But you can easily locate it as the building is white with red trimming and she has lights outside indicating tarot and palm readings. Parking in the front is a bit tight but there is a sign that states they do have parking in the rear of the building. As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt calm. Her space gives off nice chill and relaxing vibes so my nerves instantly shook off. Everything is decorated beautifully, from different little knick-knacks to more spiritual items such as candles, crystals, bracelets, etc. Even if you don't need to go for a reading, you can go to buy things in her little shop. Opted for a Card reading and she was spot on with a few things but very intuitive. Since I didn't divulge a lot of information, some things sounded very vague BUT the more I thought about it, it all made sense and clicked. The event was Halloween-themed (costumes encouraged!), and from the moment I arrived, the energy was fun, casual, and super welcoming. I had never been to Simply Vibes before, but the setup was so thoughtfully done and full of charm. Chateau Creole catered the event, and WOW! Every single dish was a hit. We got to try fried pork griot, plantains, mini patties, jerk chicken, rice and beans, and creole pasta. Flavorful, comforting, and Plan to visit the food truck on its own! There were also two really fun themed stations: A spell bar, where we could create our own love potions with herbs, salts, and gems A lemonade station with strawberry, blood orange, and orange raspberry flavors, plus edible glitter for extra magic A surprise DJ brought the vibes all night long, and the music definitely helped set the mood right from the start. The crowd was amazing. Everyone was friendly, inclusive, and just genuinely fun to be around. I stayed from the beginning to the end and felt so welcomed the entire time. I can't remember much about that initial reading, but she offered to take me on a Spiritual journey. We agreed I would come back in a couple of days at the appointed time. When I arrived, she told me she could not take me on this journey because her guides had told her I was sick. She was being very strange and very dramatic. Then she proceeded to tell she thought I was going to kill myself. I was pretty shocked and dumbfounded. So she brings out her pendulum and starts swinging and nods her head and says " Yup, they say you're going to do it". And she said good luck and ushered me to the door. I immediately went to Mama Bessie in Charlotte and told her exactly what had happened. She appeared angry and told me that wasn't right, don't listen to her. My Reiki teacher at the time put me in connection with a friend of hers who is an amazing medium. I told her what had transpired and gave her this woman's name, and she said "Yes, that's who I thought this would be. I've already fixed several of her messes". Again, I cannot stress enough the fact that this woman is dangerous. I don't know whether she is black magic or not, but if not then she has some major issues and should not be doing this type of work. It may very well be that what she perceives are her spirit guides may actually be something else and are using her as their pawn. In any case, PLEASE STAY AWAY from her. I was in a deep depression at this time 7 years ago, and what she said to me Could have potentially pushed me to the point of taking my own life. I suspect that may have been her intention. It took a lot of work to get over this psychologically.
