Perhaps a few lessons in Customer Service & Communication are warranted. And what's with those insane prices?!?! I think they just charge what they think you'll pay. Different cost for a fill every time I'm there. And No Prices posted. How convenient!! When my wife makes an appointment for her to get a pedi/mani and her husband just a pedi, you would think you'd start immediately on the husband and wife at the same time so the husband doesn't have to sit and inhale nail salon fumes while his wife gets her pedi. If I were running the shop I would have done it the better way. read more

I tried the Nail Factory for the last few months for my acrylic nails. Twice I've had bad experiences with the a nail tech. Once, when two employees started fighting in a foreign language over something about my nails and then today I was told to schedule with a different tech because I asked him to clean out all of the acrylic left under my nails that didn't come out after washing and scrubbing with their brush. At $60 for a fill, I think asking for the hardened acrylic to be removed isn't asking too much. And if I'm giving an honest, fair review, if you are concerned about cleanliness, this isn't the place! read more

I'm usually do not leave bad reviews. But this was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I had a male nail tech named Dan. He was super rude and unprofessional instead of kindly asking me to relax my hand(had no idea I wasn't relaxing my hand) he yelled at me and said I am making life 110% harder. which then caused the whole salon to stare at me. I was told by the end of the visit that I was not allowed to come back anymore and I would have to see a different nail tech. All because my hand was tense! i left feeling embarrassed and upset. It's clean and relaxing with good ambiance... from the decor, lighting, and spa music... A wonderful experience. Overall pretty disappointed after hearing how good they are..My nail design ended up okay a little wonky but still adorable and I would be fine with just that,however they're too busy to give quality nails, two of my nails point sideways when my fingers point straight and all of my nails I wanted square but they filed the wrong way now the ends are like a U with both corners touching before the rest. My mom made several calls to them changing her appt because of car trouble, finally got it fixed and got into a car accident on the way there and couldn't call to cancel. She got this message from them but used a phony #. Tries to call but they don't answer. Talk about RUDE! Had called prior to accident to make arrangements even when you said you DID NOT HAVE ME On an APPOINTMENT. I explained I was getting my battery fixed, then I got into an accident. I didn't hang up, I didn't even have my phone until my daughter came then you sent that text & she responded! I admit you are AHOLES for texting me like that. You should be ashamed. You never know what a person is going through. Why would I call to keep changing my appts and then not even show up?!? Thank God I only have a broken rib, could've been so much worse. i made an appointment and I showed up and they were so rude I wanted a fill I only lost 3 nails and I wanted a pink french tip and the lady had apparently had "more appointments" to take care of she was charging me 75 for frenchies she couldn't even paint left with no design no top coat I am usually one to never complain but she had no patiences whatsoever felt like i was being kicked out. I think Dan did a fantastic dip manicure and the shop is immaculate. If I have one suggestion it would be to assume that if a client is having a dip manicure that they have one which will need to be removed and to bury the $5 cost of removing dip polish in the cost of the manicure. It's a part of the process and $50 is already enough for a basic dip manicure. read more
