Wow, worst experience I had so far. I bought a used commercial water heater on CL and asked Enosh Clark to come and install it in my shop. Was quoted $200 over the phone. He came and looked at it. He raised the price to $350 because it is going to be a bit more work. That is true so we agreed on $300. He studied the water heater more and is confused on the wiring because it is a commercial water heater. I asked him to make sure all the electrical on the water heater would be compatible with our current electrical system ( the one phase, 3 phase, volts, etc). He said yes it should be all fine. He worked on the water heater for the whole day. At the end of the day, we were not able to get it to work. Whenever we turn the water heater on, the breaker would go off. He said there was not enough power so he told me to call an electrician to come and it should be cheap. Well, I did asked him to confirm if all the electrical would be correct before we started!! I know nothing about electrical or plumbing so I believed him that it would be a cheap and easy fix like he said. I felt sorry for him because he worked on the water heater the whole day so I paid him his $300. I called around and found out that I need to turn my 1 phase electricity to a 3 phase. The cost would not be cheap. Quotes for it ranges from $350- $600. I got someone to come and turned it into a 3 phase for a good price. The water heater still didn't work, so I gave up and bought a whole brand new one. I figured since Enosh already installed the previous water heater, and it didn't work, he would give me a discount if I asked him to install this one. The broken water heater isn't his fault. We talked on the phone and he told me not to worry as he will "take care of me" for a good price. We made 3 appointments and there were 3 no shows. He showed up at a time ( not appointment time) he said he "might stop by to take a look". This is after 2 no shows. Now he does understand that my business isn't opened yet so I thought he would call before he comes. He came to the business and I wasn't there. We made the 3rd appointment after that. It was a show no as usual. When I talked to him over the phone about the no shows he acted like it was my fault that I wasn't at the shop at the time he showed up when he said he "might stop by". I am a business owner so I am busy most of the time. I had to set aside lots of work and time to wait for all his no shows and he made it seemed like I wasted his time. After he keep making excuses for all the times he didn't show up I told him to forget it. I will find a new plumber. He was fine with that. That may or may not be his motive from the beginning. I got a new plumber to come in with his partner. They looked at the work Enosh done and told me: 1. The water heater was leaking. I didn't even notice this until he told me. The floor around it is wet and the water left a discolored mark on the tile. 2. He used materials for the water heater that was not fit for commercial. The new plumber and I agreed on a good price. He and his partner installed my water heater AND fixed my toilet (it was a little hard to flush) in about an hour or an hour and a half. read more

This guy is not honest. He tried to charge me for work he didn't do. I filed a complaint with the State Contractor Board, showed them the video. He agreed to pay me $160.00 back, which I received. Now, our argument has gotten to the point the police are now involved. read more

It was confirmed for Enosh to come to my home to perform plumbing work on a set date and a 1 hour window between 10:00 - 11:00 am. Therefore on the agreed set date, I did not go to work. While waiting at home I got a call from Enosh at 11:18 am. He was unable to come over do to personal reasons. Since I made a planned effort to stay home from work that day, I was able to find another plumber to come over to perform the service. read more

The owner was extremely unprofessional and I have plumbing issues I didn't have before. I called to have a portable sink installed, aside from him turning on the water while the faucet was still on thus having water pouring from under the sink, I thought it went ok, until I went to use the sink a few days later did I find that when I turned the water on water started pouring out of a leaky valve, upon further inspection I realized the valve was completely detached from where the water comes out... Water shot out everywhere!! I've never had plumbing problems before now. I called the owner he said he didn't work on that valve but he would come the next day, said it was an easy fix, next day comes I call him, he sounded completely incoherent on the phone and said he would not be coming to fix the sink that day, I felt uncomfortable speaking to him in that way and told him to call me the next day. He harassed me and left 4msgs on my phone each on worse than the next, even called me 'evil' and said in a text msg (wtf! I'm calling you). I was completely freaked out... I had to call my boyfriend for him to stop calling me. I'm out of $375 and I can't use my sink on the right side. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.
