They're very hard very dry and looks like the chickens were abused before they were killed or this meat is not thawed out properly because it's white meat. It should not be dark and the bone should not be bloody neither should the meat. They tell you it takes 15 to 20 minutes before your order is ready but it shouldn't because these wings have been cooked before. Customer service was good this time. I will not return again. I'm going to make sure I review this before I consider ever coming back.
