Scott and his team came in and had completely reinforced our 30 year old electrical system. They cleaned up our circuit breaker box, removed florescent lighting and replaced it with recessed (and even offered to move the florescent into the garage which has been a godsend!), pulled new wires to install exterior lighting, moved switches and outlets, and repaired a lot of weird electrical shortcuts the previous owners had left us with. Scott's always been on time, easy to reach and he lets you know what he's doing and why it needs to be done. His prices are VERY reasonable and he keeps working until the job is done. When the wall was cut, the way they patched it up was totally unsafe and well for lack of better words, half-ass in my humble opinion , but please, see picture and let me know what you think, especially if this was your child's room. My landlord was very upset as this was my son's room specifically. Fortunately they were coming back because, I had just called them to let them know, whatever they did, caused a whole different issue - my kitchen, garage, and whole side of the house was now surging out. They came back, I give them another credit for getting back within an hour. They properly covered the hole they made, (again see pictures for reference). Why it wasn't done like that initially is beyond me. I would hope one would understand if there wasn't a whole in the wall when you arrived, there certainly shouldn't be one after the job you supposedly completed. To fix the new issue that was created by them fixing the original issue, that they didn't realize they did until I called them about it, they needed attic access. This is thru my spare bedroom. Hold that thought, for now... So... They fixed the new issue I was told, they were packing up to leave, I went to my son's room to flip on his light (which was the original issue and main reason for the call initially) and low and behold, the light doesn't come on. I wish I WAS MAKING JOKES. There were 3-4 guys at a time working on this project, you think a quick check before ya go ‍ ...guess not. I was told because of the switch out with the lighting fixture as well, now, they didn't have the right bulb, so they would be back in the morning with that. They came early again and it worked. Now back to the attic access in my spare room. It's thru the closet. I had a painting in there rolled up. I just bought it. Stored it in there until I was going to get it framed. Purchased 9/30- I noticed it was not there afterwards. It's my spare room, my mom stays there, no one else. When I called to see if Lisa could ask the guys to check the truck or just ask to see if they accidentally may have grabbed it, just when cleaning up after working there, she immediately said, Kevin didn't take it. Going on about him working there 35 years... etc. I said, Lisa, I didn't even say I thought Kevin took it, I sadly don't remember any of the guys name,- first off. So I repeated, I am calling, and I wanted to explain to you just so you can pass it on to the guys, as I am sure they work at many homes- just to "paint the picture" so to speak, of the house, the situation...they had to access my attic thru the closest, by chance during clean-up was there a painting, rolled up like a poster- mistakenly grabbed. Lisa still seemed pretty agitated at my call and just plainly said she would call me back the next day. She did, and her message started the same way, Kevin is a 35 yr employee, I trust him and he didn't take anything from your attic- I was just hoping she would have said, hey I had the guys check the trucks, I asked, we looked and you know, there is no painting. Never did I say it was in the attic, my attic isn't a storage attic to begin with and she was just going on about Kevin. That's great about Kevin! Go Kevin! I love you Kevin, thanks for coming back and getting the job done! Anyway I called my landlord today to confirm if they ever called or even apologized for cutting into the wall, she said no. I wanted her to understand incase they told her otherwise that it was clearly communicated to call her by me, and I was just as mystified it didn't happen. Let me be clear, it wasn't Kevin I told it too- we know Kevin is just about perfect. just want to make sure we are clear on that. I think Kevin maybe the owner. Look- the work got done, was it perfect no, not at first. I have this pig painting from NY I bought myself, from. vendor in Central Park, I am not a fancy art collector here, let me make that clear... I spent $80 buck on it. I am not sweating over it, I can go back and get another- I was just truly curious if It was mistakenly grabbed. I just wish Lisa would have picked up on that- but you know what, I love knowing how much she stand by and adores Kevin! Very devoted! Love it. If it was up to me, I think I would call a different company for my home, plus they hardly answer their phone too. Good luck whatever you decide.

Wow, worst experience I had so far…read more I bought a used commercial water heater on CL and asked Enosh Clark to come and install it in my shop. Was quoted $200 over the phone. He came and looked at it. He raised the price to $350 because it is going to be a bit more work. That is true so we agreed on $300. He studied the water heater more and is confused on the wiring because it is a commercial water heater. I asked him to make sure all the electrical on the water heater would be compatible with our current electrical system ( the one phase, 3 phase, volts, etc). He said yes it should be all fine. He worked on the water heater for the whole day. At the end of the day, we were not able to get it to work. Whenever we turn the water heater on, the breaker would go off. He said there was not enough power so he told me to call an electrician to come and it should be cheap. Well, I did asked him to confirm if all the electrical would be correct before we started!! I know nothing about electrical or plumbing so I believed him that it would be a cheap and easy fix like he said. I felt sorry for him because he worked on the water heater the whole day so I paid him his $300. I called around and found out that I need to turn my 1 phase electricity to a 3 phase. The cost would not be cheap. Quotes for it ranges from $350- $600. I got someone to come and turned it into a 3 phase for a good price. The water heater still didn't work, so I gave up and bought a whole brand new one. I figured since Enosh already installed the previous water heater, and it didn't work, he would give me a discount if I asked him to install this one. The broken water heater isn't his fault. We talked on the phone and he told me not to worry as he will "take care of me" for a good price. We made 3 appointments and there were 3 no shows. He showed up at a time ( not appointment time) he said he "might stop by to take a look". This is after 2 no shows. Now he does understand that my business isn't opened yet so I thought he would call before he comes. He came to the business and I wasn't there. We made the 3rd appointment after that. It was a show no as usual. When I talked to him over the phone about the no shows he acted like it was my fault that I wasn't at the shop at the time he showed up when he said he "might stop by". I am a business owner so I am busy most of the time. I had to set aside lots of work and time to wait for all his no shows and he made it seemed like I wasted his time. After he keep making excuses for all the times he didn't show up I told him to forget it. I will find a new plumber. He was fine with that. That may or may not be his motive from the beginning. I got a new plumber to come in with his partner. They looked at the work Enosh done and told me: 1. The water heater was leaking. I didn't even notice this until he told me. The floor around it is wet and the water left a discolored mark on the tile. 2. He used materials for the water heater that was not fit for commercial. The new plumber and I agreed on a good price. He and his partner installed my water heater AND fixed my toilet (it was a little hard to flush) in about an hour or an hour and a half.
